咁啱去柴灣做嘢,响Google地圖搵吓有咩好嘢食,見到呢間餐廳幾高分就訂位食個lunch。Lunch時間餐廳大約一半滿。我揀咗望海的座位。Lunch set我揀咗餐湯、慢煮牛腩排、熱Latte,另外加個Tiramisu。餐湯係磨菇湯,磨菇幾足料,細細粒有少少咬口,唔知係咪我偏重口味,我覺得好似落唔夠鹽。餐包係普通嘉頓餐包,有焗番熱,甚至有少少燶/脆皮面添。主菜慢煮牛腩排,上菜個樣都幾好,雖然將兩塊扒疊起嚟上菜我覺得有少少怪。切開舊扒,中間有一條好粗嘅牛血管我唔係好切得斷。佢配俾我嘅係普通餐刀,所以問佢有冇扒刀,結果佢話冇。如是者,我每切一吓都要同嗰條血管搏鬥。牛扒調味係鹽同黑椒,味道唔錯。我係order medium,本來切開我覺得都ok,但食食吓發覺有啲奇怪,因為一碟扒切開有三個唔同嘅熟度,中間流晒血,最邊嗰度煮到變咗全熟。本來煎扒熟度唔均勻係可以理解嘅,畢竟牛扒都有厚薄唔均勻。但係,佢自稱「慢煮」咁就有問題喇。慢煮嘅medium係應該浸到塊扒變粉紅色,唔滲血,再輕輕煎番個牛扒表面,增加番個煎嘅香氣。所以慢煮嘅扒應該係成塊都差唔多熟。如果唔打算用慢煮嘅方法,其實menu唔寫嗰兩個字唔

伴碟嘅蔬菜落咗醋同蒜蓉汁,比較特別。個薯蓉最好食,牛油味好香,真係用薯仔嚟推,唔係薯蓉粉開。

Tiramisu味道係正常嘅,不過食落仲係太凍,有少少未退冰嘅感覺,如果提早少少拎出嚟放室溫會比較好。同埋咖啡味可以再重啲,感覺上啲餅未浸夠咖啡。

杯Latte有少少震驚到我,雖然我都估佢係咖啡機出嚟,但個奶泡面好似生嘢咁一撻撻真係好樣衰。飲落冇問題嘅,正常味道。

响柴灣工廠區收得$248+10%,評分又咁高,本來有少少期望。可能柴灣區嚟講佢係好頂尖?食完我唔明點解會係4-5分。非常普通嘅港式西餐,材料係靚嘅但煮法有待改善。

值得一提兩點:
1. 預訂一位係比較困難。網上訂位只接受兩位或以上,我嘗試打電話去訂位,接電話嗰位男士叫我WhatsApp 番同一個電話號碼訂位。我下午6.30pm send咗message 過去,結果佢2:15am先send番confirmation俾我。
2. 坐窗口位嘅時候,個冷氣吹到正我個頭同後頸,餐廳話因為廚房嗰邊好熱,所以唔可以熄細個冷氣。之但係,你裝咗個冷氣檔板,係可以調節個吹風角度㗎?點解你要較到吹住個客個頭呢?可唔可以吹高少少,高過個頭呢?同埋其實吹到啲嘢食凍晒,全餐飯基本上係凍食,除咗杯咖啡啱啱上嚟有兩口係暖嘅,唔夠5分鐘都凍晒。所以,响呢間餐廳食飯,揀個可以熱食嘅位似乎係比較重要。
