這次已經不是第一次到airside cafe 吃飯了。這次是年初四夜晚到訪的。當晚可能是因為年初四的關係,吃飯的顧客不多。點了餐牌第一道的二人海鮮拼盤沙律以及羊扒。朋友還點了杯白酒送海鮮。海鮮拼盤的質素不錯,食材也很差其中我覺得龍蝦及在橙汁中的帶子是最好吃的。另外血橙的沙律蝦也是不錯的選擇。很新鮮的食材。另外最後的重頭戲,就是羊扒了。三成熟的肉,總算是很嫩,不過相比上次吃過的牛面頰肉,就稍為遜色了。下次再到訪的時候,或許會再見可口的面頰肉來吃。另外我們還點了燒過的西蘭花,上面灑滿了杏仁片及蒜蓉,很惹味很可口。值得推介的餐廳。 continue reading

Airside嘅餐廳都好吸引,真係想逐間都試晒Airside Cafe景觀比較開陽,可以望到商場景菜式都好多選擇,前菜全部都好吸引,簡直係花多眼亂和牛他他 $188非常之鍾意食他他既我,通常餐廳有得嗌都唔會放過非常新鮮!平時多數他他都會配多士,呢間餐廳配豆腐脆片,非常之香口,夾埋生牛肉他他同埋其他配菜非常之好食脆炸忌廉蠔餅 $168有五件,好似忌廉薯餅嘅外貌,入面竟然係滿滿嘅蠔肉,夾埋下面嘅lemon cream,真係好好味另外加咗一個薯條$68上面加咗蛋黃醬同埋飯素,好味!千歲豬 $238真係煎得好嫩,帶點微微嘅粉紅色,真係可以算係食過最好食嘅豬三甲之一 ,配埋好好食嘅番薯蓉,掂三黃雞 $218雞反而冇豬咁出色,不過都烤得香,皮亦脆,最特別嘅係佢用咗薏米同菇煮到好似risotto錦,好得意蟹肉手捲麵 $198本身睇佢個賣相唔算好特別,點知一撥開發現係有海量蟹肉!個手捲麵質地亦都好好食,唔錯唔錯整體而言,呢間餐廳都真係好高質,推介推介 continue reading

尋晚2024年12月31日我諗住同個仔慶祝新年元旦,去咗呢間位於啟德Airside 3樓Airside Cafe, 晚上8:45左右order咗佢哋牛面頰同埋藍青口加埋一杯芒果Mocktail, 食完回家唔夠一至兩小時後,仔仔全晚不停上吐下瀉,我個仔依家屙到脫晒水面青口唇白,攪到今朝2025年1月1日上午11:00左右終於俾佢埋到床瞓一陣,期間仲要一直話俾我聽腹部及胃部好痛兼頭好暈,我好彩冇食牛肉,食咗少量藍青口都覺得腸痛同腹痛,呢間Airside 廚師烹調手法好有問題,衞生情況令人擔憂!!!等埋今日下午如果情況再冇改善,唯有去政府急症室😭😭😭,食物中毒真係可大可小,我係大人都覺得辛苦,何況小朋友,希望餐廳正視呢個問題,食物嘅衛生情況好重要,海鮮不潔應該要立即處理,烹調牛肉一定要處理得好恰當,廚師經驗好重要‼️如果唔係食到肚痛食物中毒,其實單從食物嘅賣相係OK嘅,可惜食物味道欠佳,藍青口唔新鮮,牛面頰肉質差,真係唔明白點解可以收人均消費$500, 呢啲價錢可以在其他餐廳食得好好! continue reading

做冬係咗中餐,咁今日食西餐吧! 行街見呢間餐廳都幾多人,今日行開見有卡位,咁入去試吓啦😉門口個男知客,笑容滿面,態度好好,我估佢係餐廳經理. 帶我坐咗個靚位,我睇吓menu, 見到意大利汽酒買一送一,咁叫嚟解吓喝先😁.食物點咗烤八爪魚,主食就點千歲豬同集菌意粉.烤八爪魚份量好少,擺盤靚仔,味道不俗. 之後意粉,有三種菇,冬菇,舞茸菇同蘑菇,牛油忌廉汁,意粉係q彈☺️之後到千歲豬, 一般係玉薯蓉伴碟,但係呢度呢就用南瓜蓉,個南瓜肉甜甜地有咬口但係都滑嘅.仲配上咗幾舊嘅長柄西蘭花同埋香脆嘅hazelnut. 個豬肉應該係先慢煮之後再燒,保留咗啲肉汁唔會鞋幾好食😋之後酒店咗甜品,椰子雪葩配鮮百合糖蔥餅. 真係好地到㗎香港風味,所以即刻要點一個嚟試下😁 個配搭都唔錯幾好味!整體上用餐經驗係愉快嘅食物合乎水準加錢大約一個人需要400蚊! continue reading

晚餐與老婆叫了兩個晚餐Set再加生蠔。基本上所有食物都有驚喜,特別是每樣食物都有不同的汁去搭配。能夠刺激食慾。而且上菜速度不會太快,可以慢慢享受😋不過最後的甜品非常失望,極之甜之外,雪糕雪得太硬,等了10分鐘仍然未可以食。扣了分。 continue reading
