最近嚟開啟德行過見有位就試了「阿不」坐低後查看openrice才發現好多負評 本來心都驚一驚好彩最後叫了三款菜式味道還不錯* 雞油花雕蒸馬友馬友都滑,無蒸過籠,加上有雞油和花雕嘅味道同香氣,餸飯幾好* 灌湯鴨皮係脆,肉質及味道不錯*蒜蓉炒芥蘭 - 都ok唯一最大問題係二人枱窄,好難同時放到三碟餸。反而旁邊二人只叫兩碟粉麵又坐四人枱。希望餐廳可注意一下如何安排。下次行開會試叉燒及其他餸菜👌🏻

馬友都滑,無蒸過籠,加上有雞油和花雕嘅味道同香氣,餸飯幾好

* 灌湯鴨
皮係脆,肉質及味道不錯

*蒜蓉炒芥蘭 - 都ok

唯一最大問題係二人枱窄,好難同時放到三碟餸。反而旁邊二人只叫兩碟粉麵又坐四人枱。希望餐廳可注意一下如何安排。

下次行開會試叉燒及其他餸菜👌🏻

入座後侍應才通知用餐時間只得80分鐘,兩老用餐後要用水服藥,所以入座後便問侍應攞杯水,唯待應表示要先叫茶才給水,隨後表示全部只要水可否,待應仍堅持先叫茶才供水,不知是否擔心我們只叫水唔俾茶位錢。叫了花茶發覺味道不太合適,問侍應開過另一壺茶,怎知侍應回覆少人只可以開一壺,就算揀錯都冇得換叫了三個菜,味道尚可但咕嚕肉心不太熱應不是即炸,白飯微暖。總體感覺侍應奉客不太周到,部分食物唔多夠熱,性價比不值推薦。

又到Airside,搵食當然想嚐新,但又不希望太肥膩因閨蜜還有重重難關要闖。環顧四周,小菜飯餐相對合適便選擇了的「阿不鴨不」。套餐不包飲品,1-4人可選一款茗茶。蛋角很大份,蛋香是足夠的可惜煎得有點實,但午飯時間人客衆多,火候控制略為強差人意也屬正常。午市套餐有不少選擇,有平也有貴一點的小菜選擇,牛小排高鐵質、帶子則富含蛋白質,這兩款食材貴一點也無可厚非。蜜糖豆及百合清甜爽口,牛小排肉味濃,火候掌握得不錯,可惜帶子質素有待改進。尋常貨色,有點像超市冷凍食品,質素可想而知。平或貴價套餐均可選擇一碟青蔬,安排不錯。
