同朋友一齊嚟咗呢間樓上中菜餐廳食晚餐🤣總括嚟講呢度食物真係好美味,份量又唔少,好味又食得飽飽嘅一餐🤩$135「松香走地雞」:諗緊叫「花雕醉雞」定「口水雞」做冷盤嘅時候就瞄到有呢個好似幾特別嘅「松香走地雞」,咁就決定試吓呢個啦🤣;嚟到嘅時候發現係拆咗骨嘅雞肉,加咗有淡淡清香嘅黑松露醬同埋炸到脆脆哋似乎係蒜片,撈埋雞肉一齊食,出奇地美味,呢個冷盤好正🤣$195「泉水雞」:都係去咗骨嘅雞肉,加西芹同紅蘿蔔一齊煮,係唔係用「泉水」煮我就食唔出🤣,不過食得出應該係打咗個玻璃芡,雞肉、西芹、紅蘿蔔都好味🤩$390「鮮椒蒸龍躉片」:首先要講呢個真係好好味👍🤣;龍躉片大大片好厚肉,肉質鮮甜又結實,仲黐住少少龍躉皮,龍躉皮少少煙韌感覺充滿骨膠原🤣;龍躉本身已經好食,上邊再加咗大量鮮椒同蒜蓉,都幾辣,不過就更加提升味道層次🤣;$390 咁大碟份量咁多其實真係童叟無欺🤩$120「蒜蓉炒豆苗」:豆苗好新鮮,食落爽脆,蒜蓉炒簡單好食🤣;亦都係大大嘅份量多🤩$205「四川紅燒肉」:「紅燒肉」目測大約55%脂肪45%瘦肉所以非常甘香,亦都炆煮得好軟熟,仲有醬油香味🤣;「紅燒肉」上邊嗰塊豬皮亦都好煙韌🤩
