早前同屋企人一齊去試呢間新開嘅江南菜館,上到去見到餐廳分開咗好多間房,睇嚟係方便附近公司預訂見客或宴會用,普通冇book 位嘅就坐大廳,雖然地方唔大,但座位間空間都夠大,都坐得舒服,同埋餐廳裝修採用中式優雅風,又放置好多盆栽,都幾適合打卡影下相。我哋總共叫咗6道菜,因為係秋天蟹季,所以叫咗好幾道蟹粉菜式,當中最值得一試嘅蟹粉獅子頭,本身好驚成口肥肉或者好韌,點知係入口即融,口感好鬆化,完全唔似食緊肉丸咁!另外,江南菜中必試嘅一定係河蝦仁,河蝦比海蝦細粒,不過口感比海蝦彈牙好多,配合蟹粉一齊炒,鮮味十足!其他菜式都好食,聽職員講好多食材都係新鮮由中國揚州泰州直送過嚟,以份量同味道嚟講,價錢非常公道,下次如果有新季節菜單,都會想再試下。 continue reading

係朋友介紹,第一次上到黎,都抱住唔大期望去試吓,因為人流唔太多,但其實呢個地方唔方便,銅鑼灣地鐵站勁近,但呢度私隱度都幾高,又有好多 VIP房,最估唔到既係食物出眾😍點咗既餸菜有當季既蟹粉河蝦仁,蟹粉小籠包,蟹粉扒豆苗,河蝦仁食落都幾新鮮幾彈牙;而蟹粉小籠包就是正常水準,都算皮薄餡靚;豆苗份量都算大份,豆苗都幾嫩口,味道不錯 。想講吓個蟹粉獅子頭,入口鬆化即溶,從來冇試過喺香港食過呢種口感嘅獅子頭,一定係必食之選,真係大力推介👍🏻另外都要講吓個揚州炒飯,啲飯超煙靭,口感好特別,聽個名以為普通嘢,但係食落真係都幾驚艷,都係必食之選😋 continue reading

同朋友行過銅鑼灣廣場,見到有一間新開無耐嘅中餐,正確嚟講係江南菜,之前都未試過,一於試下。上到10樓,餐廳中式裝修真係好靚,好優雅,唔怪得餐廳個名都好有文學氣式。首先我地叫左個前菜,芥味繡球菌,好清爽同帶有wasabi味,但味道唔會令人食落唔舒服,成個配搭都好match,十分推介。適逢蟹季,餐廳都出左好多用蟹做材料嘅菜式,我地叫左個蟹粉河蝦仁,話哂平時出面都好少食到,清爽蝦仁加上新觧蟹粉,令味道更有層次。點心我地叫左蟹粉小籠包,皮算薄而湯汁好飽滿,幾好食。之後呢樣,簡直令我回味無窮,以為一個好普通嘅牛柳粒,點知好食到回味無窮,充滿牛香,完全唔硬,好好食。菜方面叫左蟹粉扒豆胚,清甜嫩滑,菜都好新鮮。店員推介我地食揚州炒飯,話用左3種唔同地方嘅米嚟炒,果然令我好驚喜。第一,炒得好乾身,食得出米飯一粒粒感覺,另外每啖都食到唔同米帶出嘅層次,呢樣出面真係食唔到!最尾叫左個糖水,糖桂花蓮子,估唔到份量咁足,桂花味調配得相當出色,蓮子煮得岩岩好。 continue reading

呢間新餐廳以高水準嘅氣氛同方便嘅位置自豪,但係真正閃耀嘅係佢哋嘅食物—絕對值得一試!由開胃菜開始,醉係有一股濃烈嘅酒味,沒有太苦,但每口嘅新鮮質感。上海小籠包就係我預期嘅樣子—冇驚喜,但絕對冇投訴。煎包底脆、包子軟綿、內餡多汁,特色嘅煎包脫穎而出,令我欲罷不能。「獅子頭」肉丸亦經精心製作,肥瘦適中嘅豬肉完美平衡,配搭嘅湯汁風味豐富令人心曠神怡。涼拌海蜇令人驚喜,質感同味道都一流。切成較大嘅一口份量,帶嚟滿足嘅口感。至於小蝦就比較普通—冇特別令人難忘嘅地方。最後,胡蘿蔔點心做得精美,展現出迷人嘅層次。整體而言,呢間餐廳以優質嘅食物質素超越期望,絕對係任何想享受美味餐點嘅人必試之選。我期待返去再次品嚐同探索更多佢哋嘅菜單! continue reading

同朋友去咗呢間新開嘅餐廳食中菜,發現呢度係將中式設計和食物嘅當代優雅重新定位!一入門口已經被室內設計吸引,好簡單好低調好優雅嘅設計,反而令我有好舒服嘅感覺!枱同枱中間嘅空間好闊,座位亦都好舒服!四周圍放置咗好多鮮花擺設同埋盆景,再加上實木嘅中式傢俬,係一個好嘅配搭!簡潔嘅主色調,再加上孔雀藍點綴!令人覺得好有品味好高雅!再講食物,小籠包皮薄,裏面嘅湯很鮮甜。而陳醋嘅香氣跟裏面嘅鮮肉係一個絕佳嘅配搭!醉鴿嘅擺盤好精緻!花雕酒嘅香氣基本上係一上枱已經聞到!而鴿本身亦都好有鴿肉嗰種獨有嘅香氣!都係一個唔錯嘅選擇!而酒糟四寶包括咗毛豆,豬肚,蝦同埋鴨舌。每一樣嘢都做得好精緻,味道亦都好到位!唔會話過鹹或者係味道唔夠。同醉鴿一樣,嗰個花雕酒嘅香氣真係一流!跟住就係蘿蔔白鯽魚湯,魚湯極濃!黑椒味好香!好有飲胡椒豬肚湯嘅感覺!而蘿蔔絲同埋白鯽魚佢會幫你喺湯度攞上嚟,作為一個小菜,亦都係鮮甜美味嘅!但係講到佢招牌嘅紮五花肉,就有一啲遜色了!肉質比較嚡,而豬皮上面嘅豬毛佢只係燒乾淨,但係忘記咗皮入邊仲會有毛髮嘅根,所以其實佢應該係用鉗掹乾淨而唔係就咁燒乾淨就算數,不過個汁係好味嘅。講到黃鱔,佢有兩個選擇一個係用韭黃炒,另外一個就係黑椒蒜頭,我哋就選擇咗黑椒蒜頭,因為比較特別!喺出邊冇咁容易食到!果然冇選擇錯!佢個黑椒爆香到一個點係你夾起舊黃鱔肉擺入口嗰一刻即刻會有黑椒嘅香味滲出嚟,然後先至到蒜頭嘅香味,而鱔肉自己本身亦都好有彈性好新鮮!汁醬亦都做得唔錯。唔會太甜或者太鹹,味道亦都唔會太濃!所以呢個係一個好出色嘅菜!到最後講甜品,綠豆糕果然係非常之古早味,外皮嘅綠豆蓉亦都唔會好乾,係微濕潤嘅!食落口之後好順喉唔會成口都係粉咁!另外一個南瓜嘅糕點就比較普通,唔係唔好食,不過就係普通味道!冇乜特別!所以如果講甜品我會推介綠豆糕多啲!食物質素係高嘅!當然亦都有可以再改善嘅地方,但係第一次嘅體驗亦都係滿意嘅!尤其是服務,所有服務員都好親切好貼心!上菜嘅時候會好細心咁同你講解每一道菜嘅食法同埋材料,呢個係值得讚嘅一個地方! continue reading
