呢度除咗有平時食開嘅喇沙之外,亦有檳城呀參喇沙,呢款喇沙嘅湯底係用魚熬製而成,湯底帶有少少酸味,酸酸辣辣的湯底,飲落除了有魚嘅鮮甜味外,仲有少少蝦膏的味。
再配埋菠蘿,青瓜,洋蔥,生菜絲等等嘅配料一齊食,非常開胃,而且最特別嘅係仲有一整條嘅沙甸魚,酸酸地沙甸魚味道雖然比較濃郁,但味道和其他食材一齊食並沒有違和感。

呢度嘅海南雞可以用皮脆肉嫩嚟形容!非常好食,皮薄爽滑並沒有油膩感,皮與肉之間有一層薄薄嘅啫喱,呢層啫喱其實並唔係脂肪,係膠原BB,通常浸過冰水嘅雞先會出現嘅。
雞肉非常嫩滑,味道濃郁且已經去骨,食落每一口都係啖啖肉。雞油飯亦整得唔錯,飯粒粒粒分明,味道帶有鹹香嘅雞油味。

因為唔飲得奶所以叫齋啡,唔會太酸亦唔會太澀,正常茶記水準~
呢度早餐既份量幾足,一定夠飽~
唔知係咪新開張,店員服務都幾好同好好禮貌👍👍
對比起同一商場連鎖茶記敏X同火車站間美X,個人認為呢間性價比相對高少少,可以一試~
