2/3Dolci 口味最適合我, 是我吃甜點的首選店舖, 早前它在我家附近開了分店, 令我開心不已, 隨時都能感受它送給我的甜蜜, 但可惜店子略為細小, 坐得不算舒適, 一人獨行當然沒有問題, 但約了幾位好友當然要到大店坐下, 好好享受。大店果然不同, 一邊是店員的工作區, 前方有一個大型的gelato雪糕櫃及一個放滿多款精緻漂亮蛋糕的蛋糕櫃; 另一邊設有六至七張二人或四的的座位, 可讓食客舒舒服服坐下品嚐各款美食。

話明甜蜜過聖誕, 來到這裏當然揀選聖誕系列的蛋糕, 但食蛋糕又怎能少了咖啡呢? 先來一杯焦糖鮮奶咖啡Caramel Latte ($40), 雖指定選用脫脂奶, 但奶打得相當幼滑, 面層毫無粗泡, 而心花形的拉花圖案亦相當挺身, 清晰可見。入口時暖笠笠, 温度剛好, 最欣賞是甜度適中, 既有香濃的咖啡味, 亦能嚐出焦糖的甜美, 並沒有蓋過對方獨有的味道, 挺不錯!

曾經都自家整過聖誕樹蛋糕拿去參加派對, 當然論外貎和味道都遠遠不及這個樣子可愛的Abies ($48)。肥嘟嘟細小的聖誕樹原來是以蘋果慕絲 製成, 口感幼滑, 味道清淡且帶微酸, 輕輕把其分半更有驚喜, 竟然內藏粒粒以玉桂 烹調過的蘋果肉, 真是內外兼備。蘋果肉烹調得剛好, 半腍半爽之間, 亦保持着原有的蘋果天然清香, 而所拌入的玉桂份量剛好, 兩者取得平衡, 配搭恰度好處。

潔白的雪花角位放了少許銀箔 作點綴, 令其更高貴, 真是不捨得把其放入口。頂層是幼滑的忌廉芝士, 芝士味不算香濃, 反而很適合我口味, 再吃深一層, 則是口感較為實淨且芝味濃郁的紐約芝士, 幸兒中間夾了酸咪咪的雜莓醬, 有助中和芝士的濃度, 令其變得輕盈一點, 還有一層薄薄的餅干底, 吃起來不會感到太飽滯。

正中央捲着原粒清爽多汁的新鮮士多啤梨, 用料十足。只看其外表還以為外層和中層是甜溜的鮮忌廉, 但竟然創新地加入了意大利有氣葡萄酒 製作, 除了質感極之輕盈外, 啖啖均能嚐出清新的葡萄酒香, 相當驚喜, 不是忌廉愛好者的我都難以抗拒它的美味。

宏觀四周, 店子擺放了許多聖誕裝飾造型的產品, 先被搶眼的鮮紅色星星吊飾Crunchy Christmas Chocolate ($58)吸引着, 在店員介紹下, 原來它內有七粒包着花生果仁 朱古力, 粒粒光澤亮麗; 而與它擺放在一起, 同是星星外型但換上平實穩重的深藍色Assorted Christmas Chocolate($58), 內裏則有五片以黑朱古力 牛奶朱古力所製作聖誕裝飾造型的朱古力片, 如可愛的雪人、趣緻的薑餅人、小巧的聖誕樹等等, 充滿着濃厚的聖誕氣氛, 真是又睇得又食得。

小巧可愛的瑪德蓮蛋糕, 質感稍稍實淨且油潤, 共有三款口味, 包括有淡黃色的檸檬味, 淡淡檸檬清香, 微酸微甜, 還有混入少少檸檬皮在內; 翠綠色的抺茶味, 能嚐出清淡的抹茶香, 甜度剛好; 還有粉紅色的紅桑子味, 酸咪咪的莓味, 味道突出。細細粒一啖一口, 用來送咖啡或茶作為下午茶, 簡單可為我們這班打工仔叉叉電。

還有數個星期才到聖誕節, 但四週已充滿着聖誕的氣氛, 心中的害怕感漸漸湧現, 但有幾位好友願意提早陪伴我品嚐這麼美味的聖誕甜品, 亦感滿足, 臨走時忍不住再看看餅櫃, 對着一個一個漂亮得令人心動的聖誕大蛋糕, 決意聖誕時買一個, 那一個好呢? 招牌艷紅色Christmas Amore($420)荔枝玖瑰蛋糕雖然美味, 但已吃過數次; 雪白配粉紅色Rotolo di Fragole ($238)士多啤梨意大利有氣葡萄酒卷蛋則剛剛吃過件裝; 餘下是深啡色Yule Log($238)柑橘朱古力卷蛋未吃過, 以木頭造型配上兩粒可愛小蘑菇, 滿有聖誕氣氛, 就它吧!
除了好好讓自己甜蜜過聖誕, 亦想將這甜蜜的感覺帶回家中, 因為慶幸家中還有兩位總願意無時無刻陪着我身邊的老人家。

I've heard many good things about 2/3 dolci- and having frequently passed by its shop both in central and wan chai, i decided to try it on a cold winter day with hopes its hot chocolate would help warm me up.I went for the dolci 1/3 which is hot chocolate made with 56% chocolate since I craved for something a bit sweeter. I went for the dolci 1/3 which is hot chocolate made with 56% chocolate since I craved for something a bit sweeter. The barista took out a bag of chocolate medallions which made the hot chocolate look very very promising - at least i thought I wasn't spending a good 40 dollars for a powdered drink.
However - when the hot chocolate was served, something already looked quite... off. The drink looked quite watered down compared to the thick luscious hot chocolate that I had anticipated. My disappointment continued as the drink turned to be lukewarm and rather... bland for a drink that was to have melted chocolate. The only redeeming quality was the light foam that skimmed the surface of the drink .
2/3 Dolci, your gelato maybe good, but if you are going to attempt at representing an Italian cafe, please work on the hot chocolate tooas you simply cannot justify charging a customer for a premium of 40 HKD For a 250 mL drink that is not even warm and tasted watered down.

餡餅方面,分別點了 Smoked Salmon Quiche ($45) 及 Turkey & Bacon Ciabatta ($58)。前者煙三文魚蛋批,賣相吸引,除了批面烤得色澤夠金黃外,連批邊咬落亦帶點脆口,加上鬆化的餅皮、內裡軟綿的蛋漿、輕柔的芝士及鮮味的三文魚,各種味道互相輝映,水準亦相當不錯。至於火雞煙肉Ciabatta,包身做得頗鬆軟,吃起來帶咬口,配搭火雞煙肉,食味豐富。

吃完鹹食,當然輪到品嚐充滿甜蜜滋味的甜點喇!發現餐廳近日推出咗個《Christmas Cake Collection》,有好幾款蛋糕的賣相都非常吸睛,好似這款以星星造形登場、面頭再綴以小磨菇的荔枝玫瑰慕絲蛋糕「Christmas Amore」($420 / LB、$620 / 2LB),望落去真係好搶眼呀,訂嚟開 Christmas Party 吃,肯定靚絕全場!

唔少得的,當然還有這款 Rotolo di Fragole 士多啤梨及意大利有氣葡萄酒聖誕卷蛋,($238個 / $60件),而且除了個裝外,竟然仲有件裝發售,好適合幾個女生一齊 share 來吃啊,梗要試喇!原來蛋糕是以草莓及意大利有氣葡萄酒製作,切了一小塊入口,鬆軟輕盈的蛋白卷蛋,帶著淡淡草莓的甜香、配上以意大利有氣葡萄酒特製的鮮忌廉,和中間的爽甜多汁原粒士多啤梨,吃起來甜而不膩,實在令人回味!

也點了另外兩件同屬聖誕系列的件裝蛋糕,分別是白雪雪、以雪花造型形亮相的雜莓芝士蛋糕「Neve」 ($48),及以聖誕樹為主題的蘋果玉桂慕絲蛋糕「Abies」 ($48)。唔客氣喇,先試這款雜莓芝士蛋糕 (Mixed Berries Cheesecake),成品原來是以質感細滑的忌廉芝士配芝味濃郁的紐約芝士,一柔一剛,加上中間酸甜度適中的新鮮雜莓醬和口感鬆脆的餅底,味道很清新,滿足愛吃芝士蛋糕,但又怕膩口的顧客。

至於另一款蘋果玉桂慕絲蛋糕 (Apple Cinnamon Mousse Cake),sharp 醒綠色的聖誕樹,造型新穎、賣相的確十分迷人。原來蛋糕外層是味道清淡的蘋果慕絲,至於內裡,其實是以玉桂浸過的新鮮蘋果粒。筆者向來對玉桂的興趣不大,嫌它太剛烈,不過這些以玉桂處理過的蘋果粒,吃起來竟然十分清甜,充滿玉桂淡淡的芬香,配上香脆的自家製朱古力夏威夷果仁餅底,又是另一番享受。

($48) 先要讚的,是拿破崙的酥皮做得相當不俗,帶濃郁的牛油香,而且望落去層層有致地重叠著,雖然不致分明,但卻數之不盡,加上中間入口滑溜兼充滿雲呢拿天然香的吉士,和頂頭的雜莓粒,無論味道及賣相都令人滿意。

如果大家還沒想到買甚麼聖誕禮物的話,亦可以考慮一吓店子這些星星造型的聖誕小吊飾 Assorted Christmas Chocolate 朱古力花生果仁 ($58) 及 Crunchy Chocolate Dragees 聖誕片裝朱古力 ($58),每款分量不多,用來送給小朋友就最適合不過了。至於另外一罐瑪德蓮蛋糕 Christmas Madeleine ($108) 就最啱用來送給女孩子,吃完內裡的三款抺茶、檸檬和紅桑子小蛋糕,還可以把罐子用來作收藏小飾物,非常實用,亦是筆者心水推介。如果想大手筆一點的,亦可以考慮吓店裡的聖誕禮物籃,內裡有曲奇、朱古力、茶葉、蛋糕、蝴蝶酥等,收禮者見到一定心花怒放。筆者亦順道在此預祝大家聖誕快樂,開開心心渡過一個既甜蜜又溫馨的聖誕。

83% chocolate: 平常吃朱古力, 通常都是65~70%, 超過80%的朱古力已經頗苦不好吃. 不過這個83%的朱古力, 苦味不太重, 反而帶點回甘味, 朱古力味很濃郁, 意外地好吃, 愛吃黑朱古力的人絕對不能錯過!

鹹味焦糖: 以前未有吃過鹹味雪糕, 所以點來試試, 不過雪糕有點溶. 吃第一口時, 先嚐到的是甜甜的拖肥味, 之後就慢慢感受到鹹味, 又鹹又甜, 感覺很有趣.

很慶幸點了這個雪糕組合, 雖然一個苦一個甜, 但卻出奇地夾, 亙相提升味道. 吃過朱古力雪糕會覺得焦糖更甜, 吃完焦糖雪糕會覺朱古力更香濃, 真是不可思議的化學反應! 有機會要再來試試它的蛋糕, 看起來很美味似的....

和朋友午歺後, 還想繼續聊天, 於是來了這間開了不久的店.  地方寬, 可能新店的原固, 客人比較少, 舒服.Dolci主打雪糕, 但今次這間店有售賣雪糕, 精美疍糕, 咖啡和茶.  要了杯cappucino, 可能用了玻璃杯, 看上去比較深色, 跟心目中的cappucino顏色有點出入, 於是喝一口, 味道不過不失, 還帶有朱古力香味, 我相信這杯是mocha, 但店員肯定沒有搞錯. 無論如何不是難飲之物, 算吧!

是日,是太太的一個生日飯聚,在安排好一切的時候,餐廳說未夠鐘,未能入座。天時熱,而且中環又沒有甚麼值得我去行的地方,需要打發這個多小時的空檔,在啤酒與咖啡的腦海對拚之下,我選擇了咖啡,於是,我就近近地,悠閒地,來到這《2/3 Dolci》。店子,除咖啡之外,最多人喜歡的就是他們的 cake 同 雪糕,亦可以說,cake 同 雪糕才是他們的主打,咖啡,說他是這兒的副業,其實又不是,只不過風頭被 cake 同 雪糕 蓋過了。我坐在做咖啡的地方旁邊,一個可以望普街的地方,而我就因為天氣熱而少有地點上了一杯凍的 Latte。《2/3 Dolci》的 Latte,奶很香,咖啡味亦濃烈,雖帶有少少的苦澀味,但這一個味道同牛奶中和之後,又沒有了令人不開心的感覺,苦澀中帶甘香,也許,就是這一個意思。飲到大半,太太到了,爸亦帶同小兒到了,我的咖啡又喝完了,滿足的,去餐廳,開生日 Party。

店子,除咖啡之外,最多人喜歡的就是他們的 cake 同 雪糕,亦可以說,cake 同 雪糕才是他們的主打,咖啡,說他是這兒的副業,其實又不是,只不過風頭被 cake 同 雪糕 蓋過了。

我坐在做咖啡的地方旁邊,一個可以望普街的地方,而我就因為天氣熱而少有地點上了一杯凍的 Latte。《2/3 Dolci》的 Latte,奶很香,咖啡味亦濃烈,雖帶有少少的苦澀味,但這一個味道同牛奶中和之後,又沒有了令人不開心的感覺,苦澀中帶甘香,也許,就是這一個意思。

2/3 Dolci嘅2/3喺表示甜度減1/3,可以講喺少甜健康。上層奶白色嘅喺鹽味焦糖雪糕,入口先嚟一朕焦糖嘅甜香,慢慢嗒落就喺點點鹹味,鹹得溫和;而下層青綠色嘅喺開心果雪糕,果然,開心果味濃得不平凡,就好似食緊開心果蓉咁濃郁,有種歷久不散嘅感覺,不愧喺招牌之作。講到質感,佢啲雪糕真喺好綿滑!

順便分享上次嚟試過嘅Florentine,外表巖巖巉巉,比麥維他消化餅細少少,啪開望望,就見到原粒開心果沾勻焦糖,再以黑朱古力包實。食落朱古力本身脆脆哋,朱古力味濃郁帶點甘苦,而焦糖香引發出陣陣甜香,內裡嘅開心果仁有咬口而味濃,實在喺好平衡嘅配搭,不過,,$26一件喺倒不能經常想食嘅原因。

The gelato was smooth and sticky with hard and chewy grains of red rice which was delightful and the coconut flavour was subtle and not too creamy.
This was definitely a nice flavour and I was glad I got it.

再來是Pistacchio-100% Pistachio Tart ($48)--這件是店員強烈推介的招牌蛋糕,我買的時候僅餘一件,個人對開心果不算是大愛,但亦不抗拒,店員說這個tart是用上100%的純開心果醬來製造,單看其外表已甚吸引,一小顆一小顆像小雨點的開心果味忌廉堆砌成一個小山丘,忌廉含濃郁的開心果味,裡面的海綿蛋糕及朱古力醬,層次分明,餅底同樣的香脆。
