To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日夜晚我去咗旺角嘅呢間花班茶社到買黑糖珍珠鮮奶 由一開始落單 一位戴帽嘅男店員嘅對答已經係冇乜禮貌 去到後來野飲出咗又唔嗌飛 比人感覺求求其其 唔係認真做野 而杯野飲 黑糖味亦唔夠重 $32 一杯 但感覺等同於飲緊純鮮奶 如果係咁嘅味道嘅話 仲不如去惠康七仔買支奶都好過係呢度用 30幾蚊去買一杯冇乜黑糖味嘅奶 希望店主或者老闆可以在管理一下 咁樣嘅味道同埋服務態度實在唔會令人再想幫襯👎🏻

登打士街又有多間茶飲店～係好多分店嘅花斑茶社🫢 叫咗杯芝士奶蓋四季春，走冰微糖，芝士奶蓋味道鹹香，但係飲落中間有啲粒粒，應該係打得唔夠好，四季春茶都幾香，都唔錯

今日經過旺角發現開咗一間新嘅台式飲品店叫做「花斑茶社」，超鍾意飲台式飲品嘅我當然要買來試吓啦。店員非常熱情，推介人氣主打台式飲品俾我呢啲有選擇困難症嘅人。 黑糖珍珠岩鹽厚鮮奶 $34焦糖味超夠，好有岩鹽味，奶味夠晒香濃。飲完後非常飽肚。凍白桃烏龍$28另外加$4 寒天 同 加$8 芝士奶蓋外觀睇落金黃色，上面有一層好厚嘅芝士奶蓋非常傑身。 味道酸酸甜甜，白桃烏龍茶味夠清香，飲落口後茶味回甘。 寒天非常Q陣彈，煙煙韌韌、爽口彈牙，好有咬爆珠嘅感覺，超有咬感。 飲到一半，發現無晒茶，餘下非常傑生嘅芝士奶蓋放寒天粒粒。 超鍾意飲茶嘅我，都覺得呢間台式飲品店嘅茶沖得好有茶味、好香。 下次再落旺角，都會試埋其他茶品。
