石鍋桂花烤魚的味道辣中帶酸,這種酸辣令入口時魚更顯得鮮甜,桂花出名魚肉好滑,魚皮烤了跟平日吃的不同,不再軟滑,而是有點脆但又被湯浸林了的口感,湯底不太咸,魚肉入味十足。芫茜再吊一吊味,魚鯹全消,愈食愈開胃,魚湯亦見鮮甜!呢期工作太攰,補補身,食返雞子先,出街食不用自己處理,抵返呀!粒粒又大粒又有光澤,非常新鮮。灼熟了入了酸辣味,那味口感滑嫩!再叫個豬腰,打邊爐喜歡食呢d平日少食難自己煮的,豬腰淥完好爽口好滑,有魚湯入味冇咁單調!又叫食到飽飽,加多幾粒鯪魚丸剛剛好,入口彈牙冇魚骨,好香鯪魚味,手打鯪魚肉就多見,鯪魚丸更滑口,加入魚湯淥估不到幾好味!
