曾經喺屯門見過呢3隻虛火燒豬燈籠,當時緣慳。荷里活廣場新店開唔夠三個月,酷愛嚐鮮啱哂。午晚市限時75分鐘,上菜等十分鐘鬆啲,枱有啲迫夾,兩份餐要掹走托盤先放得落,尤其仲一時貪念再外加兩小食,枱細視覺上擠到小型滿漢咁嚇親隔離。丼飯走精緻小高檔路線。很久前忘記邊度食過黑咖哩,甚是歡喜,見有此配和牛,不假思索。黑咖哩被捧埋嚟,極吸引眼球,隔離枱都射匿眼望過嚟,顏值又確係幾高,汁多均勻鋪飯面,唔知佢係慢煮到黑還是加竹炭粉嘅咖哩,少咗一般咖哩時有嘅草腥,多咗煎香味,幾好送飯,和牛夠熟不靭,薯條外脆內軟,仲要放埋隻外加溫香軟玉嘅溏心蛋落去撈住吔,速度反映味道,廿分鐘成碟吔完!比較多人嗌嘅豬腩照燒雞雙併飯,汁控就咪嗌,基本冇乜餸汁,係啲肉好食,不過豬腩如果輕手啲唔好燒到有啲偏燶會更好。外加沖繩豆腐,灑咗啲蔥花鹽喺面,但就略嫌唔夠豆香,會比較寧願食多隻糖心蛋。沖繩柑汁有氣唔甜幾解渴。
