之前排壽司郎而經過過嘅一間西餐,落到黃埔諗住揾間好坐啲嘅餐廳食飯,就決定試下佢。我哋兩個唔算太餓,所以唔敢叫太多嘢食,喺門口見到佢放咗兩個肉嘅promotion牌,就諗住嗌晒黎試,所以冇叫到其他意粉小食。一落完單就上咗兩個餐前麵包,望落應該係focaccia,暖暖哋幾鬆軟,另外有橄欖油同黑醋可以點嚟食。M5和牛西冷扒先嚟300g和牛西冷扒,我哋叫咗五成熟,扒嘅旁邊有烤蒜頭同埋少少拌菜,隔離有芥辣、燒汁同埋海鹽。切開仲係好粉嫩,同埋有好多肉汁,牛味唔算好濃,肉質還好。煙燻加拿大豬鞍另外呢個煙燻肉promotion,有豬牛雞可以揀,另外跟餐仲有薯條同飲品。我哋揀咗煙燻豬同凍咖啡。上枱嘅時候,有個小小鐵板熱住上。豬鞍已經預先切片,上面有香草牛油,店員建議先食豬嘅原味之後先再加牛油或者煙燻汁食。豬嘅份量比我想像中細。我哋叫咗七成熟,食落啱啱好唔會好柴,煙燻味係好香,但香草牛油就冇乜香草味,如果覺得唔夠味,點煙燻醬嚟食仲好食。當晚餐廳都冇乜人,環境係幾靜幾闊落,但有個好大嘅問題,成個場都好大油煙煙燻味。餐廳係小小開放式廚房,望到晒入邊煎扒同整野食嘅過程,唔知係唔係因為我哋都算坐得近廚房,入面啲油煙供晒出嚟,就算餐廳開大冷氣都係好大浸味。 continue reading

Dinner叫咗一份煙燻牛扒餐同一人份海鮮拼盤海鮮拼盤勁伏, $498份量少又唔好食, 生蠔、龍蝦、蝦、螺叫合格, 龍蝦非常細隻同埋得半隻, 蟶子同帶子肉質超級唔新鮮+無味, 差過去超市買, 呢個價錢超唔抵食牛扒係煙燻西冷$238味道唔錯有煙燻味, 不過係凍嘅😅佢有個蠟燭仔喺下面諗住座熱佢, 但食到最後一塊都只係微暖😅沙律 $28 同飲品西柚梳打$43係額外加嘅, 算係正常值得讚嘅係staff服務唔錯, 環境都坐得舒服不過食物質素真係麻麻, 唔會想翻食total連加一接近$900, 呢個價錢可以食到味道好好多嘅餐廳 continue reading

香濃又牙Al dente,今次去咗間唔錯嘅餐廳,講真,佢哋嘅食物真係正👍!先講吓佢哋嘅骨髓多士吧,肉鬆和牛嘅組合真係搭到唔得了,麵包脆口,骨髓帶嘅膠質口感,啖啖肉香,真係好夠哂滋味。而家講吓前菜鵝肝同日本鰻魚,呢個組合嘅創意真係打開我味蕾嘅新世界,鵝肝嘅豐厚與鰻魚嘅甘甜完美融合,成個組合食落去簡直香滑得嚟又唔覺油膩,好正!主菜美國肉眼扒配薯條喇,外層微微煙燻香氣撲鼻,肉眼扒質感軟嫩,入口即溶,結合香草牛油層次感更豐富。薯條金黃脆脆,根根分明;搓搓唔同醬料,樂趣無窮。再嚟份手制意大利闊麵,配大蝦蕃茄羅勒汁,賣相吸引得滯,麵條彈牙得嚟保持住啖啖蛋味,大蝦仲好新鮮,爽彈得嚟又口感足,升級咗好多分。食完咗呢啲,點可以唔食返個甜點?自家製梨撻真係止唔住口,配埋香草雪糕,我呢個甜品控都話冇得頂!焗得啱啱好,熱辣辣嘅梨撻遇上雪糕,冰火交融,啱晒我。總括嚟講,呢度嘅食物質素同味道都非常滿意,啱晒想嘆海靚食嘅你。下次再嚟,我定必重溫呢份食樂🍴😋👌。 continue reading
