Restaurant: An Nam Pho X Viet Tea

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 嗌咗個一人餐,同散嗌左一碗河粉。一人餐包小食、沙律、主菜同埋飲品。我選擇咗香茅豬排、木瓜沙律,同生牛肉拼牛坑腩河,散嗌咗一碗生牛肉河。香茅豬排香茅豬排的味道中規中矩,雖然冇特別驚喜,但肉質尚算可以。木瓜沙律木瓜沙律的份量偏少,雖然酸甜度適中,十分清爽,,沙律能夠有效地開胃。生牛肉拼牛坑腩河主菜生牛肉拼牛坑腩河的碗型相當大,但份量卻有點不足。牛肉的鮮嫩與牛坑腩嫩,湯底的鮮香味道ok,但仍然有提升空間,特別是在牛肉的數量上。安南生牛肉河生牛肉河味道比起另一個甜啲,好味啲。 後話佢地收碟速度咁快,有啲似趕客咁,有少少影響食慾。出面冇人排隊,都咁樣做,有啲無言。 continue reading

好少過黎呢邊, 由於朋友要過黎我先跟住一齊, 早餐食得晏左, 連下晏就遲埋, 結果就黎左呢間安南食個下午茶。而家啲下午茶一啲都唔平, 要成$55, 同普通午餐無乜太大分別, 可能佢呢度個午餐太貴, 所以$55已經係下午茶餐價 😐 叫左個咖喱牛腩飯, 個飯好硬, 唔知係咪煮得太少水, 咖喱正常味, 但無乜辣味, 牛腩就有少少嚡。跟餐加多兩隻雞中翼, size超細隻, 仲要雞翼無乜味, 無諗到雞翼都可以整得唔好食 🙄 跟餐有杯蜜桃烏龍茶, 呢個最好, 又甜又甘香。小編認為完全唔抵食, 佢啲質素比兩餸飯價錢會合理啲。 continue reading

今日早食lunch比較肚餓,所以想搵間飽肚既下午茶醫下肚,同事推薦安南越式牛肉粉,話味道不錯兼份量好足。下午茶時段不算人多,一個人都可以坐卡位,位置寬敞,環境安靜,裝修柔和以竹木為主題。聽同事推薦點了一份蝦頭膏海鮮炒飯,上枱時熱熱的,似即叫即做。飯的質感軟硬適中,味道野味,份量足夠,有兩隻大蝦。飲品方面:熱奶茶不算出色,不滑身,口感一般。價錢正常,不算勝價比高。炒飯連熱飲:$60,沒有加一。炒飯的味道好及份量足,還會選擇再黎食 continue reading
