今日嚟咗呢間喺中環嘅高級中菜館,落地玻璃設計,望到中環夜景,環境氣氛優雅~~ 坐低就叫咗胡羅漢果菊花茶,出面比較少見味道幾甘甜,中菜比較油膩,飲完喉嚨會好舒服~


1. 黃金香脆軟殼蟹

炸軟殼蟹本身就已經好好食,仲要再撈埋超級多嘅鹹蛋黃,真係超正,上到枱係超級熱,軟殼蟹炸得超級酥脆,鹹蛋黃份量適中,唔會過鹹。份量超級多,兩個人食平均每人都有四舊~


2. 蔥爆牛肉
蔥爆牛肉係我好鍾意嘅中菜之一,呢個蔥爆牛肉鑊氣十足,牛肉炒得啱啱好,非常鮮嫩,京蔥亦都好香甜,有鑊氣之餘,亦唔會太多油,呢個真係好想撈飯!


3. 重慶水煮桂花魚
本身叫完唔記得揀辣到會驚太辣,點知上到枱覺得辣得非常之惹味,應該大概譚仔三小辣左右,辣椒同花椒味道都好香濃,桂花魚片非常鮮嫩滑口,啖啖肉,份量都係超級多,下面係芽菜同埋薯粉,水煮魚入邊嘅薯粉真係非常之好食,索晒啲辣汁,一路出汗一路食🤣🤣

4. 松露瑤柱蛋白炒飯
炒飯粒粒分明,平時覺得瑤柱蛋白炒飯有啲寡,但呢度加咗黑松露,香味即刻唔同晒,調味方面比較淡,啱晒我用嚟撈餸,因為我真係冇飯不歡~

餐廳以數字為名字幾得意,上到去氣氛環境高貴獨特,燈火暗淡營造浪漫氣氛,播放着西方流行音樂,落地玻璃面向中環半山景,又有啲古色古香嘅味道,約朋友傾偈一流!川菜餐廳,都有啲粵式海鮮,調味得非常好,價錢合理,服務又好,真唔錯!川麻蔥油伴原隻日本元貝 $140非常新鮮的帶子,外面焦香裏面生嫩,又有蔥香又有麻香提味,但依然保持鮮味!金絲和田玉 $95半份超級抵食,食手工都唔只,做到一串提子的様子,其實一粒粒白色是冬瓜,最正係用雞湯餵飽,連湯汁一齊食超好味。硯池濯鴨 $125即係鹽水鴨,主要係胸肉位。乾燒桂花魚 $270乾燒非常惹味,又酸又辣,魚肉厚身軟嫩。薑蜜牛肉$195今日冇和牛,普通牛肉亦非常嫩,薑蜜調味好得,好好食!四川擔擔麵 $90細細碗,非常滋味,幼麵,大量肉醬。花雕話梅雪糕 $60唔知幾時開始就係鍾意食有酒味嘅雪糕抹茶豆沙鍋餅 $75甜味適中,餅夠脆。茶錢 $20*2
