晚上再來到298 Nikuya Kitchen, 食物質素依然超班美味,服務員更是殷勤和專業,有像去了日韓吃正宗的烤肉一般!冬季限定和牛盛合店員說是來群馬縣的和牛,建議由油份最重的西冷開始吃,然後是油脂感少的腿肉,再吃油脂平均的牛肋條和肩里脊肉。店員殷勤地把和牛烤得火候剛剛好,外表少許焦脆,鎖住內裏的肉汁和油脂,入口即溶,超級享受。牛肉石頭鍋飯也是超級美味的石頭鍋飯,是我吃過最好吃的!店員還細心的幫我們把飯焦起出來,香脆可口,一定要試!豆腐豚肉泡菜湯味道調得剛好,不會像即食麵湯底,豆腐超級嫩滑美味。離開時,店員還送我們到電梯,更是90度鞠躬向我們道別。受到日本的待客之道,有點受寵若驚呢!

一直想來這裡,朋友曾跟我說這裡的午市套餐是少有的價廉物美(以和牛來說),終於找個星期五來個快閃bbq午餐。首先,星期五午餐一定要訂位,餐廳當天full booking,而始終不是快餐所以不可能等位吧。事前做了功課,因此坐下就馬上點了1(chef selected wagyu BBQ set)和2號(yaki shabu set)餐再加一份bbq牛舌(只適用於點lunch set)。套餐各150元,包括牛肉、白飯一碗、味噌一碗、沙律一碗、一些韓式前菜和一罐汽水,而牛舌則加50元。上菜說真的比預期慢(不就是把醃好的生肉端上來嗎🤔),但幸好由於牛肉片挺薄(尤其2號餐)所以燒肉時間很短。份量說真的不太少,但如果沒加牛舌可能男生會不夠飽。我們兩個女生把三盤肉掃清光也不覺得過份地飽(不過頗膩)。肉的質素真的很棒,很有肉味,尤其1號的和牛。不過,下次再來吃午餐可能寧願點2號,因為質素已經挺高(當然稍遜和牛)但份量多一點,且脂肪量較低吃下去沒那麼油,好像比較適合上班天的心情😂。不得不讚的是那盤牛舌,腌得非常入味,口感入口即化,物超所值,份量也比預期大。總的來說,我覺得以肉的質素來說,這個價錢十分划算。

食過幾次都覺得性價比唔錯。2人去食比左bar台我,係坐得有d唔舒服。如果呢個價位我會期望坐得舒服d環境黎講係扣左d分。食物方面,和牛牛肋骨同埋和牛大腿肉(薄切)係好正,濃牛味得黎油花香好重!溫泉蛋豆腐沙律都好fresh,食下菜冇咁油膩。埋單黎講每人約400-500,唔算平,但以食物質素黎講係差唔多。多人去食既話,值得一試2個人而又想坐得舒服既話,記得book位時講低

如果係香港想食高質燒肉,我會推薦呢間298.我地一行4人被安排坐一張圓枱,都幾寬敞,環境燈光柔和。坐低先叫左Sapporo,再慢慢睇食咩,有好多款牛肉,岩哂我!(不過如果你不喜歡牛肉,都有好多其他選擇)我地叫左牛肉他他,牛舌,和牛不同部位,仲有豬頸肉,你睇相就會知道有冇質素佢呢度既牛真係好正油脂分佈好靚,入口即溶配靚牛,當然不少得紅酒,揀左枝Shiraz 配搭經理好好,最後送左幾個shot比我地,但當然呢間餐廳價錢都唔平但高質,我會推薦。

呢間 298 Nikuya Kitchen 網上口陴幾好!好多朋友推介,今次老婆生日決定book 呢間日式燒肉店試下!七點半準時入座,D位都幾舒服,今次點咗兩個$680 嘅 premium set!! 原來閒日套餐係包一杯飲品!前菜方面,上枱三色前菜好好味!調味調得好!沙律好大碟好新鮮!碟吞拿魚蓉撈埋蛋汁好好味!而主角燒肉,套餐包六款肉,上檯全部好靚亦都好好味!最正係牛舌同西冷!西冷有專人幫手處理!配埋蛋汁好味到呢!至於 pancake 就相對普通D!!最後仲有牛尾湯同冷麵!飽到上心口!雖然價錢貴D,但都覺得值得推介!

在尖東返工久不久都會過金馬倫道食LUNCH, 是日試試這間燒肉, 除了卡位, 有BAR CAR 位燒 , 我覺得很適合情侶呢!可坐得近方便談心,又有少少私隱度,LUNCH 平日來說價錢就不夠貼地了,不過上菜都快,服務及環境也好

很多中價位烤肉店都普普通通、沒有誠意。偶言在Openrice 上發現了零負評的298 Nikuya Kitchen,於是一於來試試。環境很寬敞乾淨,不會很迫很吵,吃完竟然沒有成身油煙味。服務員很忙卻笑容可嘉,少有的像外國人般敬業樂業。我們點了最貴最靚果set燒肉(一看menu上的圖片就知道是肉質最上乘的)、海膽牛肉卷、牛肉石頭鍋飯、2 款薄燒牛肉(溫馨提示:薄燒牛肉是會被安排最後才上枱的)、海鮮薄餅、豬頸肉。總的來說,牛肉有牛味,富嚼勁得來卻入口即溶,非常嫩滑,油脂分佈平均,層次特別豐富。而薄燒牛肉則很入味,點上蛋汁伴飯吃,不錯。驚喜的是生牛肉卷包著海膽吃,竟然是那麼的鮮甜嫩滑;連牛肉石頭鍋飯也是我吃過最好吃的,粒粒都是汁的口感,味道一流!海鮮薄餅也非常的外脆內軟,豬頸肉是整晚最普通的,友人卻說很好味!真的稱得上是實至名歸的零負評!

很多中價位烤肉店都普普通通、沒有誠意。偶言在Openrice 上發現了零負評的298 Nikuya Kitchen,於是一於來試試。

環境很寬敞乾淨,不會很迫很吵,吃完竟然沒有成身油煙味。服務員很忙卻笑容可嘉,少有的像外國人般敬業樂業。

我們點了最貴最靚果set燒肉(一看menu上的圖片就知道是肉質最上乘的)、海膽牛肉卷、牛肉石頭鍋飯、2 款薄燒牛肉(溫馨提示:薄燒牛肉是會被安排最後才上枱的)、海鮮薄餅、豬頸肉。

總的來說,牛肉有牛味,富嚼勁得來卻入口即溶,非常嫩滑,油脂分佈平均,層次特別豐富。而薄燒牛肉則很入味,點上蛋汁伴飯吃,不錯。驚喜的是生牛肉卷包著海膽吃,竟然是那麼的鮮甜嫩滑;連牛肉石頭鍋飯也是我吃過最好吃的,粒粒都是汁的口感,味道一流!海鮮薄餅也非常的外脆內軟,豬頸肉是整晚最普通的,友人卻說很好味!真的稱得上是實至名歸的零負評!

雖然是情人節,但除了情人節套餐之外,仍然可以在主餐牌點菜,以香港餐廳的經營模式,可以說是奇蹟!走西方風格的日式燒肉餐廳,餐牌也以英文為主,日文及中文為輔。打開餐牌第一頁,就是一個簡化版的 Beef Cut 圖鑒;內文介紹日本和牛的分級定義,以「肉量」(A 至 C) 及「肉質」(1 至 5) 分級,人所共知的 A5 和牛就是最高級別。另一部份就簡介了日式燒肉對稀少部位的定義,不過,稀少部位唔代表一定最好食、也未必一定最貴。

往後揭就是各式套餐及單點美食。最貴的 Premium Course (每位 $680)主打 A5和牛;最便宜的 Delight Course (每位 $380)牛肉款式及份量最少、部位普通,亦加入了豬肉及雞肉,絕對滿足不了嗜牛一族。正心大心細,原來有一個 298 牛肉盛合套餐($680),有8款和牛肉(這個價錢當然不會是 A5級數)兼足夠 1.5人份量,決定就揀這個套餐,另外再追加幾款單點美食。

今晚的 298 牛肉盛合套餐($680)有八款牛肉:包括六種不同部位;四款薄切、四款厚切,全部已預先用黑椒碎及海鹽調味。侍應同時遞上一張進一步簡化版的 Beef Cut 圖鑒,寫上今晚精選牛肉盛合所包括的牛肉部位。美中不足只用數字寫在 Beef Cut 圖鑒上,但沒有將相關編號或牛肉部位名稱用小膠牌標籤在碟上的每款牛肉;雖然侍應有簡單介紹,但講解得很快,很容易忘記。

Rib finger (ゲタカルビ 牛肋排肉條) 是另一個脂肪多的牛肉部位,與 Zabuton 一樣,肉味非常濃郁,肉質亦鬆軟;但就多了肋骨之間的少許筋膜,所以,多了幾分略帶煙韌(但仍然鬆軟)、纖維緊致的咀嚼口感,但越咀嚼越有焦香肉味,與 Zabuton 同樣好食。

Sirloin (サーロィン 西冷厚切) 是脂肪最多、最細密、最似雪花的牛肉部位,加上筋膜切除得非常徹底,本身已經是牛肉中最好味、最貴的部位。切成小塊入口,果然肉味濃、入口油花四濺;肉質軟腍,由於夠厚身,所以兼有口感。比 Zabuton 薄切更能滿足口腹之欲,似食緊炭燒和牛肉眼扒。

豚肉太薄,好難掌握火喉,又擔心唔熟 ⋯⋯ 結果燒烤過火,黑豚肉片流失了很多肉汁,變得很乾硬;豚脂也失去了鬆化油潤的味道。豚肉始終太薄,做唔到吉列炸豬扒、或者炭燒黑豚肉眼扒的既鬆軟、又有咬口、兼有鬆化油香脂肪嘅美味效果。

要求將柚子胡椒雞腿肉($80)的黑胡椒碎走掉,以免味道太嗆,小女兒受不了。雞肉嫰滑、無筋,肉質有彈性。味道亦鮮美,唔似係普通急凍雞脾肉;加上柚子汁調味又增添了一份水果的酸酸甜甜,再燒至表面少少焦香,就更加好食。

究竟石頭鍋飯是不是韓國菜?招牌生牛肉石頭鍋飯($160)望落去同韓國的石頭鍋飯差不多,除了石鍋正中央的一小團免治生牛肉及生雞蛋黃之外,飯面鋪了七彩繽紛的蔬菜,全部經過醃漬處理,既吸引食慾、亦更加健康,包括了芽菜仔、茄子、蘿蔔、洋蔥絲、菇菌、紫菜碎、葉菜。

加入少許甜辣醬、拌勻石頭鍋飯。石鍋非常熱,聽到微弱滋滋聲,熱力足夠將生牛肉弄至七成熟,鍋底甚至結出飯焦。飯味香濃、微辣,軟綿飯粒中夾雜著香脆飯焦,再加上牛肉鮮甜 ⋯⋯ 實在太好味了。
