諗住搵信和廣場附近有咩好食,又想地方冇咁嘈吵,又想座位坐得寬闊啲,想環境事事正正,OpenRice map睇吓附近有咩食,就搵到呢間,出奇地評價好少,相信係新餐廳,見到啲相幾精緻,就膽粗粗就去食同行有兩個BB ,冇諗過呢間餐廳都會有BB座椅,同埋BB餐具,雖然國內好流行,但係香港唔係間間餐廳都有,呢個都幾欣賞👍🏻入返正題,總括嚟講啲嘢食都好出色,午市$198/位,食物十分精緻,真係一人一啖,質素真係幾高,個人覺得佢個蝦球🍤好好食,因為係配有鹹蛋黃。好老實,依家大環境,如果平時做嘢食飯未必會選擇,但係假期放鬆吓,一班人聚一聚,見吓客,想要舒服環境,唔想要咁嘈,食物質素又要得,呢間真係銅鑼灣首選🥇 continue reading

早前同屋企人一齊去試呢間新開嘅江南菜館,上到去見到餐廳分開咗好多間房,睇嚟係方便附近公司預訂見客或宴會用,普通冇book 位嘅就坐大廳,雖然地方唔大,但座位間空間都夠大,都坐得舒服,同埋餐廳裝修採用中式優雅風,又放置好多盆栽,都幾適合打卡影下相。我哋總共叫咗6道菜,因為係秋天蟹季,所以叫咗好幾道蟹粉菜式,當中最值得一試嘅蟹粉獅子頭,本身好驚成口肥肉或者好韌,點知係入口即融,口感好鬆化,完全唔似食緊肉丸咁!另外,江南菜中必試嘅一定係河蝦仁,河蝦比海蝦細粒,不過口感比海蝦彈牙好多,配合蟹粉一齊炒,鮮味十足!其他菜式都好食,聽職員講好多食材都係新鮮由中國揚州泰州直送過嚟,以份量同味道嚟講,價錢非常公道,下次如果有新季節菜單,都會想再試下。 continue reading

係朋友介紹,第一次上到黎,都抱住唔大期望去試吓,因為人流唔太多,但其實呢個地方唔方便,銅鑼灣地鐵站勁近,但呢度私隱度都幾高,又有好多 VIP房,最估唔到既係食物出眾😍點咗既餸菜有當季既蟹粉河蝦仁,蟹粉小籠包,蟹粉扒豆苗,河蝦仁食落都幾新鮮幾彈牙;而蟹粉小籠包就是正常水準,都算皮薄餡靚;豆苗份量都算大份,豆苗都幾嫩口,味道不錯 。想講吓個蟹粉獅子頭,入口鬆化即溶,從來冇試過喺香港食過呢種口感嘅獅子頭,一定係必食之選,真係大力推介👍🏻另外都要講吓個揚州炒飯,啲飯超煙靭,口感好特別,聽個名以為普通嘢,但係食落真係都幾驚艷,都係必食之選😋 continue reading

同朋友行過銅鑼灣廣場,見到有一間新開無耐嘅中餐,正確嚟講係江南菜,之前都未試過,一於試下。上到10樓,餐廳中式裝修真係好靚,好優雅,唔怪得餐廳個名都好有文學氣式。首先我地叫左個前菜,芥味繡球菌,好清爽同帶有wasabi味,但味道唔會令人食落唔舒服,成個配搭都好match,十分推介。適逢蟹季,餐廳都出左好多用蟹做材料嘅菜式,我地叫左個蟹粉河蝦仁,話哂平時出面都好少食到,清爽蝦仁加上新觧蟹粉,令味道更有層次。點心我地叫左蟹粉小籠包,皮算薄而湯汁好飽滿,幾好食。之後呢樣,簡直令我回味無窮,以為一個好普通嘅牛柳粒,點知好食到回味無窮,充滿牛香,完全唔硬,好好食。菜方面叫左蟹粉扒豆胚,清甜嫩滑,菜都好新鮮。店員推介我地食揚州炒飯,話用左3種唔同地方嘅米嚟炒,果然令我好驚喜。第一,炒得好乾身,食得出米飯一粒粒感覺,另外每啖都食到唔同米帶出嘅層次,呢樣出面真係食唔到!最尾叫左個糖水,糖桂花蓮子,估唔到份量咁足,桂花味調配得相當出色,蓮子煮得岩岩好。 continue reading

呢間新餐廳以高水準嘅氣氛同方便嘅位置自豪,但係真正閃耀嘅係佢哋嘅食物—絕對值得一試!由開胃菜開始,醉係有一股濃烈嘅酒味,沒有太苦,但每口嘅新鮮質感。上海小籠包就係我預期嘅樣子—冇驚喜,但絕對冇投訴。煎包底脆、包子軟綿、內餡多汁,特色嘅煎包脫穎而出,令我欲罷不能。「獅子頭」肉丸亦經精心製作,肥瘦適中嘅豬肉完美平衡,配搭嘅湯汁風味豐富令人心曠神怡。涼拌海蜇令人驚喜,質感同味道都一流。切成較大嘅一口份量,帶嚟滿足嘅口感。至於小蝦就比較普通—冇特別令人難忘嘅地方。最後,胡蘿蔔點心做得精美,展現出迷人嘅層次。整體而言,呢間餐廳以優質嘅食物質素超越期望,絕對係任何想享受美味餐點嘅人必試之選。我期待返去再次品嚐同探索更多佢哋嘅菜單! continue reading
