係半山竟然有餃子店🥟❗️之前都聽講過呢間好受歡迎✨,曾日賣5️⃣0️⃣0️⃣隻手工餃子,好多人都專程去食㗎❗️❗️不過價錢都好"半山",可能係全香港🇭🇰最貴嘅餃子店😬😬呢間餃子店叫「家傳餃子」🏠。初初以為係好傳統🏡嘅中式餃子,點知原來係Fusion中西👩🍳合壁嘅餃子,款式又有創意又好味😎其實原本佢係網店起家,再成功轉型半山呢間實體店餃子店由一位西廚出身90後女生👩🍳主理,由餃子皮到餡料全部堅持自家製😍,每日人手搓揉麵糰,隻隻都落足心機💕製作。小店環境舒服,夠地道特色,有住家🏠感覺但空間唔算大,座位🪑亦唔多星期日夜晚7點嚟到,已經滿哂😬,要等大概2️⃣0️⃣分鐘Amaze tasting menu 嚐味套餐 $158夜晚🌛嚟食,一個set可以揀一款前菜、一款自家手作拌麵同招牌餃子或者素食餃子初榨橄欖油及紅酒醋漬車厘茄 (素)有啲失望🥹,淨係食到酸味,冇咩層次,如果甜番少少會好好多😗,冇咁嗆🫢波浪麵🌊配椒麻擔擔醬🌶️ 香酥碎花生及蔥波浪麵彈牙好有咬口😋,掛到勁多擔擔醬,啖啖都有花生醬🥜香味,再加埋肉燥口感一流💯花生醬好香濃,兩個人👯♂️Share會無咁膩😚普羅旺斯燉菜素🥦餃配紅菜頭及蕃茄濃湯用栗子、烤甜椒🫑、南瓜🎃、蓮藕做餡,口感幾豐富幾清甜,啱哂食素🥕嘅朋友仔!另外仲單點咗份粟米熔岩餃$88外層煎到焦黃香脆,咬開係爆漿🌋流心粟米湯🌽,粟米忌廉勁濃郁但唔油膩☺️感覺好似係日本冬天嗰陣飲罐熱粟米湯,成身都暖笠笠🌤️個人最推介係依款🥟食完都明白點解有好多人推介呢間餃子店,感受到佢地嘅創意🧠同用心製作❣️不過價錢就真係🥹🥹,同食西式、Fusion菜差唔多下次有機會會再試吓其他餃子❗️

如果我哩一世只可以食三種食品嘅話,餃子係我第一樣諗到既選擇。配搭多,煮法簡單得嚟又有幾款,又可以有營養,真係連食幾日都ok。食過數十間哩間算係最驚喜,驚喜在成個vibe同一般餃子店好唔同,係可以chill住飲下酒得嚟又可以食餃子當正餐。咁味道係好食既,有d配搭新穎嘅食落其實又唔會好surprise. 麵就唔推介,價錢係比一邊餃子店貴幾多,但係食完你就知唔會同其他餃子店比。值得介紹既不過番兜機會就好微喇,純粹本身住得遠,又唔會去開附近。提一提睇完地址跟街號搵好喇,唔好信google map.

Wow i love all the dumplings here. Heard that they moved from the old place to bonham road near HKU. All the dumplings are yum. We had the seafood one, pork and kimchi, lamb, sweet corn lava dumplings and the girl was kind enough to also gift us a dessert. You can tell inside your dumplings they have the best seasonal ingredients. I was so lucky to have the strawberry basil kombucha which was very refreshing.

Stumbled in here and boy am I glad I did. Super fresh food, with a lot of creativity. The lamb dumplings agave a great turmeric-infused wrapper with a lot of flavor and a slightly subcontinental spice blend. I had the lunch offer—there’s a great moreish cold pulled eggplant and house made DanDan noodles. Good spice and all unique. Lovely staff and they’ve got a great selection of canned beer, both local and some international. I’ll be back.
