今日去西環附近做嘢,經過天樂餐廳,每一次都淨係喺電視到,見到佢哋嘅菜式,今次終於有機會去食到佢哋嘅下午茶,下午茶選擇種類都算多。餐廳裝修比較舊式,感覺做街坊生意,入邊有幾位夥計阿姐喺度好大聲咁傾偈,成個下午茶都好嘈。我叫咗個炸魚薯條,加紅豆冰。炸魚好好食,外脆內滑,薯條好似未熟,紅豆冰盤,價錢普通,炸魚薯條餐$40,加紅豆冰要加$8其實我想試佢哋嘅招牌雞卷,電視節目都有介紹過,但係下午茶時間真係食唔落,唯有下次啦!

經過朋友多番推介, 終於約好今天午餐去試試他口中的美食。 由於限聚令的關係, 不能訂坐, 雖然去到的時候餐廳已滿座, 但等不夠5分鐘就有位了。 看看餐牌, 午市套餐只需要50幾60蚊就有湯, 餐包及飲品, 價錢實惠。湯羅宋湯多料味濃, 怪不得會被推介。 相比之下白湯就較為失色啦, 雖然足料, 有唔少蜆肉, 但無咩味。香芒大蝦沙律份量不少, 芒果很甜, 加20蚊就可以轉餐, 仲有啫喱做甜品。瑞士雞翼既然話係平民版太平館, 當然要叫太平館有名嘅瑞士雞翼比較下啦。雖然餐牌無寫, 但其實可以選擇跟飯/意粉/薯菜。 雞翼肉質滑, 味道也合適, 不會太濃。甜心雞捲(扁意粉)本身看圖已經覺得很特色, 雞肉包住杏甫, 沒想到那麼好食。 外皮脆, 雞肉嫩, 與杏甫很夾, 加上蜜糖芥末醬, 會想再去。疏乎厘空氣感很足夠, 如果能更有蛋味就perfect了。

瑞士雞翼
既然話係平民版太平館, 當然要叫太平館有名嘅瑞士雞翼比較下啦。雖然餐牌無寫, 但其實可以選擇跟飯/意粉/薯菜。 雞翼肉質滑, 味道也合適, 不會太濃。

甜心雞捲(扁意粉)
本身看圖已經覺得很特色, 雞肉包住杏甫, 沒想到那麼好食。 外皮脆, 雞肉嫩, 與杏甫很夾, 加上蜜糖芥末醬, 會想再去。

天樂餐廳是比較老式的西餐館。遠道而來就是想吃一下佢哋嘅豉油西餐。去到已經是下午茶時段,故瑞士汁牛肉炒河,份量細些。話說炒河,其實是瑞士汁炒菜心牛肉,然後淋在河粉上。上枱後自己混和埋一起來吃。瑞士汁色深,但並不太濃稠,亦唔會太糊狀,混和河粉吃時也不太漿口。瑞士汁味唔算太突出而且帶有甜味。牛肉唔韌,鮮味就普通。而菜心混醬汁吃就似乎有些糊狀了。瑞士汁雞翼,同一樣的醬汁,但就稀很多,浸出來的雞翼皮很鬆軟很綿,吃落有些黏口。雞肉亦很易離骨便吃到,肉質嫰骨,唔覺唔覺可以吃多幾隻。二選一的話,雞翼較出色些。紅荳冰,紅荳細細粒,煑得很粉。奶稀稀的,唔算太甜,ok啦!

雞肉亦很易離骨便吃到,肉質嫰骨,唔覺唔覺可以吃多幾隻。
二選一的話,雞翼較出色些。

紅荳冰,紅荳細細粒,煑得很粉。奶稀稀的,唔算太甜,ok啦!

The restaurant is pretty small in size, with a few tables but plenty of warmth, and actually by 7 pm it was already fully occupied, with many diners frequent customers, and Amy, the late owner's wife, and the other staff able to greet many of them by names, showing how popular this restaurant is, and also the relationships they are able to cultivate throughout the years.

The first one we tried was Stir-Fried Rice Noodle with Shredded Pork 乾炒肉絲河粉 ($88). Steaming hot, this is a fantastic example of how we would call 'wok steam'. The chef is able to stir fry the rice noodle and everything under high heat, with the rice noodle distinct and not sticking to each other. The bean sprout, spring onion and shredded pork providing contrast in texture and the seasoning was also spot on. If you prefer the sweeter soy sauce style one I think it would be equally good too. Good one!

Next we had the signature Swiss Sauce Chicken Wings 瑞士雞翼 ($68 for 4 pieces). Very good in taste, the use of the sweet soy sauce and other herbs to create this wonderful Swiss sauce obviously contributed to the great flavors, but the chicken wings I like those from Tai Ping Koon more because of the firmer meat texture. A bit subjective, yes. Nevertheless I would still rate this dish a good one because the sauce was so amazing.

Then it was another of their signature, Amy's Kitchen Deep-fried Stuffed Chicken Thigh with Dried Apricot 天樂甜心雞卷 ($148). The story goes that originally the chef used raisin for the stuffing but upon the recommendation by celebrity Cherie Chung, changed to apricot. The chef used a chicken thigh and removed the bone, then stuffed with dried apricot before deep-frying, to get a crispy skin and the apricot slightly jammy. There was also a special sauce from made from mustard and cream which also paired well with the chicken and the fettuccine. A creative and interesting dish worth trying.

Last we had the Souffle 焗梳乎厘 ($78). Yes, it took quite a while to prepare but I would say the wait is well-worth. Beautifully presented, the souffle is fluffy, with the outer part golden brown and so appealing, while the inside is airy on texture. The sweetness is also appropriate for me, and I could not resist scooping it non-stop, with my wife complaining I had eaten most of it in no time. Definitely worth ordering.

The bill on the night was $382, which was very reasonable and honestly I nearly asked Amy to check the bill when I first saw that. Yes, it was not located in the prime commercial or shopping area, but seeing how the restaurant decided to offer a much more fair price for customers and how the interactions go during my experience as a new customer coming, I can understand how the restaurant has built its loyal clientele over the years, and what made this restaurant special - the heart.

朋友提議重臨佢以前lunch成日去既餐廳,感覺上越嚟越少呢類港式西餐廳。店員好熱情,服務十足👍🏻我叫咗一個蒜蓉汁牛髀肉意粉,個汁幾正,仲有啲蒜粒。肉質唔太似食緊平時既牛扒,反而有啲似食緊好滑既薄豬扒,旁邊仲有啲炒過既蔬菜。個餐另附上一碗魚翅忌廉湯(我同朋友交換咗)、熱奶茶同淡奶啫喱。加咗魚翅既忌廉湯飲落同平時既差不多,但口感豐富啲,咬落既感覺幾特別。淡奶連啫喱,食落差啲以為自己食緊布甸😂

我反而覺得個瑞士汁唔夠甜,如果甜多少少撈飯食就一流🤤由於雞翼好大隻嘅關係我食咗三隻就食唔落😂下次都係揀其他嘢食試下😂

琴晚路過,心血來潮想食舊式西餐經朋友慫恿就一齊入去食嘢店員跟老闆娘還是著住紅色衣服,好有節日感覺心想,可以填補返25號的聖誕大餐 牆上檯上餐牌上都有5花6門的套餐我選了鵝肝牛扒,友人選了羊架先上忌廉湯餐牌寫著有牛尾湯,起初還以為有牛尾湯飲。最後只有忌廉和羅宋湯兩款餐包是微波爐加熱,加得很熱以致餐包淋但太熱渣上手,飲幾口湯後,暖和了,但包邊又開始硬好後悔無親熱食之後正餐就上了雖然我塊鵝肝好似燒黑灑,但其實又剛剛好咋,唔腥,夾5成熟牛扒一流 。不過我塊牛,應該係6成,因為已經無血水變緊粉粉紅朋友的羊 7成 就剛剛好,跟我的5成一樣熟的程度最後甜品有啫喱或紅豆糕和餐茶總體,主餐野食很好,比一些黑黑暗暗的港式懷舊扒房的扒餐更高水準

我在試食「天樂餐廳」之前,先講一個題外話,話說這間「天樂餐廳」,我都只是因為透過另一位朋友的口中,才知道有這間「天樂餐廳」存在,亦知道了有「天樂甜心雞卷」這招牌食品出現。

我因為「山竹」的出現,而被迫押後上門幫襯試食。結果我被內心,被甚麼也需要補償的心態作祟影響到,令我今次違反節約飲食的原則,在「天樂餐廳」一口氣食了兩餐,包括「天樂餐廳」同樣有趣的「拉麵」套餐在內。

雖然「天樂餐廳」有拉麵提供,但是「天樂餐廳」的拉麵,始終不像日本拉麵餐廳賣的豬骨湯拉麵,「天樂餐廳」的拉麵裡面,偏偏就沒有「豚肉叉燒」的拉麵,只有牛肉、雞肉或者鴨肉可供選擇。

我在「天樂餐廳」觀看餐牌的時候,無意中給我發現到「天樂餐廳」的招牌食品「天樂甜心雞卷」,以及「天樂餐廳」廚房親自製作的「拉麵」。

結果「災難」就是因此而出現了,因為我一看見座位上方的掛畫,就立刻猛然省起,「天樂餐廳」其實是有「天樂甜心雞卷」這款,午市餐牌也沒有提及的美食食品,加上「天樂餐廳」的拉麵,今次我食得太多了。

我甚至連「天樂甜心雞卷」的正式售價,也是不太清楚,要直到食完埋單付款之後,收到「天樂餐廳」的正式版本收據,我才知道「天樂甜心雞卷」正式價錢,原來一點也不便宜。

「天樂餐廳」的員工,最後在正式收據上面,都只是把「天樂甜心雞卷」這款招牌的食品,稱呼叫做「精選各式套餐」。「天樂甜心雞卷」的售價一點也不便宜,需要收港幣一百五十八元的價錢。

反而「天樂餐廳」的拉麵套餐價錢,比招牌食品「天樂甜心雞卷」便宜得多了,我選擇了一碗「脆香雞拉麵」,「脆香雞拉麵」價錢才港幣五十一元而已,食一餐「天樂甜心雞卷」價錢已經足夠食三碗「脆香雞拉麵」了。

我在幫襯完「天樂餐廳」,付款埋單完結回來西貢後,才忽然發現「天樂餐廳」真正的招牌拉麵食品款式,應該是「招牌瑞士雞翼拉麵」才對,我今次可能選錯拉麵。

另一方面,我發現原來「天樂餐廳」的「拉麵套餐」,原來還可以選擇套餐飲品。我見「天樂餐廳」的「拉麵套餐」,居然還可以選擇套餐飲品,於是我立刻選擇一杯「茶走」飲完再說。

由於「天樂甜心雞卷」本來應該,可能是「天樂餐廳」留到晚市時段,才會有食客選擇試食的菜式,所以「天樂餐廳」刻意沒有在午市,或下午茶時候推出「甜心雞卷」餐牌,我在下午茶時段選擇「天樂甜心雞卷」,反而殺了「天樂餐廳」一個措手不及。

「天樂餐廳」侍應在「天樂甜心雞卷」還在製作期間,廚房率先把下午茶套餐拉麵,「脆香雞拉麵」製作完成,侍應再從廚房把飲品「茶走」,跟「脆香雞拉麵」都端出來,送到我的檯面面前。

「天樂餐廳」製作的「茶走」,「茶走」的煉奶甜味一早已經滲透進入「茶走」飲料之內,只差我還未把「茶走」飲品,完全攪拌完畢而已。

攪拌過後「茶走」的味道都還算是甜美的,至於「天樂餐廳」的套餐「脆香雞拉麵」,亦都送到我的面前,我立刻拿着筷子,夾起一件小型雞槌試食。

我雖然自問已經試過很多日本拉麵店,亦嚐試過很多不同款式的雞肉拉麵,但是大部分雞肉拉麵的餸菜,餸菜種類都會以,被捲成一卷再切成數塊份量的「雞叉燒」為主。

反而「天樂餐廳」的「脆香雞拉麵」,雞肉餸菜反而是一條,被切成棒槌形狀的小型雞槌。小型雞槌的雞肉,被「天樂餐廳」的廚房以油炸方式,炸到十分香脆狀態才放在拉麵面頭。

「脆香雞拉麵」面頭的小型雞槌,雞肉屬於剛剛被「天樂餐廳」廚房新鮮炸起的樣子,口感很香脆,兼且是新鮮滾熱辣,而且每咬一口都吃到新鮮炸起雞肉感覺。而且雞肉雖然新鮮炸起,但是卻沒有太多油份,令湯底感覺變膱。

反而「天樂餐廳」「脆香雞拉麵」其他的部份,例如拉麵麵條口感我覺得就不怎麼樣了。因為「天樂餐廳」始終不是日本餐廳,也不會無端端提供自助點餐紙,讓食客自行選擇麵條跟湯底。

就連「脆香雞拉麵」下面的湯底,也只是一般的豬骨湯底而已。我只是稍為感受一下湯底的豬骨味跟鹹味之後,就沒有再刻意只喝湯底了。

至於「天樂餐廳」的招牌主菜「天樂甜心雞卷」,我發現「天樂餐廳」原來可能把它當作晚餐處理,所以「天樂甜心雞卷」除了有主菜雞卷配意粉之外,還有常規的餐湯、蒜蓉餐包跟甜品提供。

至於我本來是準備在星期日食拉麵,星期一的「天樂甜心雞卷」套餐,「天樂甜心雞卷」套餐配的餐湯飲品,就無謂再浪費口水多講了,因為餐湯味道感覺有點像是羅宋湯,是有少許牛肉跟蔬菜甜味的餐湯。

餐包的口感很軟熟,而且「天樂餐廳」廚房還有稍為把蒜茸包加熱烘過,所以蒜茸包表面的蒜茸香甜味道,也在加熱過程之中被釋放出來,麵包口感也十分軟和腍。

至於我今次整餐的真正主角,「天樂甜心雞卷」的配菜,是以意大利麵為主,因為我都只是下午茶時間上門幫襯,所以「天樂甜心雞卷」無論配飯還是配意粉,食什麼對我的影響其實都只是很有限而已。

「天樂甜心雞卷」之所以能夠成為「天樂餐廳」的招牌食品,當然肯定有它自己的原因,因為試食「天樂甜心雞卷」後,發現「天樂餐廳」原來在製作雞卷時,還塞入了杏桃肉到雞卷裡面。

跟著「天樂餐廳」廚房的人,再把杏桃的肉再加水煮成獻汁,杏桃跟杏桃汁底的香甜味道,就成為了「天樂甜心雞卷」的主調味道,跟醬汁底層味道。

「天樂餐廳」這樣的做法,某程度上是能夠做到「物盡其用」,把甜味的杏桃完全應用,分配到「天樂甜心雞卷」的每一個角落裡面。先將杏桃肉釀入雞肉捲裡面,再把杏桃肉跟其他配料製成醬汁。

所以「天樂餐廳」整個招牌菜「天樂甜心雞卷」,幾乎每一個位置,由雞捲到意大利麵都沾有豐富而濃厚的杏桃甜味,而且杏脯醬汁有少許來自杏桃的籽,杏桃籽令到杏脯醬汁多了一份細緻口感,和甜甜酸酸的開胃味道感覺。

至於「天樂甜心雞卷」主要位置,靈魂所在雞卷,雞卷的口感也都煮到很軟腍,雞肉入口口感很嫩滑,而且甜心雞卷結構非常扎實,每一片雞捲肉都因為塞有杏桃肉,所以雞卷實際質感都很豐富,而且有飽肚感覺可以回饋給食客。

杏桃醬汁的甜味甚至直接傳遞,至到底層的意大利麵身上,令口感軟腍的意大利麵也能吃到杏桃醬汁的甜味。所以,即使「天樂餐廳」售賣的「天樂甜心雞卷」價錢一點都不便宜,但是可以吃到口感飽滿,又充滿杏桃甜味的招牌甜心雞卷,我都覺得已經賺到。

最後「天樂餐廳」還因為「天樂甜心雞卷」食品是跟隨晚餐版本設定而推出的食品,所以「天樂甜心雞卷」套餐食到尾聲,還有甜味啫喱配花奶作為甜品,作為完美句號。

雖然我一口氣吃了「天樂餐廳」兩款招牌食品,所以計起上來價錢一點也不便宜,足足需要港幣二百零九元,於下午茶性質而言,這餐價錢感覺有點昂貴。

但是我從午餐晚餐角度,感覺非常喜歡「天樂餐廳」的招牌食品「天樂甜心雞卷」,「天樂甜心雞卷」的味道與口感都完美到,近乎無可挑剔,是「天樂餐廳」值得下次繼續幫襯享用的招牌食品,「天樂餐廳」亦值得下次繼續幫襯。
