今日特登出嚟食早餐,見大店排哂隊,所以去咗另一邊商場,見到亞金,裝修唔錯又有位,所以試一試。入坐卡位,稍為睇吓餐牌,原來都好多嘢食喎,種類都好廣範,竟然有白粥,腸粉,又有大眾化的茶餐選擇,亦有叻沙,咖映多,唯一冇係歐式早餐。但對我而言,足夠有餘。最後點了扎肉雞絲通粉,火腿煎蛋配餐包;另外點了沙嗲牛肉麵,同樣配火腿煎蛋配餐包。通常是餐包先上,但今次係粉麵上,扎肉雞絲通好味,湯底唔錯,有味但不太重味精。沙嗲牛肉麵來的沙嗲牛肉,食得出有沙茶味,分量略嫌細份。之後再有雞蛋火腿餐包;可惜只上了一個,另一個應該是留了單,要吹了兩次先至出到,這點要扣分!整體而言,選擇多有驚喜,味道唔錯,只可惜出菜混亂。可以再試。

疫情咁耐都無出去旅遊,特別掛住東南亞菜,所以成日都心思思想食星加波,泰國野。襯去完東龍島,我地就去左大本型食阿金叻沙,由於價錢豐儉由人,所以我哋嗌到好似放題咁食,首先嗌咗個海鮮喇沙,海鮮分量十分多,而且湯底非常濃郁,食埋啲餸食完個麵仲想飲埋d湯。另外嗌左一個扎肉雞絲河,因為老公話想食清清地,雞絲係雞脾肉黎嘅,而且湯底亦都好香甜,最有驚喜係有一個煉奶夾肉鬆薄餅,雖然三樣都好簡單,但夾埋一齊食原來真係不平凡,係一個好好嘅小吃之選,另外我哋都嗌左個煲健康菜,上邊有餅味辣魷魚壓扁撈埋啲辣醬,雖然朋友唔食辣,但係都可以接受到呢個難度, (真係一餐大件夾抵食嘅晚餐。

肉骨有4件,套餐包白飯跟油炸鬼,肉骨瘦嘅比例較多,故對怕肥的我很合適,茶藥材味都很濃郁。

#咖喱牛腩飯
加上椰醬的咖喱很香,牛腩牛根很入味,咖哩精華撈飯, 食到清乾乾。

#玻璃魷魚🦑通菜
魷魚很爽口彈牙加上秘製醬汁,食落很惹味, 菜不會過老👍。
