話說朋友話見到網上推介好味既野,跟手話想黎大圍飲茶,但我見到個價錢超扼錢,於是就上網睇下啦,最後就黎左呢間616街坊點心檔,望望個門面同裡面,係我好鍾意既懷舊傳統野,新野唔係唔好,但我個人始終鍾意呢種有人情味既暖笠笠,好過冰冷單單追求數字既裝修,坐低係搭枱,同枱個婆婆仲係咁撩我地傾偈,好友善,又推介邊啲野好食比我地,呢度點心種類唔多,但係佢係開24小時,夜晚仲有小菜食,都可謂夠哂正!食物質素我會話係大件夾抵食,我諗住下次要帶老豆黎食架喇奄春蛋燒賣皮薄餡靚呢四隻字絕對用得貼切,我冇諗過,咬落去全個都係肉,咬開一半果時仲見到啲蝦肉,新鮮又彈牙,不得了牛肉三粒牛肉球,配上喼汁,黎飲茶食牛肉係必須的流沙奶黃包搣開個包兩邊,見証住啲黃洞L咁漏出黎,YEAH!!呢個包比外面冇咁甜,應該係為左就啲街坊,岩哂我唔鍾意食太甜既野馬拉糕呢個糕又唔同傳統果啲wo,由方形變左圓形,加入左淡淡既梛香,咬落去唔覺有梛絲係入面,但就有梛絲既味道,唔錯蘿蔔糕一絲絲既蘿蔔係哂糕入面,糕身較粉同腍身,足料

Deep Fried Cuttlefish with Pepper Salt ($98) was perfect with beer. The cuttlefish was soft and not over cooked. Very heavily seasoned, the coating was thin and crunchy without falling apart.

Food here was well seasoned and went well with beer. I guess that is their goal and we had a few rounds of that. Price not overly expensive but portions were smaller than expected. Food also comes out very fast.

因為路過見到呢間食店諗住入去食嘢,當時店內得一兩張枱有客坐,我哋兩個人見到有張4人枱咪諗住坐底囉,有個大嬸行過嚟問我哋幾多位,我話兩位,佢叫我哋坐埋一邊,留返一邊預備俾人搭枱,我話我哋已經係坐埋咗一邊啦,佢又話要坐入去埋便,我話有人嚟我哋會坐埋去㗎啦,佢又係度大大聲話到時就遲喇,點、點、點,俾佢啲咁嘅態度影響到,我唯有立時起身離開啦,以後都將呢間嘢列入黑名單中,希望其他人睇咗呢段文字自己考慮下先幫襯佢啦。

第一次寫食評,專門申請個戶口來寫,因為太難食希望佢哋睇到可以檢討吓。叫左個重慶雞煲,兩個字形容晒,咸,辣。完全唔入味。另外叫咗個佢話最多人叫嘅燒汁牛柳,個薯仔反而有驚喜,但係牛柳一樣係得出邊有味,唔覺得有層次嘅味道。本身冇諗住寫食評,所以冇影好多相,諗住求其只係食一餐,但係兩個餸要超過30分鐘先岀,原來佢係等埋一次過先煮。最基本嘅飯都煮得唔好。兩個餸 兩碗白飯 一罐可樂連埋茶界+1,埋單298呢個價錢完全唔值。好味是良知呀!

因為疫情關係已經好耐冇去飲茶。星期日晚諗唔到要食乜嘢,忽然記起之前睇到客香邨有夜茶飲,所以就決定去嗰度開餐。到餐廳時已經係晚上九點,點知仲係滿座,因為我哋係三個人,企抬阿叔仲請一位單身客讓咗張枱俾我哋。尼間餐廳係大圍嘅老字號,做嘅都係熟客街坊生意。雖然係咁,但係佢哋都跟上潮流係用手機落單的,我亦都留意到揸車嚟呢度買外賣點心的人亦都唔少。實在太耐冇飲茶喇,所以睇到乜嘢都想食。我哋三個人一共嗌咗13碟點心,仲外加一碟乾炒牛河同埋一碗招牌雞粥。啲點心中規中矩,唔可以講係突出,比較有印象嘅係個煎鯪魚餅,仲有就係佢哋有灌湯餃賣,呢個點心好多茶樓都唔再做,所以食到佢反而係個小小的驚喜。乾炒牛河係老公要嘅,都幾大碟,亦夠火候。至於碗雞粥我就嫌粥底唔夠好,啲鷄唔夠滑,感覺一般而已。畢竟是做街坊生意的,所以點心都唔係貴。食咗咁多嘢,找數加埋一都只係500零,今時今日喺香港食嘢算係咁喇!

難得來了大圍,本來要吃「大圍小館」,可惜太多人等位,只好轉場,然後就在APPS 指引下找到這間小炒店,而從前不知道原來「616」除了經營火鍋店,還有小炒店。因為6點半已到,所以不用等位已可入座3人行叫了4個小菜和2支啤酒,最後只需$514,小炒來說價錢合理。一來到,待應伯伯已送上餐前小吃,琥珀合桃一小碟,雖然味道不討好,甜味是砂糖的死甜而非蜜糖的清香甜味;再加上合桃本身可能存放不當而有陣油耗味,所以此小吃可完全忽略。但店家的用心值得欣賞。小炒皇$98小炒皇鹹香十足,有大大隻蝦干,用料十足,性價比高;另外韮菜也香,只是整體太咸,可略為減輕調味份量。魚頭豆腐煲魚湯魚味不夠濃厚,相對較清淡份量不少魚頭和豆腐佔大比例,白菜不會太淋爛豬潤滑雞煲雞不嚡,很滑,多肉,只欠雞味豬潤爽脆,沒腥味只是配菜,例如乾蔥頭 , 蒜頭 , 蔥白及洋蔥等可以多一點西芹炒牛柳粒牛柳偏肥,但生熟度剛好,不會韌。整體偏油最後店家還送了甜點—紅豆沙,不會太甜,味適中總括而言,味道雖然不算出色,但各種態度而言,是一間有心做飲食和值得支持的良心小店

難得來了大圍,本來要吃「大圍小館」,可惜太多人等位,只好轉場,然後就在APPS 指引下找到這間小炒店,而從前不知道原來「616」除了經營火鍋店,還有小炒店。

因為6點半已到,所以不用等位已可入座
3人行叫了4個小菜和2支啤酒,最後只需$514,小炒來說價錢合理。
一來到,待應伯伯已送上餐前小吃,琥珀合桃一小碟,雖然味道不討好,甜味是砂糖的死甜而非蜜糖的清香甜味;再加上合桃本身可能存放不當而有陣油耗味,所以此小吃可完全忽略。但店家的用心值得欣賞。

晨早樓樓同朋友搵野食,經過大圍油站附近就試試呢間 "客香邨"入到去飲早茶,叫左幾款試下,有金錢肚牛柏葉燒賣鳳爪流沙包首先黎左金錢肚同牛柏葉,金錢肚賣相一般,但味道不錯,而牛柏葉咬落爽口,而且兩個份量都幾多,幾低食之後黎個鳳爪同燒賣,鳳爪正常,燒賣大大粒,比平時嘅大粒,食到有肉有蝦,味道唔錯,唔知係唔係鋪頭自制嘅呢最後黎個流沙包,我本身都鐘意食流沙包,食流沙包一定要撕開一半,望望個流沙,果然一開出黎,係滿意嘅流沙,再一啖擺落口,好香又唔太重嘅蛋黃味,味道調教到剛剛好,不錯不錯食完再返屋企訓過

之後黎個鳳爪同燒賣,鳳爪正常,燒賣大大粒,比平時嘅大粒,食到有肉有蝦,味道唔錯,唔知係唔係鋪頭自制嘅呢
