在佐敦廟街附近的吳松街,有一家隱世日式小店,是以串燒為主的店舖。環境雖然不太大,但挻舒適的感覺☺。串燒價錢不貴,款式選擇挻多的,我們也選擇了好幾款吃🤤。💥海鮮類:燒生蠔(2隻)/魷魚串💥肉類:牛肋條/肥牛粒/雞腎/煙肉荔枝卷/紐西蘭羊肩肉串💥蔬菜類:牛油甜栗米/燒菠蘿💥小食:炸水牛芝士串燒是即叫即燒以保持最佳品質😋,所以食物也可以自選辣度,另可在餐桌上自行加配調味料🙈。串燒味道很香挻吸引的,肉質鮮味口感煙韌,我們也很喜歡吃的💕。靜靜最喜歡吃的是紐西蘭羊肩肉串和魷魚串,兩款食物平常也很喜歡吃的,而其他串燒口感煙韌挻惹味😋。食物質素不錯,價錢不貴。小店還有飯類供應,可一次再去吃才行🤭。

今日放工去了油麻地街邊檔買相架,然後去搵野食,都知油麻地多特色小店,唔打唔撞去左間串燒店,日式裝修,幾有懷舊feel,感覺不錯👍🏻。叫了枝豆,椒鹽墨魚咀,椒鹽魷魚鬚,慢慢食,吹吹水先,不過我同朋友吹吹下水,我地既焦點轉左去食物上,因為燒得幾好食,墨魚咀香口之餘又不油膩,而且賣相幾吸引👍🏻。再來點了燒生蠔,食落新鮮又多汁,燒豪既時間岩岩。食過好多其他地方燒蠔燒到收縮左就唔好食。再來汁燒牛仔骨,免治雞肉棒,蜜糖雞中翼,燒雞皮,燒粟米,燒菠蘿,菠蘿好正,燒到干身,但咬落去超好汁,至愛👍🏻。下次一定叫多幾個朋友再來食過,而且價錢經濟👍🏻又食到串燒師父燒食野既心機,大滿足👍🏻

小店坐得幾舒適,貼心的有提供埋搓手液👍🏻,食物選擇都幾多,有串燒、海鮮、蔬菜類等等,而辣度都有得選擇,個人覺得小辣應該絕大部份人都可以接受,想更刺激味蕾可嘗試中辣!

之前喺台灣食過一間串燒,食物水準同環境都超高質,呢排睇openrice見到佐敦有間串燒小店同佢個風格好似,既然唔知幾時先有得再去台灣,就黎呢度止下癮啦!門面係小木屋style,入到去係日式居酒屋既格局,牆邊擺滿唔同既酒樽我地兩個都唔飲酒,所以叫咗兩枝樽裝飲品,龍井茶幾解膩。先講肉類既串燒,蜜糖雞翼、煙肉荔枝串同埋腩肉蘆筍卷最出色,雞翼好juicy,啲肉唔鞋,蜜糖份量適中唔會過甜;荔枝肉好鮮甜,蘆筍感覺好fresh。蔬菜類既串燒真係樣樣都好juicy,原條茄子比起其他舖頭調味輕手啲,更加食到茄子既原味,最好食係翠玉瓜,好難想像燒完之後仲可以咁爆汁,就連韭菜都唔會乾爭爭,酸甜既菠蘿好開胃,推介~好欣賞呢間小店每一條串燒都用心製作,唔會因為旺場而求其燒熟啲野就算,而且食完唔會覺得好口渴,推介俾鍾意食串燒得黎又想健康少少既foodies🤣🤣🤣

油麻地一帶好多舊店,串燒店都多,佢算係最整潔的一間啦,附近果啲又逼,空氣又唔流通,但十一串絕對無呢個問題,加上招呼好,夠親切而且啲串燒好食,你未食過真係要一去。佢地大部份串燒都38蚊左右,但物有所值既,有用心煮,客人一定感受到。 Draughts beer 夠凍而且佢地會雪左個杯先,呢下係貼心既。燒海鮮都叫做有鮮味,好多時其他店都燒到over cooked, 但十一串燒得剛好,調味亦不會過咸,整體感覺非常好。
