個冬蔭功湯底好出色,原來用嚟做湯底打邊爐係咁得咁正架,真係冇得頂呀。冬陰公本身已是一道極濃郁的湯底,再配上打邊爐配料,完全唔使加任何醬料一齊食已經好入味好好味,湯底嘅香茅等香料份量做得恰到好處,酸酸的蕃茄味道真係好開胃。配料份量都好足夠,肉類新鮮,丸類彈牙,蝦肉仲好細心撤走晒啲腸,正體係夠晒兩個人食。
至於我另外點嘅新鮮鱸魚真係好好好新鮮,上枱嘅時候你完全Feel到佢係新鮮切條魚出嚟,我哋淥兩淥再放入口,嘩🤩魚肉入口即溶,超級正🤤
至於飲品方面個椰青好鬼清甜,個冬蔭荔枝特飲真係好有特色,味道好清新好有泰國嘅味道。

位於馬鞍山MOSTown 新港城中心(四期)3樓3001號舖的555 Thai Fusion,主打泰國菜。餐廳的燈光明亮,而且店內職員有禮又勤勞。餐廳有部分的職員和廚師也是正宗泰國人,同時懂得說廣東話和泰語。筆者當晚大約六時五十五分到達,其他食客也陸續於七時入座。當晚七時的入座率約七成,頗為旺場。筆者今次和家人共四人來晚餐,整體來說,對晚餐都頗為滿意。📌原隻泰式燒雞配木瓜沙律 - $138Roast Chicken with Green Salad侍應端來了賣相吸引的原隻燒雞,整體味道也頗有水準。燒雞外皮燒得微脆、香口、乾身,裡面的肉質仍能保持滑嫩多汁,可見廚師經驗豐富,燒雞的火候、時間也拿捏得相當精準。。燒雞事先有醃過,直接享用,味道也頗為不錯。旁邊還有兩款醬汁,左面的為泰式魚露醬油,味道頗為強勁濃郁,加少許已相當夠味。右面為泰式甜辣醬。吃一口燒雞,再吃一口開胃清新的木瓜豆角沙律。木瓜和紅蘿蔔刨成幼絲,能平衡燒雞的膩感,是一道相當清新的配菜。下次再來這餐廳用餐,一定會點這道原隻泰式燒雞。。📌泰式咖喱軟殼蟹 - $118 Thai Deep Fried Soft-shell Crab

侍應端來了賣相吸引的原隻燒雞,整體味道也頗有水準。燒雞外皮燒得微脆、香口、乾身,裡面的肉質仍能保持滑嫩多汁,可見廚師經驗豐富,燒雞的火候、時間也拿捏得相當精準。

燒雞事先有醃過,直接享用,味道也頗為不錯。旁邊還有兩款醬汁,左面的為泰式魚露醬油,味道頗為強勁濃郁,加少許已相當夠味。右面為泰式甜辣醬。

吃一口燒雞,再吃一口開胃清新的木瓜豆角沙律。木瓜和紅蘿蔔刨成幼絲,能平衡燒雞的膩感,是一道相當清新的配菜。

父親相當喜愛這道菜式,廚師將軟殼蟹炸得酥鬆可口,一眨眼便將這道菜吃光光。

軟殼蟹有兩隻,每隻切半共四件,大口吃掉軟殼蟹,相當令人過癮。筆者建議儘快享用炸軟殼蟹,口感更為脆口。

軟殼蟹底下的咖哩也頗值得欣賞,香料味道濃厚,表面澆了一小圈椰漿,咖哩的濃稠度適中。父親愛用這款咖哩來伴飯,吃得津津有味。

咖哩的配菜還有表面煎得香脆的薯仔(土豆)、洋蔥條、芫荽等。

貴刁炒得相當有鑊氣,整體味道鹹香惹味。麵條的質感軟硬適中,有韌性之餘,又不會硬到咬不開。表面擺放了一小片青檸,可以隨心加少許青檸汁,令貴刁的味道更為豐富及有層次感。豬肉片約有六至七塊,感覺頗為豪爽。

同樣地,炒飯可以選配雞肉、豬肉或蟹肉,給予食客彈性及選擇。筆者則點了矜貴的蟹肉作配菜。

約十五分鐘後,炒飯便上桌了。最令筆者驚喜的,是蟹肉份量比想像中多,頗為豪爽。筆者曾經吃過其他餐廳的泰式蟹肉炒飯,遺憾地整個炒飯只有孤單寂寞的三小片蟹肉。這份炒飯幾乎每一口都能嚐到蟹肉,相當滿足。

炒飯粒粒分明,飯粒不會黏成一團團,味道頗為不錯,能嚐到少許泰式魚露的味道。炒飯的其他配料還包括有雞蛋、香蔥等。

📌泰國米粉 (可選米粉 / 河粉)

湯底和粉麵也有不同的選擇,如果不太能吃辣,可以選擇清湯湯底(配豬肉丸、豬肉片及豬膶)。粉麵則可以選擇掛湯能力較強的米粉,抑或較為飽肚的河粉。米粉的熟度剛剛好,質感爽口,又不會未煮熟。

米粉的配料包括有蝦丸和蝦仁各四粒、芽菜、芫荽等。蝦丸的質感相當彈牙,頗有鮮味,與冬陰湯相當搭配。

輕輕呷一口冬陰湯,味道酸辣,辣度不算十分猛烈,大約等於十小辣的辣度。

職員拿著一杯賣相可愛的飲品來到了。輕輕呷一口,首先會感受到荔枝清甜的味道,中段會感受到香茅獨特的味道。最後,椰青的味道會慢慢滲出。這款清新的特飲能沖刷味蕾,令晚宴吃得更為舒暢。

我記得之前呢間餐廳是泰巷,經過裝修後,餐廳的用餐環境是已經升級左,並且改了呢間的餐廳名稱我今晚就是去了呢間餐廳食晚餐,雖然服務態度是升級左,食物的質素仍然是保持到,但是用餐環境的升級程度不是太多,只是在餐廳盡頭少左兩個卡位及兩張枱,劃為存儲室,而存儲室門口的裝修很普通(只是貼左深色牆紙),卡位與卡位之間的間隔上方,只是加了盞細燈;另外近門口的牆只是貼上餐廳的大字牆紙,兼換了個燈牌而已我今晚點了泰國清湯河粉(豬肉丸,豬肉片,豬膶)及香烤油酥餅,冇點飲品,連埋加一,埋單已經接近140元,如果點埋飲品,絕對不止這個價錢,呢間餐廳因應全面的升級,價錢已經變得非常離地,我下次絕對不會再光顧這間餐廳
