早兩日同朋友黎左依度打邊爐最初差少少入錯門口,原來佢正門係旁邊最愛食魚的小妹無理到唔食魚既朋友感受點左「石鍋烤魚」,佢有得切片上不過我覺得原條上先有霸氣$298條魚係煎過兩邊先放湯既由於係石鍋傳熱需時,所以都等左少少時間先滾我地點左「手打墨魚丸」 $58墨魚超彈牙,相當足料相信掉落張檯係可以彈起另外仲有叫「本地手切肥牛 」(細) $138價錢都差唔多,牛肉切得好薄身上菜果時都排得好靚肥瘦均等「安格斯牛粒 」$88好好味,唔駛淥太耐就要食如果唔係會韌當然唔少得「韮菜餃」 $58小妹好鍾意食餃既依度啲餃係自己包的,唔算好大粒淥果時唔易散野飲小妹點左「自家製酸梅湯」 $10真係好好飲,我諗暫時飲過最好飲係依間唔會太酸帶點甘,係好解到食完咁多咸野果種渴

打邊爐唔一定係冬天依日同朋友黎左依度試下叫左個石鍋烤魚 (原條) $298魚肉都好嫩滑,先食完條魚,再落邊爐配料落去淥我地都叫左好多配料其中蝦膠奶皇包 $78 真係好特別佢用蝦膠包住蛋黃再放落去淥等蝦膠淥熟後,咬開食果時,入面啲蛋黃會流出黎不過記住唔好淥太耐因為試過有粒淥得太耐,入面啲蛋黃熟晒而佢既自家製作響鈴 $48都真係整得好鬆脆放落湯半秒就可以拎上黎食佢旁邊都仲有一個個魚缸有啲新鮮海鮮可以選擇點既有波士頓龍蝦、元貝、韓國蚌仔、海中蝦、花甲不過今次點得太多其他配料下次再試

胡椒豬肚雞,一大鍋上枱,鍋裏放滿豬肚和雞件,及大大粒紅棗,枸杞,以$178定價,算是物有所值。雖然鍋裏有大量胡椒粒,估計是臨上枱前才放進鍋裏,所以初時的胡椒味不夠濃郁,需要滾上一段時間,黑椒味才漸漸散發出來。自家製墨魚丸,定價要$78一碟,但只有6 粒,的確有點貴。墨魚丸內包裹鵝肝,丸身尚算彈牙,鵝肝屬普通貨名,味道有點像免治肉。薄切肥牛,有一大半都是肥肉,名副其實"肥牛",肉味普通。自家製響玲外形比一般響玲窄小,顏色亦較為深色,呈淺啡色,賣相不太討好。響玲需放於滾湯中至少五秒,中央部份才夠淋。
