因為媽咪係印尼華僑,所以我自細就鍾意食印尼嘢💕不過都戴定頭盔先,我試過帶朋友嚟食,佢哋冇乜食開印尼嘢就覺得麻麻哋🤣所以唔排除係我由細食到大先覺得好好食🤣➼ 手打撈麵每次返印尼我哋都一定會食手打撈麵,同Indome唔同㗎🤣所以我每次去親呢度都只係會食呢個麵,亦係唯一一樣我會Order嘅主食。呢個撈麵係好多印尼華僑都會食,喺印尼係好平民嘅嘢食嚟💕而呢間嘅撈麵同我喺印尼食係一樣味道㗎!個麵底係幼麵,但冇乜鹼水味,係屬於比較彈牙嘅麵質。上面嘅材料其實好普通,有叉燒、炆豬肉、雲吞、蝦餅、魚蛋、豬皮,全部都切到細細舊,所以每一啖都可以同埋啲料一齊夾起嚟食💕除咗蝦餅比較乾之外,其他都好好食,尤其係個豬皮,冇油益味又脆口!不過份量對男仔嚟講可能會唔夠,對女仔嚟講就剛剛好。➼ 甜茶冰其實冇乜特別🤣就係好甜嘅茶🥰不過冇得少甜㗎Haha!我每次都會嗌,因為齋食麵好Dry🤣➼ 什果刨冰呢個又係童年回憶嚟💕顧名思義,佢就係一個刨冰🤣除咗有基本嘅雜果,仲有綠色嘅珍多,上面淋咗好多煉奶,好簡單但好好食💕不過Overall係幾甜下,如果唔太喜歡食甜嘢嘅話,就唔好試呢個啦! continue reading

每次經過,都想入去幫襯,但次次都超多人。今日見到有位,咁不如早少少食晏(結果十分鐘後又full哂)。印尼叉燒雞飯($58),有叉燒(約十薄片,好硬好乾,都可以話唔太好食)、豬手(炆得好淋又入味,OK)、炸雞(熱的,但炸得較乾)、鹵蛋(夠味,正常)、青瓜(正常)、酸菜(微酸,幾開胃)。雖然有多款材料,但真心覺得麻麻哋。海鮮炒麵($50),即炒,有鑊氣,雖然未算好乾身,但唔會濕淋淋,相比起碟飯好食。有蝦仁、魷魚、豬肉片(明明餐牌寫得海鮮,但張單就包埋豬肉,有趣)、豆乾、肥芽菜、芥蘭,材料好豐富,但味道稍咸。老實說,嘢食唔算突出,收費又唔算平,唔係幾明點解咁多人???PS:啲位超窄又逼,坐得唔太舒服 continue reading

咖哩雞飯 52蚊豬肉海鮮炒米 50蚊首先,咖哩雞飯的咖哩辣辣地,唔錯,喜歡食辣會喜歡。雞是雞脾部位。不過雞脾有少少怪味,可能是雪藏味太重。馬玲薯就好水,煮得唔夠入味,可能是果款馬玲薯質地問題。豬肉海鮮炒米是炒得幾香口,份量唔多,一個人岩岩好。不過海鮮份量偏少,如果多番d就好,炒米加辣椒醬唔錯,炒米乾身又唔油,比茶餐廳好得多。最大鑊是飲品,點左凍檸茶同凍奶茶,凍檸茶的紅茶味好淡,唔突出,而凍奶茶好似唔係加黑白淡奶,朋友話隻味道差過茶餐廳。1杯凍飲加6蚊好貴🙄 continue reading

今天叫了一碗簡單的 Singkawang 撈麵, 賣相不錯但對味道感到失望.麵質不錯但不太熟及沒味道.材料方面, 豬皮乾已冧咗, 滷肉絲太乾了及有點咸.希望用多點心把它做好, 而不是趕”出”麵忘了Singkawang 撈麵本身的味道.我會再去嚐食其他的食物, 希望會附合之前朋友給的評語 - 好吃. continue reading

呢間喺深水埗嘅阿明印尼餐廳其實已經好耐歷史,不過我喺深水埗出沒咁多年都未曾試過,今日就同同事闖入呢個「小印尼」試吓佢嘅印尼菜。餐牌基本上都係圖文並茂,而且都有中文名稱,不過啲翻譯就好似全部都差不多咁,所以我哋都係睇吓周圍嘅印尼人或者印尼華僑食啲乜,就跟佢哋落單。餐牌上已列明黃薑飯有巴東牛肉、青瓜、花生、魚乾仔、茄子,整個配搭賣相已經夠晒七彩繽紛,而且同場加映多半隻雞蛋,相當豐富。巴東牛肉其實即係印尼咖喱牛肉,牛肉有兩大件,咖喱屬於微辣,混入醬汁嘅茄子味道都吸引,而我最愛就係花生魚乾仔,其實每樣配料都好好食!餐牌上列明手打撈麵嘅配料有叉燒、炆豬肉、雲吞、蝦餅、魚蛋同豬皮,手打麵偏向乾身,唔係平時食開印尼撈麵嘅感覺(我講Indo Mie😅),但係佢嘅配料我就覺得好好味,雖然叉燒唔似得廣東燒味帶有蜜糖甜味,但咬落又另有一番風味,豬皮係炸得脆卜卜,食落唔會覺得油膩,整體感覺都唔錯。飲品就正正常常,比較清澈嗰杯叫做甜茶,其實係茶包另外附上一包白砂糖,不過唔嗜甜嘅我哋都冇特別再落糖了。呢個千層糕有好多人買,我哋都唔執輸,買返一件返Office試。千層糕嘅口感有啲似我哋中式嘅年糕,口感軟糯,並且充滿班蘭香味,難怪好多人喺度食完之後都會買幾件帶走。今次初試呢個印尼菜,印象非常之好,下次再嚟食嘅時候,一定會試吓其他唔同嘅菜式。 continue reading
