覺得牛呢種食材好神奇,明明都係牛,唔同部位都有唔同味道。適逢天氣轉涼,想食牛又想打邊爐,所以去咗試試616嘅打邊爐。以火鍋店黎講裝修非常靚同有香港特色,有好多唔同嘅裝飾。好得意嘅墊枱紙,推介牛部位,同埋教客人唔同嘅牛部位要淥幾耐先好食。飲品叫咗三款,最鐘意玫瑰洛神花茶,完全唔酸,加咗蜜糖好味道。覺得呢款橙味汽水比大牌子嘅好飲。飲咗半支嘅菊花桂圓露,幾清新幾甜。主角湯底係鴛鴦沙牛,一邊清淡一邊濃郁。左邊清湯入面有芹菜芫茜同蘿蔔牛展,配牛肉食唔會喧賓奪主;沙嗲湯底配響鈴、公仔麵,索完湯一齊食無得彈。每碟望落去都非常靚。右二嘅係蘇格蘭雪花胸肋,係我全餐最鍾意嘅牛,油脂分布平均,牛香十足。包住豬肉涵嘅蛋餃,非常特別。牛駝峰一樣牛香十足。牛橫隔膜我比較少食,相對其他部分冇咁油,肉質口感好好。難得見到有賣牛骨髓嘅鋪頭,當然都要試吓。唔腥呢點相當抵讚,配沙嗲湯好好食。加點一份雙層肉,可能近牛肚腩,好多油脂,相對前幾款牛肉係食肉香,佢就傾向食油脂嘅香味。整體而言非常滿意,食物非常美味,感覺到絕對唔係交行貨。環境又乾淨,地板冇預期中嘅痴笠笠。雖然價錢貴少少,但真係值得。

今日下午午膳時間,嚟到大圍這一間餐廳,他位於大圍隱蔽的小巷,原本是一間火鍋牛肉專門店,下午時段提供四個餐俾大家選擇,我今日第一次就試佢嘅湯飯。佢嘅餐具都幾精緻,一個木盤咁樣搬出嚟,清湯入邊有牛腩,牛仔骨和白蘿蔔,飲咗一啖湯,有牛肉嘅鮮味,唔會太鹹,之後胡椒味嘅都出埋,如果冬天食更加一流。靚湯配白飯已經唔差,如果想好似我咁食得再健康啲,就加少少錢配一碟菜,啲蔬菜即刻煮俾你,加埋淡豉油,唔夠味點一點都唔錯。佢跟餐仲會送一支嘢飲,應該係自家製,我就揀咗個菊花特飲,夠凍夠清甜下次會想試埋佢其他套餐
