先講環境,
小店內有三張4-6人size既枱同兩張2人枱
的的色色
無論燈光,擺設同音樂都令人好似置身於好chill既日本🙌🏻
不過建議如果想食book定枱最好

雖然疫情期間好少有機會出街食飯,不過嚟到一間咁有日式風味嘅餐廳就覺得好似置身左喺日本咁。嚟到只係想一次過試晒呢一度咁有特色嘅串燒。先來一客墨魚咀,呢個墨魚咀非常新鮮,一啲都唔乾。再之後嚟咗幾串牛肉羊肉。每一個肉類嘅肉汁都保留得好足,調味都恰到好處。通常去日本餐廳食都好貴嘅鰻魚,呢度價錢非常適中,而且味道好新鮮,燒汁特別調製,同魚的味道很夾。由於實在太掛念日本美食的味道,特意加咗呢一個烏冬。講到特色小食啦喎,呢個煙肉荔枝卷簡直係一流。甜味同鹹味夾得好好。呢度嘅兩款海鮮都非常鮮味,海水味很濃,但亦不會腸過海鮮本身的鮮味。對我自己來講呢個羊扒就係最好食嘅一個菜式啦,洋味非常鮮,而且調味亦做得很好,不會過鹹。一流!

今日紅日以為會有好多人 點知由頭到尾都只有兩台 細細間店 人又少少 真係不錯👍🏻👍🏻叫左不是好多野食,所有野食都是幾好質數,蜆很厚肉好大隻,而且都無沙,清酒煮蜆但味道怪怪的,食到一股堅魚汁的味道,平時食開都不是咁的味,所以麻麻地😭其他串燒中,雞翼呀 雞皮蝦都幾好食,隻蝦都幾大隻幾爽口,所有串燒都ok,但又唔會覺得「哇,好好食呀」咁囉😂都是燒一燒加點鹽同辣粉/胡椒,無乜技術成份的菜式🤭個人來說也食不出燒烤的火香味,整體來說是材料新鮮,調味單一,但不會難食,一定無伏🤣酒方面也是只有一些罐裝酒,同日本酒,仲有好多港式飲品(但都是罐裝的) 沒有一試調酒類,好似連highball呢類簡單野都無?(定係我睇唔到呢😂😂) 可能呢間是串燒店 不是居酒屋 所以不注重酒掛?不過整體來說是推薦的,店員都好有禮貌🥰🥰

今晚經過佐敦,途經這間食店,食店布置十分有心思,好有日式風情。於是入內進食。店內空調充足,很涼快。店內又無油煙,燈光又充足,最適合三五知己一邊進食,一邊吹下水,飲吓酒。感覺十分舒適。好輕鬆的心情。看完餐牌,很多款串烧選擇,叫咗串燒牛舌,牛舌厚切,是即燒的,好入味,好有水準,串燒雞腎及雞軟骨也很新鮮,食材好有水準。最深刻是串燒豬頸肉,味道很濃,又夠厚切,而且不太肥。汁燒牛仔骨也十分出色,牛仔骨十分入味。另外椒鹽雞軟骨,個人認為,一邊飲酒,一邊食着,簡直是絕配。韭菜燒得很入味道。串燒密糖雞中翼也值得一提,即炸又熱又新鲜。密糖味很濃。飲品也有忌廉,可樂,烏龍茶及檸檬茶等選擇,綜合各方面,這家日式風情的串燒食店,绝對會再次光顧。

,之後見到個燒鰻魚仲正,真係燒得好好味,,燒雞皮同燒嘅豬頸肉都好正,雞燒雞皮真係唔係度度都有,椒鹽墨魚咀粉唔太厚食落好有口感,好好味
燒韮菜頭同燒脆肉瓜都不錯,烤羊架冇so味,肉質鮮嫩,正,個燒油甘魚鮫好大件,正,嗰個蒜蓉燒茄子,好大隻同香噴噴,個焗煙肉芝士大啡菇,芝味十足而且juicy。所有既食物都好正。都好有日本風味,一段短時間內都應該出唔到香港,,,當我掛住串燒,,我會再返黎,,

疫症喺香港發生咗足足一年,大家戴住口罩硬着頭皮忍耐着。晚上沒有堂食已經個多月了,係屋企煮得多,不如下午四五點出嚟走走。去開油麻地果欄買下時令水果,剛好下晝四點,喺佐敦地鐵站附近搵吓食。有地鐵出口5分鐘路程,有間日本串燒。座位唔算多,但有沖繩小店feel,燈光黃黃地,有紅藍白間條嘅燈籠。樓底都幾高,放着不同酒瓶嘅擺設。最喜愛有santory premium draft beer,配串燒零舍開胃。餐牌都有幾多選擇有海鮮、油甘魚餃、牛舌、豬頸肉、雞翼、菠蘿、炸墨魚咀等。炸物上枱脆卜卜,再飲一啖啤酒,爽呀。菠蘿同翠玉瓜燒得好濕口,菠蘿又夠甜, encore !肉類燒得熱辣辣,性價比高可惜疫情影響人流,希望這家高水準嘅餐廳頂住,重建天明嘅日子嚟我哋不遠矣。
