呢間喺深水埗嘅阿明印尼餐廳其實已經好耐歷史,不過我喺深水埗出沒咁多年都未曾試過,今日就同同事闖入呢個「小印尼」試吓佢嘅印尼菜。餐牌基本上都係圖文並茂,而且都有中文名稱,不過啲翻譯就好似全部都差不多咁,所以我哋都係睇吓周圍嘅印尼人或者印尼華僑食啲乜,就跟佢哋落單。餐牌上已列明黃薑飯有巴東牛肉、青瓜、花生、魚乾仔、茄子,整個配搭賣相已經夠晒七彩繽紛,而且同場加映多半隻雞蛋,相當豐富。巴東牛肉其實即係印尼咖喱牛肉,牛肉有兩大件,咖喱屬於微辣,混入醬汁嘅茄子味道都吸引,而我最愛就係花生魚乾仔,其實每樣配料都好好食!餐牌上列明手打撈麵嘅配料有叉燒、炆豬肉、雲吞、蝦餅、魚蛋同豬皮,手打麵偏向乾身,唔係平時食開印尼撈麵嘅感覺(我講Indo Mie😅),但係佢嘅配料我就覺得好好味,雖然叉燒唔似得廣東燒味帶有蜜糖甜味,但咬落又另有一番風味,豬皮係炸得脆卜卜,食落唔會覺得油膩,整體感覺都唔錯。飲品就正正常常,比較清澈嗰杯叫做甜茶,其實係茶包另外附上一包白砂糖,不過唔嗜甜嘅我哋都冇特別再落糖了。呢個千層糕有好多人買,我哋都唔執輸,買返一件返Office試。千層糕嘅口感有啲似我哋中式嘅年糕,口感軟糯,並且充滿
