去到甜品,雪榚係半溶嘅,咖啡淡而無味。意興闌珊,埋單走人。

有啲餐廳係專做遊客生意,唔怕你喺openrice寫衰佢。但請你記住遊客食過一次未必會再返嚟,但就永遠無咗班本地客。

總結今次經驗,就係真的憤怒了。

如果大家要求不高, 可以嘗試. 但這個價錢在中環可以有其他的選擇.

這晚的頭盤是輕煎帶子。如我一貫的作風,在寫東西之前,根本毫無意識去讓相機將餐牌食先,所以… 這個甚麼甚麼輕煎帶子雖然並不是十分大粒,不過從西式的煎法加上中式的蒜蓉豆豉碎粒,帶子新鮮彈牙兼帶熟悉的豆豉香味,如果這也算是半道fusion菜式,這也算fusion得漂亮吧!

這晚的兩道主菜是煎羊架和煎鱸魚。對於咀刁的香港人而言,羊架未免也吃得太多遍了,一塊七成熟的羊架配上薯菜黑椒汁,其實在SOHO從街頭走到街尾也吃得到,不過我享受的更在於店主人主動走出來與客人分享那烹調羊架的樂趣,一口咬下去,肉汁保留著羊架本身的濃厚的味道,加上那烹煮得宜的配菜,都有80分的。

相比羊架,我更欣賞這份輕煎鱸魚。鱸魚好味之處在於其濃香的魚味及鮮嫩的肉質,吃下去有點像鱈魚扒,啖啖鮮味魚肉不在話下,以牛油下鑊輕煎四面鎖緊魚汁,能將魚塊最鮮味道保留在白滑的魚肉之中,在魚皮上灑上鹽粒及黑椒碎粒,輕輕的咸度更突出鱸魚的鮮甜味道。常言道白葡萄酒配魚肉是很棒的,這次配這杯擁有清爽酸度的Champagne,也提供像檸檬般的襯托,略嫌可再提升多一點酸度,或者來一杯來自紐西蘭的Sauvignon Blanc就更完美了。這兩道菜式的配菜也弄得很不錯,有黃椒、紅椒、茄子、紅蘿蔔、西蘭花、露筍等,從油膩中可帶來一點蔬菜清新,加上美味的薯蓉,um.. 我覺得值得90分以上。

這晚最驚喜,絕對是這份甜品提拉米蘇。老闆將提拉米蘇忌廉超級軟滑,甜度適中,多嚐兩口也不覺甜膩,軟滑的忌廉口感加上內裏非常濃香的咖啡酒味道,OMG!這是我吃過最好味的提拉米蘇!

If you want to have more complexity in flavor, the spread will help you do the rest. Most importantly, all the bread is HOT.
The “formal” appetizer is of high quality as well. Calamari salad, grilled fungi, bruschetta … they are all good. And the variety is wide. Their menus will change every week.
The mains is good value for monies too. I love their pasta the most, as they are al dente and hot, not to mention rich in flavor (white wine/tomato/garlic…). Nowadays, it’s really difficult to find authentic Italian pasta in Hong Kong. Either it was too tender or too cold. Having a piping hot dish of al dente pasta for lunch certainly satisfy my craving for carbohydrates. However, for the days I do not want to intake so much carbohydrates, I will pick their lamb/ chicken/ fish/ steak. I personally recommend lamb the most as it is always full of the unique flavor of lamb meat (some people may not be fond of it though).
As to dessert, there is nothing to complaint about. It generally provides a perfect end to a satisfying lunch.
This is a place that you just can’t miss it!

And the waiters and waitress are not that rude and bad but just kind a kind of unprofessional staff, showing no caring and no patient , just want to get everything done and leave as soon as possible.
Last time ,probably 1 mth ago, we had dinner there and we would like to order sth wine, the waitress said :" we'll, I don't know much about wine . Would you mind ordering later or other drink?" At least, she used the word of "would you mind".

Back to our lunch today, I order seafood rice, well..... I can finish it coz it is still a kind of food but you would never believe that would be served in a restaurant in Soho. I am wondering if the cook knows how to cook. Totally disappointed.

You can feel the boss doesn't have any heart on serving good food and make their customer satisfied but just want to fill up all the seats.

I promise myself today I won't come back here again . Black list forever .

Remarks: don't try the iced coffee there, like kind of milk with water only.

surprisingly it was actually quite good

The first part of it was good however when the birthday cake arrives ( which was meant to be a pleasant surprise and the climax of the night ), the cake was terribly ruined!!

WE were absolutely HORRIFIED BY THE SCENE, and to be honest the cake was quite expensive ( ard $350) , and we asked the waiter what happened to our cake and where was the tag.

the waiter's response was appaling and extremely terrible. He replied rudely:" We wouldnt steal your tag !!! I have looed through the kitchen and there wasnt any tag ! It is the problem of your cake and not us"

We were so sure that the cake was destroyed by them .. because we hold the cake with great care and it must be the worker who apparently has some mental issues !!!
Later on we found out that the tag was actually got chucked at the bottom of the cake, this normally wouldnt happen even if we shuffle the cake real hard, it must have been the negligence of the waiter who failed to exercise due care in taking out the cake ..

The cake was so yummy though

The waiter not only failed to apologize, he growled at us and throw the bill at our table when we refused to pay the cake charge !!!!

I have never been that insulted in my entire life and I am so sure that I will never dine at there again

All in all, food was so so but the service was utterly horrible and pathetic .. will not encourage any of u going unless you wanna get humiliated

吃罷這道Antipasto Misto,David先向我們預告主菜要出場了,又細心的詢問我們對食物的意見,哈哈!不用多說,看我們愉快的表情 you can tell from our faces. 為配合主菜,David為我們送上一杯新西蘭白酒Geisen Estate Sauvignon Blanc。



嘩!Pasta Antipasto!!! 看見這Pasta Antipasto我們真的感到嘩然!她的賣相一樣非常吸引,粉燈色的三文魚於淡黃的寬條麵游走,而淡淡的cream sauce中有黑松露作點綴。柔和的色調,感覺像是專為女孩子而設的一樣。起初朋友擔心一般的cream sauce會很膩,但這Pasta Antipasto完全沒有這問題,而且黑松露獨特的香味使每口寬條麵增加了層次,加上新鮮三文魚也烹調得相當不錯。其中一位朋友是黑松露的裙下之臣,大讚這道寬條麵,笑說如果她來生要做豬,她可要做一隻懂享受且專業的黑松露搜索豬呢!^^

第二道主菜是Mixed Seafood Grill,有烤大蝦、扇貝、小魷魚、小章魚、三文魚及龍脷魚。烤大蝦很香,同時不會很乾。一向愛吃扇貝的我,這個烤扇貝正合我的胃口!hehe! 而三文魚亦烤得恰到好處,不但保留了肉汁,亦保持了肉質的彈性,我猜是用了慢烤的烹調手法吧!另一令我們讚嘆的是--白色的魚柳,一問之下才知道是龍脷魚!這美味非常的龍脷柳與我們平日吃的龍脷魚有很大分別,不但肉身夠厚,而且肉質很嫩滑,充滿鮮味!真的不相信是龍脷魚呢!

這個chocolate pudding with toasted almond ice cream就是一冷一熱的組合,特別喜愛這個烤杏仁冰淇淋,真的有烤杏仁的香味,而且不太甜。朋友則大愛panna cotta with mixed berry compote,香滑的奶酪布丁沒有添加其他香精,只有鮮奶的香濃味道,配以暖暖的mixed berry compote,甜甜酸酸的,味道不會過甜,就是淡淡的但很豐富很實在。好吃得令朋友差點要把廚師帶回家中,天天弄給她吃!




Antipasto雖然與其他SOHO的餐廳一樣,都是小小的一間,但她的一磚一瓦都是由老闆David親自挑選的!從油麻地、旺角、上環,他都走遍了。而牆上的油畫,是由David其中一位朋友的太太親手畫的,這一切一切都使Antipasto增加了不少意大利的風情。

我倆的主菜皆是要意粉,也是要扁麵,但我要海鮮扁麵,友人要藍蟹扁麵,海鮮扁麵的材料,有蜆肉,蝦,魚肉,帶子等等,麵條帶有彈牙感,用白酒加蒜茸煮成的醬汁不太濕,蒜茸的味道濃香,可惜是海鮮不夠新鮮.友人的藍蟹扁麵,賣相差不多,只是海鮮與藍蟹之間的分別.

每一道菜的份量比預期中大,所以飽得連甜品也免卻,雖然身處在蘇豪,但價錢不算太貴,吃了以上菜式,也是四百多埋單,即是每人消費二百多一點.不過我們沒有點礦泉水,和其他飲品,否則一定不止此數.
假若想來蘇豪,不想花太多金錢吃一餐的話,或許Antipasto是閣下之選,最低限度,好過去"肥天使".
