About Reward Scheme
Well presented set lunch. Simple options with a focus on the quality of food preparation. 3 starters, 4 main courses, 2 puddings. I took the beef. It was cooked to perfection and served with an excellent jus. The portion size was generous for the pricing. Same applied to colleagues who chose other alternatives. The decor is a little canteen like. No fuss, simple table. Do not make use of the harbour view, which is a pity. Staff are informed, attentive and very professional. Well done. Would make an excellent venue for a group dinner.

已經聽過餐廳名好多年,終於有機會光顧Amino餐廳,未入舖已經見到諾大的玻璃窗,令餐廳格調即時加分,感覺十分好!食物方面,試左餐廳推介的肉醬猫耳粉,好好食呀!意粉形狀很特別,真的有點像耳朵!😅美中不足的是餐牌食物種類比較少,印象中沒有甚麼小食或share dish之類的東西。

今日去開附近做野,真係完全無野食,見到呢間好似幾是正,就儘管入去試下入到去啲裝修幾靚,同出面工業大廈係兩個世界,不過平日lunchtime都唔算多人。餐廳感覺幾chill同服務唔錯,有人會介紹埋menu前菜揀左沙律,有哈密瓜同Parma ham,一齊食個味道幾中和,食落好舒服主菜就叫左明太子意粉,外表睇落幾靚,啲醬都掛身,不過食落無乜明太子味,同埋份量唔算多總結黎講,餐廳選擇唔多,味道唔算出眾,我諗主要sell環境同服務

咁啱去柴灣做嘢,响Google地圖搵吓有咩好嘢食,見到呢間餐廳幾高分就訂位食個lunch。Lunch時間餐廳大約一半滿。我揀咗望海的座位。Lunch set我揀咗餐湯、慢煮牛腩排、熱Latte,另外加個Tiramisu。餐湯係磨菇湯,磨菇幾足料,細細粒有少少咬口,唔知係咪我偏重口味,我覺得好似落唔夠鹽。餐包係普通嘉頓餐包,有焗番熱,甚至有少少燶/脆皮面添。主菜慢煮牛腩排,上菜個樣都幾好,雖然將兩塊扒疊起嚟上菜我覺得有少少怪。切開舊扒,中間有一條好粗嘅牛血管我唔係好切得斷。佢配俾我嘅係普通餐刀,所以問佢有冇扒刀,結果佢話冇。如是者,我每切一吓都要同嗰條血管搏鬥。牛扒調味係鹽同黑椒,味道唔錯。我係order medium,本來切開我覺得都ok,但食食吓發覺有啲奇怪,因為一碟扒切開有三個唔同嘅熟度,中間流晒血,最邊嗰度煮到變咗全熟。本來煎扒熟度唔均勻係可以理解嘅,畢竟牛扒都有厚薄唔均勻。但係,佢自稱「慢煮」咁就有問題喇。慢煮嘅medium係應該浸到塊扒變粉紅色,唔滲血,再輕輕煎番個牛扒表面,增加番個煎嘅香氣。所以慢煮嘅扒應該係成塊都差唔多熟。如果唔打算用慢煮嘅方法,其實menu唔寫嗰兩個字唔會影響個presentation嘅?伴碟嘅蔬菜落咗醋同蒜蓉汁,比較特別。個薯蓉最好食,牛油味好香,真係用薯仔嚟推,唔係薯蓉粉開。Tiramisu味道係正常嘅,不過食落仲係太凍,有少少未退冰嘅感覺,如果提早少少拎出嚟放室溫會比較好。同埋咖啡味可以再重啲,感覺上啲餅未浸夠咖啡。杯Latte有少少震驚到我,雖然我都估佢係咖啡機出嚟,但個奶泡面好似生嘢咁一撻撻真係好樣衰。飲落冇問題嘅,正常味道。响柴灣工廠區收得$248+10%,評分又咁高,本來有少少期望。可能柴灣區嚟講佢係好頂尖?食完我唔明點解會係4-5分。非常普通嘅港式西餐,材料係靚嘅但煮法有待改善。值得一提兩點:1. 預訂一位係比較困難。網上訂位只接受兩位或以上,我嘗試打電話去訂位,接電話嗰位男士叫我WhatsApp 番同一個電話號碼訂位。我下午6.30pm send咗message 過去,結果佢2:15am先send番confirmation俾我。2. 坐窗口位嘅時候,個冷氣吹到正我個頭同後頸,餐廳話因為廚房嗰邊好熱,所以唔可以熄細個冷氣。之但係,你裝咗個冷氣檔板,係可以調節個吹風角度㗎?點解你要較到吹住個客個頭呢?可唔可以吹高少少,高過個頭呢?同埋其實吹到啲嘢食凍晒,全餐飯基本上係凍食,除咗杯咖啡啱啱上嚟有兩口係暖嘅,唔夠5分鐘都凍晒。所以,响呢間餐廳食飯,揀個可以熱食嘅位似乎係比較重要。

今天是第二次到Amino餐廳,環境舒適,員工貼心服務,食物品質依然保持超水準👍每次都感受到廚師為我烹調的心意,食物味道溫度恰到好處, 今次最驚喜是西餐廳配合了中式煮法,雞扒配法式小雲吞及花膠,非常新鮮配搭,我們另外點了幾個甜品一同分享,心太軟及麵包焗布甸,麵包布甸外脆內軟,味道比五星級酒店還要好,好好味😋 好飽😁 餐廳食物水準很高,價錢亦非常優惠,下次會再約朋友一起來幫襯☺️ 大家記住訂位因為餐廳坐位不多,經常滿座😂
