Yu-en is a newly opened Omakase restaurant specializing in aged sushi in Mid-levels West.Counter table is made of Hinoki from Nara. Spacious, relaxing atmosphere.Never been to a sushi restaurant that you can see their dry aging process. Tonight we are having three parts of a 198kg Oma tuna that has been aged for 23 days.

Speechless.

The Otoro is very soft and buttery with hints of smoked cheese. So palatable and totally not greasy.
