農場芝士配法式脆條及多士 Farmhouse Cheese Platter Served with Baguette & Toast,對於硬芝士我認真一般,餅乾脆條我都不是太喜歡。只有 Camembert 卡門貝乾酪一款,最好食係那幾片焗麵包。香腸拼盆,焦香脆皮熱騰騰,肉香滴汁,味道可口動人不咸不濁,雖然不太分別到什麼品種香腸,最緊要好食就得了﹗燙著嘴沾點芥末籽醬更添色彩。

照燒醬鴨肝雜菌扁意粉,嚥韌彈牙的扁意粉索盡醬汁鴨肝油,完成度極高﹗醬汁均勻地緊緊包著每條意粉,滑滑地跣到嘴仔內跟舌頭翻滾,濃郁香醇可口無比﹗如果加點蒜蓉兜炒,味道就更加豐富。厚身肥美鴨肝散發羶香,彈彈帶膠黏,油脂潤澤每顆味蕾,幸福滿意。

燒牛肋骨條,雖然我喜歡牛食 3 成熟,不過牛肋骨肉食 5 成會使其牛味更濃更突出﹗外層焦香味濃,牛肉味非凡出眾,包著嬌嫩紅肉,美味爆燈﹗沾上大量紅酒汁更添風味,嚼勁十足,每啖肉汁激射。

Gate oyster,有丁點蠔殼碎,整隻入口爽爽的質感,回甜味香濃,不太有金屬味道。美人魚生蠔,首次遇上,食落比想像中質高。蠔味濃帶陣陣香甜,海水味不重,金屬味微弱,感覺清爽。white pearl oyster 白珍珠,滑嘟嘟、肥嘟嘟,清香奶油味道,淡淡然海水咸鮮。Fine de Claire oyster 凡狄其,海水味特出,還有陣陣金屬味的餘韻,咸中帶鮮,爽中帶奶油香。France oyster Angel,清新舒服的味道,微爽帶滑。France oyster Gillardeau,大大隻海水味強更有嚼勁,肥美飽滿。

巴馬火腿配哈蜜瓜,咸香宜人彈彈的白巴馬火腿,配以濃甜多汁的蜜瓜,擦出火花﹗甜咸反差撞得出神入化非常好味,嘆為觀止﹗黑松露雜菌天使麵,我非常執著即叫即煮鮮意粉,多謝廚師體諒幫我煮份新鮮天使麵﹗彈牙嚥韌滑嘟嘟,掛滿幼滑忌廉汁,香濃味美還散發雜菌的獨特幽香,滿意味濃意粉堅廷食都耳仔郁﹗

黑松露野菌意大利飯⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️高湯忌廉特濃,完全滲透每顆飯粒,每粒都緊緊包著﹗大大啖飯連菇帶黑松露塞入,香氣撲面而來﹗失控地一啖接一啖停不下來,直到完全消滅為止﹗焗豬仔髀,結實肉質勁彈勁有咬口,濃郁香草味中滲出淡淡香辣,肉汁也不少。成隻拿起咬連汁帶肉細味,熱騰騰好好食﹗特色豬髀仔,原隻咬啖啖肉,有咬口有嚼勁,彈牙超多肉汁﹗秘製醬料有茄有辣有甜味,非常神秘惹味﹗

香煎羊架配黑醋汁,喜出望外的鮮嫩滑溜,嬌嫩粉紅色香甜爆汁,拿起一啖一支,肥瘦適中沒羶嗅,根本沒有挑剔的餘地﹗Extremely delicious!瘋癲狀態下的廚師,慢功出細火,每個步驟都精雕細啄一絲不苟﹗攞盤色彩斑斕,百花齊放﹗羊架原始的肉甜味添上黑醋還有鮮茄的味道,提鮮醒臘﹗煎得羊架外層焦香滴著汁,裡面保持嬌嫩淺紅色,軟塾綿綿,做得好﹗

早收工梗係要happy hour飲返杯,呢間bar唔錯,幾好坐。先來個麒麟生啤,再來個小食,要咗咬炸洋蔥圈,個洋蔥圈幾好食,炸粉入面嘅洋蔥竟然唔係乾晒嗰啲。飲到一半先見到原來呢間bar有Murphy生啤,比棵桃花遮住,如果一早見到我就唔飲麒麟飲Murphy啦。

第一:全晚由我哋到達及離開,總共只有3-5枱客人、點解仍然可以打錯單?

第二:特別係當我哋嚟到已經係較夜嘅時間,大部份客人亦無乜再點落單、身為酒保唔記得自己出過啲咩?

第三:而且當發生問題後,該名酒保情緒失控一輪嘴係咁鬧,我哋保持禮貌同佢溝通仍然未能改善其態度及情緒,咁樣解決到問題嗎?定佢覺得鬧完一輪後我哋可以當無咗件事離開?

而該名酒保亦絲毫無任何解決問題嘅意思,鬧足一大輪先嚟確認到底張單有邊到錯。

第四:一輪質疑後,該名酒保將退款掉落張枱到,請問該名酒保清唔清楚到底用錢掉落枱係幾無禮貌及教養嘅一件事?而且整個過程及係我同朋友離開前佢亦不停有難聽嘅說話。



依判斷,該名酒保應該身兼當晚職位最大嘅負責人,因收錢及退款一樣經該名酒保手;如果最大職位嘅負責人完全控制唔到情緒、我本人唔會再去外亦唔建議任何人或朋友幫襯,點知下次有咩問題起上嚟會唔會發生咩意外?

今次係我人生第一次當眾比人怒吼及無禮對待、亦係第一次需要留負評去投訴。

本身真係好小事,唔明點解會變成一個咁唔愉快嘅經驗、上述職員處理客人問題時不但情緒失控,更加非常不合情理地無禮對待客人,希望該酒吧老闆或負責人會同該名酒保溝通,作出改善。

最後私心想加一句:該名酒保年紀望落唔細,至小已經唔再年輕、勞煩諗清楚係咪一有問題就需要情緒失控地發晒脾氣?本人深信無論咩事都好,發脾氣並未能解決任何問題,望該職員自重。

Being practically raised in Tai Po, I've known this pub for ages. This time, I finally decided to go in for a drink. All I ordered is Gin on Tonic. (That's what I generally get on a first visit..) Decent enough. Good pricing (HK$64/NH). They don't have an extensive collection on draft beer like King's Belly does, but definitely a more decent and cozy Environment, currently ranking First to me for pubs in Tai Po.

每一間酒吧都有自己特色的雞尾酒,在After 5,其中一款令我難忘的是Bruce Lee,淨係聽個名都覺得新奇有趣,佢係用Red Bull做底,加上各種調味,味道不像其他雞尾酒一樣甜,反而可能稍微大少少苦澀,如果想是不一樣的雞尾酒,可以到此嘗試這一款。

香煎三文魚柳配忌廉汁,賣相非常討好,顏色配搭都得宜,鮮艷奪目,橙黃綠紫白撞得吸引,散發著香噴噴忌廉濃郁芳香添,使到食慾大增 ﹗而且記得我唔食薯條,轉左沙律菜,細心,讚 ﹗Very good ﹗先從中間切開驗一驗,肉汁即時滲出,外層煎封全熟,香口結實。中間半生熟泛著鮮橙色既魚肉,好 Juicy 嫩滑。將魚塊浸在忌廉汁上不停打滴再一掉入口,黏黏滑滑既感覺,忌廉牛油味濃厚,熱辣辣超好味 ﹗不過魚柳正中間有點冰凍呢。練波不忘美食,食飽先有力架麻 ﹗

鴕鳥扒配紅酒汁,煮得過熟了 ﹗又硬又乾又鞋呢,因為怕有禽流感?駝鳥肉本身味道偏淡,食落有點點黑椒味道,略帶香口,還可以。但份量實在太少,只有 4 小片有點孤寒,又唔係什麼貴食材,我覺得只係食左一串串燒既份量。伴碟蕃茄更出色,原隻蕃茄略烤過再鋪上肉碎,好鮮甜又帶點香口。

芝士墨西哥粟米片 Nachos,配有 3 款醬汁,茄汁、酸忌廉及牛油果醬。芝士都未焗溶就出貨,好趕時間咩?用原片軟芝士代替依家既芝士粒會更開心囉。我一向都對薯片類或零食麻麻地,如要食此 nachos 會較喜歡食酸忌廉,味道較清爽又可以減低油膩感覺。又加左價,多謝 HKD60 個大洋。

有骨安格斯肉眼牛扒 3 成熟配紅酒汁,不在 menu 上而只有熟客先知道既高級肉眼呢 ﹗雖然要幾百蚊一塊,但物有所值既,可能係大埔最好食既肉眼。Menu 上沒有的有骨肉眼多謝 HKD260 啦,重量級物有所值既。今晚塊扒特別肥,肥膏好多呢 ﹗雖然膏多更香口,煎出黎既香氣更強烈。大大件肉眼夠晒份量,安格斯一向牛味濃郁,正呀 ﹗淡紅色的肉,質地嫩滑又多汁,配埋濃淡適中既紅酒汁,雙得益章 ﹗最後全部食晒,當然連汁都無得留低啦,好飽好滿足啊 ﹗

連骨一齊煎既肉眼扒肉味特別濃厚、香氣特別濃郁,煎封肉眼將所有肉汁完完全全保存在內,一鋸肉汁飛射 ﹗沾上紅酒汁掉入口中跟舌頭熱舞,肉質軟棉幼滑,每一趙都流滿非凡肉汁 ﹗肉質幼嫩棉棉,肉汁勁到滴滿成隻碟呢,沾上香甜濃郁紅酒汁加上牛味特濃,外層充滿彈性有韌度,裡面鮮紅嫩滑,大滿足 ﹗骨所帶出既香氣及味道已被肉眼吸引,好味極致,回味無窮 ﹗連骨都要損得乾乾淨淨方肯放手。

我對薯仔麻麻,可以轉其他配菜嗎?伴碟原隻蕃茄都非常出色,鮮甜無比。後生仔新廚師今晚較平日有超水準表演喎 ﹗難能可貴,非常滿意,好好味,無得彈 ﹗早前係另外一間餐廳食左塊低於水平既安格斯肉眼扒後一直忐忑不安,今晚一定要食塊巨形又好味既牛扒方可使我情緒安定過來呢 ﹗哈哈哈。Kenwood red wine,靚紅酒配靚牛扒爽乎 ﹗真係太好食喇,飽飽又滿足 ﹗美酒佳餚,係欠缺左個美女相伴,美中不足﹗

芝士肉醬焗薯皮,質數一向穩定,新鮮出爐熱辣辣出晒煙,真係要慢慢續啖咬呢 ﹗成舊塞入口死梗,一定起水泡又甩皮。簡單、方便又美味 ﹗夾雜住芝士肉醬既芳香,好味道又方便 ﹗懶人殷物,唔洗劏唔洗鋸又無骨,拿起就咬。新鮮出爐滾熱辣,不能掩蓋既烤薯香味,微燶香噴噴,薯肉軟棉濕潤又夠粉,吸收晒肉醬香味及肉汁,薯皮微燶香口,茄汁肉醬酸酸甜甜十分開胃,茄汁肉醬味道超夾,濃郁帶甜帶酸,可以連續食幾隻都唔覺滯啊 ﹗混為一體天作之合,好味到頂點 ﹗如果再多一點芝士就更好喇。

和牛漢堡 5 成熟,仲有薯條、蕃茄、青瓜、沙律菜伴碟,份量十足。和牛漢堡熟了一點了,煮得有點過龍,變左 7 成左右。Size 比以往薄左少少,幸好仍然好厚身呢 ﹗要夠厚身先可以鎖住更多既肉汁。夾埋蕃茄酸瓜蔬菜真係超級厚呀,最少有兩吋半啊 ﹗仲有薯條都未放埋入去。我天生個口都算大,都要壓扁個包少少先免強可以一啖咬落去乍,哈哈 ﹗豪邁狠狠地一咬一扯,意料之外麵包十分鬆軟喎,不過和牛漢堡就有點乾有過過熟,濕潤不足,肉汁欠奉,淡淡牛味不算勁,肉味略淡。兩面又無煎香又無煎封,口感同味道大打折扣,馬有失蹄 ﹗我有失望 ﹗依個 moment 又係出絕招既時候喇,加上大量茄汁救救先得。

車打芝士併羊奶芝士配法包,依家取消左芝士併盤好失望呢,可以試多幾款麻。羊奶芝士羶味強勁有點嗆喉喎,我都係喜歡 blue cheese 多一點,羶味濃得黎較醇。車打芝士大路普通,廣為接受,淡淡咸香,齋食就太啖口了。

法國白珍珠 whtie pearl,法國白珍珠蠔,生蠔您返左黎喇 ﹗After 5 既美味生蠔終於返來囉,等到頸都長。新鮮生蠔只需幾滴鮮檸汁就夠晒喇,無需要過份調味,原汁原味先最好食。 味道鮮甜帶淡淡海水味,肉身肥美堅延,嫩滑非常,蠔味餘香強烈而持久,真係要一試再試,好味到不得了。 蠔肉肥美、邊位爽嫩,中程度海水味及金屬味,味道鮮甜到震,除左用好味黎形容外,都只係得好味兩個字囉 ﹗

香煎羊扒配黑醋汁,招牌菜廣為人知,知名度比牛扒更甚。依個好味得咁緊要既係咪羊黎架?遠遠已聞到芳香肉味,質感軟棉幼滑細緻,味道只帶輕微羊羶,肉味濃郁多汁又香口,一啖一隻,一扯肉汁飛射 ﹗混上甜美黑醋汁,如虎添翼 ﹗

德國咸豬手,改良版外皮並無炸過,焗得嚥韌而滑,膠質好豐富,原隻煮既肉汁可以保存較好,豬肉帶淡淡咸香而咸味不太嗆,質感軟棉又帶少許肉汁,啖啖肉食得高興,合格。最討厭醃到硬屈屈既咸豬手,比起大埔德意時碎上脆皮硬屈屈極咸港版豬手好味得多。

辣酒煮藍青口,見到個名已經聯想到辣酒煮花螺,但原來只係白酒煮青口加辣粉乍,好微似水既辣味,藍青口保持彈性無煮過火,整體普普通通唔難食,叫做試過啦。

茄汁豬髀配天使麵,豬髀肉質有點乾硬,肉汁欠奉,味道一般,而且有點雪藏翻熱感覺。天使麵有點凍,一早煮定,口感都滿意,不過茄汁淡而無味又太水喇,要香濃厚一點才好食呢。

紅酒汁燒春雞天使麵,要求天使麵要 8 成熟,因為意粉都係煮定,所以要廚師哥哥尊登即時再煮過喇,麻煩晒。烚得天使麵剛剛好,十分嚥韌有咬口,而且滑溜溜 ﹗撈埋蕃茄草菇一齊食超級好味,菇菌芳香帶著鮮茄甜酸味道,更加開胃醒神。春雞就不過不失,雞肉好腍,不過無咩彈性嫩滑感覺,配上紅酒汁都好味道既。我喜歡用天使麵捲上雞肉掛埋大量紅酒汁混合黎食,味道變得多層次而豐富,好食好多 ﹗

黑松露醬雜菌扁意粉,我愛扁意粉比天使麵、意粉更愛,最嚥韌滑溜有嚼勁。依個意粉都炒得真係好鬼油喎,哈哈 ﹗等左差不多 30 分鐘,終於有得食喇,真係有點耐。索一索,聞到好濃郁黑松露氣味,不過食落就只有微弱黑松露味道。專登 order 意粉唔好咁腍,今次質地都算滿意啦 ﹗淋上大量辣椒仔夾埋雜菌捲上黑松露肩意粉,大束大束地塞入口,香香辣辣勁開胃,雜菌芳香爽脆彈彈,越食越起勁,停不了。唔知道會有洋蔥,無走到洋蔥呢 ﹗我食唔到洋蔥架,格硬食左三四片,救命 ﹗成個意粉食晒,都美味。但仍然好肚餓呀,叫多個焗薯皮先得 ﹗

今晚芬哥突然想食咸豬手,試吓都好,無所謂。勁大隻,份量多到夠兩個男人飽肚呢!德國咸豬手免切,製作需時,熱辣辣上枱。同樣都係大路港式咸豬手,肉汁欠奉,豬皮炸得脆脆的,包住肉質結實既咸香豬肉。味道合格既,配上酸芥苿籽醬都好醒胃,可減去少少食肉既滯悶感覺。唔通想食炆得軟腍棉滑肉味濃又勁 juicy 既正宗德國咸豬手唯有搭飛機去食?就算去到香港德國啤酒節都係港式,可憐啊!

在一個落雨既晚上,一條濕滑既公路,一個粗心大意既.....朋友。於星期六竟然book錯位,周圍爆滿,幸好錯有錯著,第一次來到After 5 。從來對酒吧都趨之若驚,怕那嘈雜又複雜的環境,After 5 屬於一間於新界區難得遇到的清吧,吧裡有食物提供,有set dinner , 亦有生蠔跟不同的小吃。固名思義,After 5 於五時多左右已聚滿人群happy hour, 幸好朋友錯有錯著的book錯位,很快入座。我們沒有點set dinner , 只點了一些小吃跟 Long Drink cocktail. 特別推介一杯名為【貴妃】的cocktail,酒味不算濃烈配上淡淡的荔枝香,很容易入口,適合女士們的cocktail。而這杯長島冰茶真是落足料,飲左兩杯已見winh wing地今匀真係拿來長島冰茶換我半晚安睡喇!小吃亦見水準,但價錢略貴及等待時間頗長。跟友人們帶醉而歸,此酒吧不錯,實在是於新界區難得一見的。下次我們再來試一試set dinner吧!
