今日在西環本想去吃冰室下午茶但找不到,看見amy kitchen 好似都幾出名便入去試下。叫了瑞士汁牛河,來到時嚇一跳汁多都以為自己叫錯湯河全碟哩予都是黑色一個字形容難食,買相差無味無道。幸好還有杯奶茶過得去,不過都是沒茶味沒奶味。

今日放假去食午餐下午茶,去到嘅時間啱啱過左兩點半,一坐低望完个餐牌,選好想叫嘅食物,个侍應先話比我地聽十款午餐得番兩三樣有,本來依个鈡數都唔可以怪佢,但係唔係可以做得好D,如果賣哂可以係餐廳外嘅餐牌删除左伛,果D只係粉筆字黎!唔好入到去先點个樣無果樣呀。跟住唯有再選過另外D餐,最後選左猪脾餐,餐湯同飽先上,跟住到主菜上啦!一眼見到已經唔開胃,賣相奇差,好似D煲完湯嘅豬肉切片,加D得豉油色而無咩味嘅汁,加D粟米粒同飯。一食落口,嘩個口感同個賣相一樣,好Q難食。同個待應講,佢同事头婆一齊大大声咁話佢地D猪脾係新鲜猪,無加調味料直接燒,再淋汁喎!但我唔覺烧過囉,似白恰多D,鞋到死,無味無道,佢地重話各人口味唔同喎,呢D咁嘅態度同質素,绝對唔会再幫襯囉,大家都小心中伏呀!

上星期六同女朋友搭電車嗰陣經過呢間對我好有D印象嘅港式西餐廳,見到都坐滿好多人,所以覺得應該唔會太差,二話不說就落車去試吓。只係等咗一陣就有位。我哋點咗雞心卷餐、星洲炒寬麵,另外加多一個梳乎厘作為甜品。個雞心卷好好食,我好喜歡個用芥末(mustard)造嘅醬汁,好能夠配合到個主菜。至於個梳乎厘亦造得好好。全晚都見到老闆娘不停招呼客人,難怪會有咁多熟客。我一定會再去試吓其他菜式。

不知不覺,除了像太平館般的人氣餐廳外,港式西餐廳真的越來越少。我家不是富貴人家,小時候學「食西餐」當然不是在文華,半島;而是在這些港式西餐內。A餐B餐晩餐,可是我食大的。 天樂餐廳在我家附近,我當然幫襯過不止一次。價錢豐儉尤人,一個晩餐從88元到二百多元也有。做的是街坊生意,服務生是好幾個中年女人,當然不像大酒店侍應生般斯文,但基本禮貌是有的。多了的是人情味和勤快。今晚一個人吃,套餐中有田螺,但因敏感不能吃,待應主動提意換沙律給我。沙律如expect的是港式沙律:即有很多mayo的那種。港式沙律是這樣的了。沙律中有很多蘋果,好吃。羅宋湯不錯,但如果d蔬菜煲「林」少少就好了(可能我早來吧)。跟湯的包是熱騰騰的。可不要take it for granted啊!現在好多餐廳跟湯的包都只是一塊又冷又chewy的法包就算了。主菜是香蒜銀鱈魚。味道很好,很香,份量也足夠。西營盤隨著港鐡即將通車,越來越多高檔食店,像這間可以「食好一點」,物有所值的港式人情味餐廳,是買少見少了。

I have been to this place twice with friends and i swear i won't go back there again!
The price of the food is higher than other similar style restaurant, but
the portion is not as big. Not even mention the taste is not that good.
But these are not the worst part yet! The people work there are so mean!
Impolite and unprofessional! We feel so upset and regret to even walk in there!
Will we go back there? Hell no! Not in a billion years!

這裡供應的食物其實十分雜, 連鵝肝也會有, 感覺不是金雀那種舊式的港式西餐, 可能天樂從來都不是, 但再去的話, 我也只會點舊式的食物, 比較保險。

But I have once ordered Baked Portugese Chicken Rice three times, unfortunately...

1st time: the Baked Portugese Chicken was ok.
2nd time: the chicken was RAW, when I have a bite, there's BLOOD and red meat!!!!
Then, I asked the waitress to see how RAW it was and requested to re-cook, after a while, the re-cooked chicken was as hard as rock and dried as a towel!!!!! I really can't eat it.
3rd time: Stupid me, actually I shouldn't order this dish anymore, but i did! WHen taking the order, I asked the waiter politely that I want the chicken well cooked. But sadly.... the dish I received was OVER COOED, the chicken was very very dried and hard.


But honestly, I think this restaurant's standard is deteriorating.


I think next time if I go there again, I will try their 'highlight dish' instead of others. This may also tell why some comments for this restaurant are good but others are the opposite. It all depends what they ordered.

至於啲餐飲, 我地叫咗一杯凍檸茶, 一杯凍咖啡,
我杯凍檸茶, 一入口直頭有一種怪味, 完全唔係檸茶味,
直頭想嘔, 我飲咗一啖就唔敢飲啦!
我朋友杯凍咖啡, 好似嚟咗奶茶咁, 奶多啡小, 望落係奶白色, 好奶呀, 好章口呀!

總之啲嘢又難食, 啲嘢飲又難飲, 伙計又態度惡劣!
如果邊個克你憎, 一定要介紹你嘅仇人去呀! YEAH!!!

紐西蘭牛柳$88西班牙焗海鮮意粉$58羅宋湯餐飽啫喱紅荳糕合共$146.00本來想去(坤記)食煲仔飯,訂唔到位,諗住六點幾鐘去博食第一輪,點知去到已經坐滿,嗰度啲人又唔會理你,都係走罷啦行吓就去呢度食算數,呢間以前喺《銅鑼灣》開嘅但未食過,總之唔係一般茶餐廳價錢個羅宋湯好飲,有蕃茄味,唔過酸,真係想飲多碗,加埋個熱辣辣甜餐飽食,好似細個去锯扒以個價錢睇,個所謂海鮮都係啲假蟹柳、一般魷魚咁,但係個汁好似快餐店個茄汁味,意粉係港式,即係淋身,真係想多啲人識食啲 al dente意粉如果要食al dente意粉,就要去啲正宗西餐廳,通常都要over九十元碟,(SHAKEY’S)個意粉整到al dente,所以會覺得個午餐意粉幾抵食牛柳都係啲一般咁,冇雪味肉味唔濃個紅荳糕實到好似石頭咁,係有好多紅荳喺入面,食咗一啖就算
