To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 午間放飯時間, 這區看似很多選擇, 可是當見著到處都是人人人人人的時侯,即使是一個人都難以找到一枱半座來吃飯.  這所餐廳其中一個好處是位處商場之內, 故此就算等待需時, 亦無需暴露於日曬雨淋當中, 沒那麼難受.回說食物, 午市供應的俱是一些一人用的優惠套餐, 六十多元便有一碗檬或粉或飯加一杯熱飲, 因此單憑目測, 只見店內大部份都是孤獨的美食家. 小人是次的午餐乃香燒豬頸肉撈檬$65. 先說份量, 一大碟撈檬加應該是一塊切開約6條豬頸肉, 絕對是以檬粉來填飽食客的胃納空間. 豬頸肉有用香料與否見仁見智,只嚐到鹹味. 檬粉方面, 要撈魚露是常識吧; 奈何餐廳可能午市太忙, 來不及添補, 當時包括小人在內的很多食客都是面對著一整碟撈檬等魚露開動.如此一來, 食客的時間被拖長, 小人後來要急急地趕忙完成.食物不特別好或特別差, 可能吃完都忘掉了, 記得的只是服務和配套跟不上食物.

今天剛於灣仔和朋友一齊食個晏,心血來潮想食越南河粉,就一齊去了安南越南河粉食碗越南河粉! 這裡的河粉出名地道和品質唔錯,今天當然要一試安南出名的越南生牛肉河粉。服務員把熱辣辣的湯河放上枱面,薄荷葉香氣撲鼻,粉紅色的鮮牛肉感覺新鮮! 先飲一口熱湯,入口清香可口,再用湯灼一灼熟生牛肉,牛肉彈牙爽滑,牛肉味濃郁, 伴菜新鮮青綠,再食一口河粉! 軟硬度剛好,索滿清香的湯味和牛肉的鮮味! 入口彈牙好味! 令人回味無窮! 再飲一口清湯和食一口牛肉! 滿足! 沒有令我失望!

逛完山頂不知不覺已經頗晚,估計先下山到灣仔附近會更容易覓食,最後9點多在大有廣場找到這家還在營業中的越式餐廳,很是感恩。安南春卷,熱辣燙嘴,香脆可口,伴碟的酸蘿蔔絲也很開胃。香茅牛肉米紙卷,米紙卷好大一卷,完全可以當主食吃,安南海鮮炒金邊粉,海鮮...不多,就是一些蝦仁和魷魚之類的,不過整體味道不錯,有鑊氣,而且麵底彈牙。咖喱牛腩煲(配法包),牛油蒜蓉法包單吃就已經超好吃,配上咖喱更是無敵,牛腩軟腍入味啖啖肉。越式特飲 - 椰汁三色冰&椰汁冰,與食物相比,味道一般般,主要就是椰汁的味道。急急忙忙趕在店家關門前用完餐,雖然人家也沒有催我們,但總得有點自覺不要阻礙別人收工,結果吃得超飽,價錢又便宜,讚了。

行開呢頭,又近午飯時間,家陣咁既時期太多人既唔想去,無人既又知道好唔好食。最好就係揾d 連鎖式既。響街度望到呢間(佢響二樓,響馬頭望到)叫做有人,但又唔太擠迫,所以就去喇。等位時都係會同你先探熱。之後安排既座位都同其他客人有一段既距離。午餐大約都係$50-70,包一杯熱飲。可樂係會計凍飲既,要加$3。我叫左個蝦頭膏海鮮湯粉,酸辣既幾好味但就食唔到蝦膏味,配料都算豐富。有蝦,有青口,但蟹柳就奇怪左d 囉!

我叫左個蝦頭膏海鮮湯粉,酸辣既幾好味但就食唔到蝦膏味,配料都算豐富。有蝦,有青口,但蟹柳就奇怪左d 囉!

周日午市,人不多,上一枱走左未抹枱,侍應即送上餐牌,叫佢抹枱先啦,已好晦氣叫你叫左野食先啦,之后抹左半張就算。叫野食跟餐飲品要即叫,落左單不得後補,叫人O咀。食野Ok都冇下一次。

係灣仔食晏到度都多人,於是同事就帶左我黎呢度食越南野,吾洗等位就最好。中午既餐牌價位大約都係40幾至70蚊左右,我就嗌左個生牛肉牛丸湯河粉($61),套餐跟野飲,叫左熱奶茶一杯。份量黎講都幾大碗,香料令到成碗湯粉既味道昇華左。同埋肚餓既關係,所以食落都幾開胃,而個湯底都無好大陣既味精味既... 不過不失...至於牛肉數量都還可以,不過有啲略薄... 食落都無乜口感... 另外牛丸都幾爽口,而河粉都幾滑份量幾多下,食完都原來幾飽下...

生牛肉河黎講,都係大家去食越南野一個常叫既選擇,今日呢個又做成點呢?牛肉份量足夠既,而又唔會切到紙咁薄既,厚度係合格既。 食落味道方面就正正常常,唔係用好cheap雞一食落就得肥膏無肉果隻,但幾十蚊你都唔期望佢用好新鮮既牛肉家啦。咁粉好如何呢?佢呢種河粉就比較幼身,食落都幾滑既,米香就無乜。湯方面我真係好驚重味精,食完口乾到死咁樣,今日呢個都有口乾,但唔算過份既,可以接受既。Overall黎講,如果你係附近做野,下就經過唔洗等位,咪食下囉,要等既話就食第2間啦😄
