To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification.     自從花斑茶社開左係粉嶺名都之後，我地差唔多每個星期都會買黎飲，店舖入面有幅手畫牆，以人手每一線每一筆畫出來，當中有粉嶺名勝的建築物，別具特色，打卡一流。黑糖珍珠抹茶鮮奶加芝士奶蓋（+$44）鮮奶厚滑，抹茶與鮮比例平衡得好好，抹茶味名突出，黑糖珍珠煙煙韌韌，好Q彈，再加了厚實綿密的芝士奶蓋，令到整杯飲品更邪惡鳳梨冰紅茶（$28）鳳梨味道突出，甜度適中，是一杯充滿熱帶風情的果茶，香甜而清爽，夏天飲最適合不過。 continue reading
