同屋企人一行四人嚟食冬至飯,叫咗一個砂鍋雲吞雞、原條烤魚、紅燒乳鴿、瑤柱蛋白炒飯 。其實木茶餐廳都唔係非常之忙,但係坐低之後,想搵個人落單都難。最後落完單,等咗半個鐘先上咗碟乳鴿,之後再等多幾個字真係好唔耐煩,一問之下,就話個砂鍋雲吞雞係要好耐時間,然後條魚又落漏單……不過都體諒過時過節忙啲,而且餐廳而家通常都係過節嘅時候搵啲part time 人返工,落單唔熟,都冇辦法。講返食物,乳鴿比較瘦,但係燒得唔錯,皮脆,亦都唔會過鹹。砂鍋雲吞雞個湯都好濃,雲吞大大粒足料,有半隻雞,食落都算滑。原條烤魚雖然遲咗好耐先上,但係都好有看頭,有一個大盤咁樣出,辣🔥得過癮。炒飯,炒得好好,粒粒分明有鑊氣。環境唔錯,間餐廳有戶外座位,天氣冇咁凍嘅時候可以考慮再嚟過坐室外。最後,就係泊車有free三個鐘頭,真係唔錯! continue reading

睇到有網友介紹,點心精緻又可座露天位,周末又無乜嘢做,出發試吓呢間睇就幾好,食就唔知好唔好嘅~八方棧。見到人哋啲相幾正,二口子『出盡力』叫咗六個點心,最後試埋個炒飯。蔬汁金柚雪山包 二人蘿蔔絲酥餅二人前蟹籽蝦多士百醬蒸虎皮鳳爪娘惹海皇春卷(3件)沙爹鬼馬牛肉腸 瑤柱蛋白炒飯蔬汁金柚雪山包~面頭好鬆脆,包軟熟,包入面小小嘅醬加埋柚肉,口感同味道不錯。蘿蔔絲酥餅/蟹籽蝦多士蘿蔔絲酥餅咬落去鬆脆,滿滿嘅蘿蔔絲蓉,都唔錯收貨。蟹籽蝦多士~第一件真係食晒成塊,此終係炸物加面包,面頭真係成層蝦膠,多士食到成口油真係無可厚非,所以我食第二塊時淨係食塊蝦膠算百醬蒸虎皮鳳爪~鳳爪可以話係我哋飲茶必點,一來真係鍾意食,二嚟喺測試間嘢得唔得,呢度得,咬落去隻嘢脹卜卜口感滿滿,最重要不過咸。娘惹海皇春卷~春卷係第二樣必叫嘅,咬落去鬆脆,蝦肉都滿滿,但有一隻味怪怪哋但又唔係唔好食~感覺係小小咖哩味,都ok收貨,因為叫咗太多炸嘢,呢個食咗半條算。沙爹鬼馬牛肉腸~原來個名有沙爹,咁我又食唔出,牛肉加油炸鬼,口感都夾,不過今日真係太多炸野,頂唔順,但個腸粉皮ok, 薄同軟~不錯。既然一場嚟到,試多一樣~瑤柱蛋白炒飯。我呢啲check 精,正常唔會叫呢個,因為性價比太低,料又唔多,但「值錢」,碟飯一放低都嗅到香味,瑤柱大家都睇到,得面頭幾粒,成碟白雪雪,但食落又幾好味,所以呢碟係食「功夫」,我都食咗一碗仔,食淨同其他一齊打包,放心唔會浪費嘢。整體水準唔錯,同埋依家天氣不熱不冷,座出面真係好舒服,只係我哋真掛住想打咭,不知不覺間揀咗幾樣炸嘢,真係『吃不消』,所以大家選擇時都要小心。回頭度:8/10 continue reading

嚟呢區散吓步同埋探朋友,散完步之後大家一齊飲茶,朋友話呢間餐廳好高質抵食,四個人食咗$500左右叫咗好多款點心,食到好飽,所有嘢大大碟大大份好抵食!!特別推介我最鍾意嘅紅燒乳鴿,肉質細嫩無比,外皮炸至酥脆,內裏肉質鮮嫩多汁,呈現出紅亮誘人的色澤。每一口都融合了香、酥、嫩的多重口感,令人回味無窮,好味推介,下次嚟我一定會再叫呢個乳鴿!!另外有幾款賣相好精緻,一定要影相,相機食先嘅點心:蟹籽蝦多士,創意與傳統結合的美食,以新鮮蝦肉搭配鮮豔的蟹籽,鋪在烤得香脆的吐司之上。蝦肉的鮮甜與蟹籽的彈牙相互輝映,而多士的酥脆則提供了獨特的口感層次。蘿蔔絲酥餅,又係另外一款我覺得好好味,必叫嘅點心,外皮酥脆,內餡香醇。白蘿蔔切成細絲,包裹在薄如蟬翼的餅皮中,經過油炸至金黃。外皮酥而不膩,口感香口,令人愛不釋口。 刹椒鮮蝦菜苗餃,融合了鮮蝦的鮮美與菜苗的清脆,包裹在手工擀制的餃皮之中。鮮蝦的彈性與菜苗的清甜相得益彰,是味覺上的一次驚喜之旅。 冰涼西瓜糕,夏日裏的一抹清涼,以新鮮西瓜為原料,凝固成晶瑩剔透的糕點。它不僅保留了西瓜的天然香甜,更增添了冰涼的舒適感,每一口都是對味蕾的清爽撫慰,小朋友好鍾意。黑豆腐花,第一次食唔係周圍有,質地柔滑的甜品,選用黑豆製成的豆漿,經過細膩的加工,凝結成宛如絨布般柔軟的豆花。搭配適量的糖水,每一勺入口即化,帶來了綿密順滑的口感,同時黑豆的營養價值也使得這道甜品更加健康養生。如果下次嚟呢區我都會再嚟呢度食點心,因為真係高質抵食,性價比高。 continue reading
