這家烤肉店裝修帶點玩味,座位十分寛濶,枱與枱之間有一定的距離,大家各自有自己的小空間,坐得舒適。午餐親民定位,由$85-$130不等除了烤肉外還有咖喱飯、和牛丼同冷麵餐,而和牛三寶也只是$150。牛小排套餐$95沙律十分新觧爽脆,前菜的滷牛舌同泡菜也十分味美,令口水分泌十足,為烤肉作好凖備。這牛小排餐有八片牛小排肉,每片厚度相約,約3mm厚,切得唔會太薄,每一片充滿雪花紋。輕輕一烤放入口,牛肉味十足,充滿肉汁,其中有兩三片有筋,要花點勁咀嚼。但以$95的烤肉而言,實在比牛角同盛八好。和牛三寶套餐$150這個套餐比牛小排更為吸引,有三款不同部位的和牛肉。這些肉比較大片少少,有marble 的雪花紋。燒過之後,雖然部位不同,但全部都入口即化。那份油脂同肉香比牛小排更濃,肉的纖維更為細緻,完全不用費力咀嚼,牛的滋味同油花就完全在口中爆發,再加一口珍珠米白飯,人間美味。下次一定要encore這和牛三寶。相比其他曰式烤肉店,和牛也要$200以上才有交易,而且這家的肉質同份量都不錯,性價比高。

和牛三寶套餐$150
這個套餐比牛小排更為吸引,有三款不同部位的和牛肉。這些肉比較大片少少,有marble 的雪花紋。燒過之後,雖然部位不同,但全部都入口即化。那份油脂同肉香比牛小排更濃,肉的纖維更為細緻,完全不用費力咀嚼,牛的滋味同油花就完全在口中爆發,再加一口珍珠米白飯,人間美味。

第二次光顧298 Nikuya,這是我最愛的餐廳之一。餐廳的裝修很型格,而坐位挺寬闊,還是挺舒適。每次來到298 Nikuya,客人數量不多,只有3-4台客人,所以不用book枱。環境寧靜,適合與朋友聚餐。這次也點了牛小排套餐($95)。雖然看起來燒肉的份量不算多,牛肉薄薄的,但每次也能吃得飽飽。牛肉很juicy,牛味很香濃而且鮮甜,肉配合著燒肉汁吃,太美味了!以$95元能吃到這樣的套餐,實在十分化算。因此,我經常推介朋友來光顧298 Nikuya。

無論環境跟燒肉質素均令人滿意,侍應也勤於更換燒烤網,若能跟食客解釋枱上的沾醬搭配或每款燒肉的時間控制更佳。燒肉,果然是不能自拔的幸福縱慾,恐怕要跟身上的腩肉繼續相胖到老。

整個晚餐作結,還會有雪糕糯米糍做甜品,一解先前飽滯感覺,夠細心﹔另外,值得一讚298的抽風系統相當不錯,即使一落肉到烤盤,油煙迅速升起,但馬上便會被烤盤邊抽風抽走,在晚餐當中,也不會覺得空氣中有任何油煙味,而且用餐環境寧靜舒適,可以推介給喜歡日式烤肉的朋友我們。
