To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大學飯堂一向俾人感覺就係頹飯😓😓😓Hku 引入咗好多唔同嘅餐廳，令到教職員同學生就算唔使離開campus都有好多好嘢食🤤🤤🤤🤤首先試咗佢個早餐先😛好豐富，價錢又實惠有牛角包，粟米、雞扒、燒蕃茄、薯餅、炒蛋同iced tea 直頭係個Mini all day breakfast 🤩雖然喺大學裏面嘅餐廳，但係賣相一啲都唔馬虎，用一個好靚嘅碟放尋常嘅食物，成個格調唔同晒😎再試埋佢個午餐，個賣相冇早餐咁吸引，不過都好好食😋鍾意嘅可以坐餐廳有玻璃位望住出邊個景，又或者坐喺室外望住個山都好chill推介👍🏻

豬排炸得好脆🤩 雖然偏硬，不過真係好香好食。豬排嘅汁都係酸酸甜甜，可以解膩🤤側邊仲有配沙律，夏天食，真係一啲都唔heavy，健康又解膩😘我仲配咗杯凍蘋果綠茶，茶味唔重，唔會澀，好飲。朋友食薯蓉，都好好食🤩，雖然分量唔太夠，但真係好食但服務真係超級麻麻，之前去嘅時候都係成日去到點餐先會講有咩已經賣曬，好多時排咗好耐，到最後又被告知想食嘅冇曬🥲今次去嘅時候，叫餐到一半，落單嘅職員（似經理）走咗去處理外賣嘅嘢，我哋等咗陣先繼續落，期間唔該咗佢3次，先理我哋🥲跟住食緊嘢嘅時候都係咁聽到經理鬧其他員工，仲要唔係好聽嘅說話，好惡😖

今日朋友跟約會行山，起點旁邊正正是香港大學，順便參觀來校舍打打卡同食個早餐，揀選呢間西餐廳，係因為環境不錯，不是連鎖式餐廳，1看餐牌價錢好優惠，畢竟是學校範圍，滿心歡喜就叫咗兩份早餐，等嘅時間係耐小小，不過影下相時間好快過，早餐份量好，兼且營養豐富，味道ok啦，呢個價錢要求吾太高齋啡都啱口味，朋友果份係雞扒，佢都點頭滿意，店內客人不絕，睇嚟好多學生都鐘意呢度嘆早餐吹水輕鬆下，唔錯呀，會再度光顧，亦想推介一下比朋友

Recently, I had a fantastic breakfast at HKU Restaurant- Alfafa. My meal was the Pasta in Mushroom Soup with Burgundy Ham and Poached Egg, Sweet Corn, and King Oyster Mushroom. The pasta was cooked perfectly with a savory flavor, the mushroom soup was rich and creamy, and the burgundy ham was salty and added texture. The poached egg was soft and blended well with the soup, while the sweet corn and king oyster mushroom added a crunchy freshness to the dish. I also had a cup of Earl Grey tea, which was fragrant and brewed to perfection. At $30.5, the price of this meal was reasonable given the quality of the food and the generous portions. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with my breakfast experience at HKU Restaurant- Alfafa and would highly recommend it for a delicious and satisfying meal. The food was expertly prepared and beautifully presented. I can't wait to go back!

大家好 今日小編去咗食香港大學嘅alfafa今日一於來試吓佢嘅蘋果批來做早餐Alfafa嘅麵包有加熱服務可以話係非常之貼心啱啱叮出嚟嘅蘋果批熱度適中微微溫暖 唔會話過分熱 亦都唔會燙嘴蘋果批非常之鬆脆酥皮做得非常之好唯一缺點係食嘅時候有啲碎碎跌出嚟雖然蘋果批嘅口感非常之好但係我覺得佢嘅靈魂做得唔夠好蘋果批嘅靈魂在於蘋果餡Alfafa嘅蘋果批餡料唔算多切開蘋果批嘅時候唔會流心咁流出餡料因為佢成個蘋果批只有薄薄一層嘅蘋果醬某程度上係薄到我切開嘅時候都影唔到所以我都冇影到切開嘅平面總括而言有啲失望
