早收工梗係要happy hour飲返杯,呢間bar唔錯,幾好坐。先來個麒麟生啤,再來個小食,要咗咬炸洋蔥圈,個洋蔥圈幾好食,炸粉入面嘅洋蔥竟然唔係乾晒嗰啲。飲到一半先見到原來呢間bar有Murphy生啤,比棵桃花遮住,如果一早見到我就唔飲麒麟飲Murphy啦。 continue reading

進咗呢間店,第一樣打入眼簾嘅就係佢哋嘅招牌菜 - 焗澳洲羊架配黑醋汁。光係睇個樣就已經流晒口水🤤。點咗個五成熟,一上桌我就聞到個香味四溢,羶色但唔膻。羊架嘅外皮烤得金黃焦香,掉入口即刻感受到嗰肉質鮮嫩,每啖都嘩嘩聲,配埋酸甜嘅黑醋汁,真係完美組合!再點埋個連骨安格斯肉眼扒配紅酒汁,三成熟喺我口中化做滿足嘅味道,肉汁吱吱作響,均勻嘅脂肪層帶出牛肉本身嘅香味,好有嚼勁🥩。不過,可能左手重右手輕咗,今次嘅紅酒汁啲鹹味覆蓋咗啲牛肉嘅原味,下次記得同師傅講手下留情。食完呢兩樣,你問我飽唔飽?唔止飽,仲要心滿意足咁走出店門,噢,下次再嚟!👍🍽️ continue reading

今晚入大埔搵一搵朋友,經佢推薦下嚟到呢間酒吧,總共Order咗1杯白酒及2杯啤酒、該酒吧環境唔錯,起初服務都覺得ok、落單時會再三確認及推薦。但埋單時當晚唯一一位酒保叫我哋check下單,我見到3樣item就確認埋單、朋友去完洗手間出嚟後再睇,見到杯白酒咁貴先知落咗兩杯。因為我本身都唔清楚朋友叫嘅白酒幾多錢、所以我無確認清楚亦有問題,咁我亦好好聲氣埋去同佢講番聲:「唔好意思,你哋打多咗杯白酒所以張單錯咗。」結果該名酒保大大聲怒吼:「所以我岩岩咪叫你check單囉!你咁樣會害死我㗎!啲嘢改唔到呀!」然後再一輪嘴係咁鬧我點解唔睇清楚啲嘢之類,更加聲稱張單已經收晒錢係唔可以退錢。全間酒吧即時靜晒,請問係咩服務態度可以容許貴酒吧員工向客人怒吼?點解收錯錢唔可以退錢?然後我朋友埋嚟同佢再講一次,佢亦不停質疑我哋係咪叫咗四杯及到底邊杯先係叫多咗。第一:全晚由我哋到達及離開,總共只有3-5枱客人、點解仍然可以打錯單?第二:特別係當我哋嚟到已經係較夜嘅時間,大部份客人亦無乜再點落單、身為酒保唔記得自己出過啲咩?第三:而且當發生問題後,該名酒保情緒失控一輪嘴係咁鬧,我哋保持禮貌同佢溝通仍然未能改善其態度及情緒,咁樣解決到問題嗎?定佢覺得鬧完一輪後我哋可以當無咗件事離開?而該名酒保亦絲毫無任何解決問題嘅意思,鬧足一大輪先嚟確認到底張單有邊到錯。第四:一輪質疑後,該名酒保將退款掉落張枱到,請問該名酒保清唔清楚到底用錢掉落枱係幾無禮貌及教養嘅一件事?而且整個過程及係我同朋友離開前佢亦不停有難聽嘅說話。依判斷,該名酒保應該身兼當晚職位最大嘅負責人,因收錢及退款一樣經該名酒保手;如果最大職位嘅負責人完全控制唔到情緒、我本人唔會再去外亦唔建議任何人或朋友幫襯,點知下次有咩問題起上嚟會唔會發生咩意外?今次係我人生第一次當眾比人怒吼及無禮對待、亦係第一次需要留負評去投訴。本身真係好小事,唔明點解會變成一個咁唔愉快嘅經驗、上述職員處理客人問題時不但情緒失控,更加非常不合情理地無禮對待客人,希望該酒吧老闆或負責人會同該名酒保溝通,作出改善。最後私心想加一句:該名酒保年紀望落唔細,至小已經唔再年輕、勞煩諗清楚係咪一有問題就需要情緒失控地發晒脾氣?本人深信無論咩事都好,發脾氣並未能解決任何問題,望該職員自重。 continue reading
