閒日放工想放鬆一下,於是去尖沙咀食下日式串燒,今次就揀左樓上日式居酒屋,主打雞類串燒,仲有唔少稀少部位可以試。一上到樓,有室內同室外可以揀,心大心細下最後都揀左吧台,有時望住師父由零開始整串燒的感覺都幾治愈。黎到呢度,當然要試唔同種類的串燒,尤其係雞稀有部位,所以今次就挑戰下雞心同雞食道,成世人都未諗過會食到。另外餐廳會提供五種調味粉,包含山椒粉、七味粉、一味粉、山葵鹽、柚子鹽,可以有唔同的味蕾享受。<芝士煙肉串>一上枱已經聞到香味,最正的地方係中間的芝士係類似溶岩的質感,另外加左紫蘇葉提升味道,同時令到食煙肉唔會咁油膩的感覺。<免治雞肉棒>我都幾鍾意食免治雞肉棒,所以對佢要求都幾高。好食的免治雞肉棒肉質要夠Juicy,唔會食落好乾爭爭的感覺。另外一定要有雞軟骨,增加味道同埋口感。生雞蛋當然要用日本雞蛋,撈蛋汁一流。最後就係醬油唔可以搶過雞肉同蛋汁的味道,呢方面火赤完全做到Balance的感覺。<燒雞心>雞心估唔到咁滑嫩,燒得岩岩好,唔會過鞋。另外加埋辣粉又有另一番味道。<燒雞食道>雞食道食落去好特別,佢類似雞腸咁爽脆,但

<燒雞食道>

雞食道食落去好特別,佢類似雞腸咁爽脆,但係由於佢個Size比較細,所以特別有咬口,咬落去索索聲。如果唔介意食內臟的朋友一定要試!

<燒雞上腿>

雞上腿連埋雞皮,燒完之後雞油滲入雞肉當中,食落有油香。而且雞肉同雞皮帶出兩種口感。

<燒雞脾肉>

雞脾肉只係想鹽吊味,提升雞肉鮮味。外層焦香,食落內外有唔同層次,整體都保持Juicy質感。

<醬汁燒飯團>

飯團燒得好好,外脆內軟,唔會燒得過燶。我發覺佢地對醬汁的控制好好,之後去過一間都燒得夠脆,但就係太鹹,呢度味道就岩岩好。

整體而言,呢度的串燒種類都算多,而且仲有雞稀有部位揀,每款串燒都睇得出落左心機去做,下次要再試其他雞稀有部位的串燒先。

餐廳環境好適合三五知己傾偈,串燒味道好好,但選擇唔多,廚師好用心去做,非酒精類飲品選擇較少,服務態度唔錯!😊值得推介!餐廳或可考慮增加食物種類,如海鮮,烏冬或增添甜品!
