行完書展嚟呢度食飯，推介佢哋個Mozzarella Stick，炸得好香脆芝士仲拉絲，點埋果醬酸酸甜甜好好食。意粉份量都大碟，肉醬味道啱啱好唔會太鹹，都好啱小朋友食。反而Pizza就麻麻哋，雞肉係好嫩口嘅，但係可能多橄欖，令到Pizza有啲鹹，小朋友就唔係好啱。飲品我就叫咗一杯雜莓mocktail，呢杯好飲，酸酸甜甜都好開胃，阿仔都飲咗我幾啖仲chur 住要😂整體嚟講係唔錯，不過如果唔係行書展，我應該唔會專登嚟呢度食🫢

Extremely poor service with impolite waitress not willing to provide, albeit minimum, assistance in this Wanchai Al Dente. Customers are helpless with wrong food and no proper utensils. Steak was overcooked. Water drippage from ceiling to table and nuisance to customers ignored. As a regular customer who has dined at different Al Dente restaurants (central, TST, Wanchai….) for more than 15 years, I was shocked how Al Dente serves customers now. I feel ashamed and won’t recommend this restaurant at all.

Al dente — 美味義大利菜細個開始已經會同一家人食呢一間餐廳。過咗好耐，同朋友再嚟一次。喺我印象中，呢間餐廳價格相宜，富有氣氛，食物質素高，是我會去的意大利餐廳之一。首先想講呢度嘅前菜，我同朋友分別揀咗凱撒沙律同蘑菇湯。我好欣賞蘑菇湯忌廉新鮮打落蘑菇蓉，蘑菇味濃郁，絕對不是一般茶餐廳的罐頭蘑菇湯。至於正餐方面，我和朋友都是吃牛扒，一個吃西冷牛扒，一個吃肉眼牛扒。肉眼牛扒肉質鮮甜，推薦大家叫中度熟，medium well已經開始有點硬了。我相信中度熟不會血淋淋的，大家可以放心嘗試。至於甜品方面，我們大家都是吃雲呢拿雪糕配蛋糕，份量不多，但是味道很清新。雲呢拿有豐富牛奶味，蛋糕有焦糖軟糕的感覺，相當不錯，食得舒服又開心。

香港好多間 Al Dente 已經執左，好彩灣仔呢間分店仲係度。蒜蓉飽配以Oliver oil, 十分好味別睇少這碟餐前沙律有青瓜、蕃茄仔、芝士、紅椒、洋葱、糊椒粉、棕櫚油、數5到咁多種嘅菜......好多樣料整成才會覺得咁好食。Welldone 牛扒好味就不在話下，呢碟野連个蒜頭都好好味~入口會溶化，似薯蓉咁texture 。#welldonesteak#steak#aldente#義大利餐廳#會展附近#Aldenta

今年五六月左右入去食，個日係為咗睇鴨仔嚟到灣仔，睇完之後落好大雨，所以都費時去太遠地方食，近近地就去咗鷹君中心，見到有間西餐廳就入去食. 一入到去，點完野食，等咗成九個字都仲未有野食…..個陣都二點幾，好啦，到野食嚟到之後，先係惡夢既開始，個pizza完全係凍，仲要連切都無切過 . 到咗呢刻，已經無哂胃口，於是就要求打包拎走，佢夠膽死拎個膠餐盒出嚟比我裝….豈有此理！ 一來完全唔岩size,二嚟真係好寒酸，Pizza Hut都唔僧比呢d盒你裝pizza啦，簡直離哂大譜.
