見到報紙之前介紹這間店的創辦人,覺得他們很有heart 推廣健康飲食和健康麵包文化,所以趁來到大南街的機會去買他們的麵包試試。以sourdough 來說, 這間店的味道算是不錯,但綜觀有幾方面可大大改善: 1)用餐體驗: 不夠位坐,空間太小。我明白alive 位處的地方是一個mixed space,空間不只是餐廳,還有藝術展覽的空間。以現在的setting來說,weekday 應該還可以應付,但絕不能應付weekend的人流。大家買了蛋糕或麵包,只能匆匆忙忙站在店內食,未能悠閒地享受這些手作產品。有些人可能覺得是多餘,我個人覺得若提供堂食,就要想想如何確保客人的用餐體驗是滿意,因為這是part of the experience 。2)點餐過程: 混亂 在counter 點了後,收銀員告知你的點餐號碼,但沒有單據。到等餐的時候,另外一位員工又不是以號碼叫人,只是叫「原味麵包」「黑蜜麵包」,那當有超過一位客人等同樣的食物時(而在我等的5分鐘過程中已見到兩次,因這店賣的食物種類很少)便會產生混亂,客人不知道那份食物是屬於誰。3)價錢: overpriced 做sourdough 時間長功夫多, 價錢當然比普通港式麵包貴。但這間的sourdough 說實話是overpriced 了。味道okay, structure 可rise 得再多點,但一個麵包$75未免太貴。灣仔另外一間賣sourdough 和牛角包聞名的麵包店,他們的sourdough味道和structure好更多, 都是賣三十幾元一個。若alive的價錢可以下調一點,應會更好。 continue reading

係深水埗搵到高質手工酸種麵包!外脆內軟帶少少酸味,牛油果番茄莎莎醬味道清新。.個人比較鍾意無花果配純素腰果忌廉芝士,上面加咗龍舌蘭蜜,甜甜哋同cream cheese好夾。好高興有餐廳會用龍舌蘭蜜代替蜜糖💚。 continue reading

要清假,夾梗咁放5日假😩。見到社交平台介紹呢間純素甜品,橫掂無野做,就喺上西班牙文之前嚟欣賞下☺️。除左麵包,當日有呢兩種揀。其實聽個名,yuzu pepper chocolate好似怪怪地,哈哈,但又想試下🤪,同揀左冷泡綠茶。味道又好好喎,朱古力質感係偏向硬中帶點綿,唔會好甜,幾正。上面嘅cream係yuzu味,酸酸地,mixed埋朱古力,中和下,好好喎。冷泡綠茶真係完全唔甜,純綠茶味,清下喉嚨,幾好。成餐都食左$100 左右,唔算平,小弟唔係覺得唔抵,不過覺得服務可以好少少,因為當日另外果個cake,係無名,真係唔係好知咩嚟,當問店員就係呢兩種cakes揀呀,佢地又無諗過介紹下🧐,唔通佢地唔知無左個名🤔,就算有名,介紹下應該都可以?🤔 continue reading

星期六下午行完深水埗,口渴又攞住勁多嘢,查吓附近有咩地方飲嘢。就黎左呢度。原來間嘢前面係賣文青嘢嘅。入面就有~10個位。新兼幾乾淨。自助形式。要行去收銀度叫嘢兼睇個餐牌,大佬啲字洗唔洗咁細呀?!嘢飲基本上係得唔同味嘅發酵茶,cold brew 咖啡同cold brew 綠茶。Cold brew 咖啡差唔多成六十蚊杯。呢個價錢響深水埗真係好貴!嘢食都冇咩揀。啲蛋糕都幾細件,macaron 直接粒鈕咁嘅大細...見佢有賣自家製sourdough 麵包,相信差極有個譜,決定都試佢個牛油果open sandwich + 西柚玫瑰發酵茶。發酵茶個酒味都幾勁,但個味好好,好香同唔會太甜。估唔到個牛油果open sandwich 咁靚同咁多牛油果,仲好好食!牛油果屬於生生哋嘅。因為硬身,所以食多塊都冇咁滯。下面啲蕃茄洋蔥橄欖油芫茜撈好香,夾埋個酸麵包堅好食。好有我響德國食嘅感覺。服務態度好好。但好明顯係新手,唔太醒目。問攞隻杯去斟水飲,我兩個人你俾一隻杯我..."有無紙巾呀,可唔可以俾多張我放口罩?" "好呀冇問題呀~我俾多張你". 真係俾兩張....我朋友都有食嘢喎...話時話,食完先發覺,其實都係餐廳黎。只係前舖後餐廳啫。點解唔洗量體溫嘅?! 總結:嘢飲堅貴,但個open sandwich 都值(好似四十幾蚊). 新舖服務過一輪希望會有改善. 個sourdough 包其實買一個走都抵食. 深水埗近排開左好多呢類型嘅cafe. 呢個價錢究竟長遠做唔做得住呢? continue reading

近排大南街真係好熱鬧喔🤣開始好多cafe選擇間間都滿座🙄🙄🙄行過呢間咁啱有位試一試先🤤🤤入到去睇清楚D得果5個位咋😱環境大部份都係藝術品🤔🤔睇睇menu...走純素風嘅主打手工製有機酸種麵包🍞配料有牛油果🥑香蕉🍌香桃🍑仲有macaron、蛋糕同餅乾😱🤔揀咗評價好高嘅Chocolate Carmel Cake🍫🍫朱古力批果然好味😋😋😋好有層次感外層鬆脆內裡蛋糕軟熟仲有最正朱古力夾心🤤濃厚嘅朱古力味又唔會過甜👍🏻真心好想食多嚿😋😋飲品試咗支天然有機汽水發酵幸福茶分別有4種味道菠蘿辣椒味 Pineapple Chilli西柚玫瑰味 Grapefruit Rose檸檬生姜味 Lemon Ginger 藍苺羅勒味 Blueberry Basil我就揀咗第一隻🥴想試下菠蘿mix辣椒係點嘅味🤭🤭唔係一般人接受到嘅味道😆檸檬生姜味都好想試😋😋留待下次先 continue reading
