家人幫我同auntie搞party慶生..兩個人生日所以訂左2個蛋糕... 成日成文華american cheese cake所以覺得好行...不過因老豆勁中意所以都係訂左1個1磅, 之後去試下antique~ 訂左個1磅blueberry cheesecake.. $240(圖見下面p.j.果篇) 好靚好靚呀個蛋糕食落竟然好食過文華!餅乾邊好好食,小小厚不過我好鐘意,藍莓酸酸甜甜,令個蛋糕無咁濟..多重口感! 藍莓好大粒好正!生日牌係一塊星星形既餅乾~ 好cutie! 連老豆食過曬2件cake之後都話antique好食d... !

I simply don't understand why they have to copy everything straight from the Cartoon (including decorations etc..) simply lack of character. I bought some cakes from sogo but I can't remember their names. The cheesecake w/ some blueberries-their signature cake is not worth thrity over dollars, it's nothing special when compare to Mandarin. Another one is the strawberry cream cake with two pieces of hard (really hard - REALLY HARD) napoleon and nothing specially about the cream and strawberry

近期買了不少蛋糕，對Antique這款mixed berries mousse cake最為重視，是為了慶祝uncle和auntie結婚33週年而買的。本想買Robuchon，但Robuchon還未推出whole cake，又不想買了無新意的COVA，於是決定幫襯Sogo Antique。去到問服務員有無whole cake catalogue，她說沒有，唯有望住啲mini cake，想像吓佢哋放大後的模樣。望完一輪也只有Mixed berries較合眼緣，見時候也不早，就訂了這價值$240蚊的6吋mixed berries mousse cake。付款時才知加Anniversary朱古力牌要另蚊$50，這價格嚇了我一大跳！Antique的mini cake也不過賣$30，區區一塊朱古力牌卻收我$50，難道朱古力牌比蛋糕還要難做嗎？有感收費太離普，最終決定不要朱古力牌。這款蛋糕，賣相還可，味道卻令人有點失望，啲mousse唔甜唔酸，味道模稜兩可，口感欠缺彈性，唯一抵讚係啲生果。$240蚊換來這質素，太貴了，還是cheese cake水準較隱陣。

被Antique個X'mas promotion newsletter一句話吸引：Frosty Tea Man(左圖)："The texture is very smooth and it tastes like a cup of milk tea!" 上個月月尾有人生日，所以之前搵有冇特別ｄo既蛋糕。因為生日o個位好鍾意飲奶茶，見到Frosty Tea Man係奶茶味就更想試，而且佢細細地又得意呢（大約手掌咁大啦），兩個人可以叫兩個唔同味o既，咁就唔會過飽啦！由於天時地理o既關係，最後唔可以同佢"切蛋糕"。但係，今日我終於都試左，結果：1)Frosty Tea Man（左）係冇奶茶味（好彩冇送俾佢），但texture真係好smooth，而且好彈。味道唔會太甜，清清地幾好，有少少茶味啦。雖然係mousse cake但唔會好"漏"。2)Cafe Madness（右）星星o個部份係好香咖啡味，底係chocolate brownie。食完清清地o既Tea Man後食呢個就fit晒，因為咖啡味超濃，甚至勁過個choco brownie。呢個亦都係好軟同好彈（星星o個部份）。建議分開食星星同br

本來都想扮睇佢唔到﹐但最後都係停低買o左signature cheesecake﹐Frosty Tea Man﹐Mrs. Claus'Snack, 同埋A Basket of Berries返去。原本想買埋個Cafe Madness試o下﹐但都係忍手留番下次先試。同mandarin較為硬身o既比較﹐呢度o既cheesecake係帶少許滑同埋濕o既質地﹐味道相對地冇o甘濃﹐但都幾好味。屋企人鍾意雪人造型o既Tea Man﹐係Earl Grey茶葉等味道﹐口味清新o既mousse cake。我自己鍾意Mrs. Claus' Snack﹐係香蕉味mousse放o係一個硬身tart shell上面﹐撻上有少許朱古力coating。但係旁邊o既一塊塊橙色(應該係朱古力塊)就覺得難入口﹐最後成個一口氣食晒﹐係食剩D硬片。最後覺得件餅如果香蕉味可以再濃o的就更好。Basket of Berries夠fruity﹐食完其他甜味重o既餅﹐食番兩啖酸酸berries味o既可以平衡o下﹐呃自己覺得唔係好飽滯﹐哈哈﹐o岩晒﹗雖然o的餅唔平﹐三十幾蚊一件﹐但幾精緻﹐而且份量都幾足。Antique o既店員服務態

Antique的Blueberry Cheese Cake賣相唔錯，決定將它帶回家為妹妹唱生日歌。Antique的包裝非常落本，最令我驚喜的是那麥綠色圓桶型蛋糕盒。尚記得從前到各大西餅店買pound cake都是用圓型盒，後來因為成本問題改用現時的四方紙盒。今日在Antique重遇這經典packing，別有一番滋味。一磅多的cheesecake賣$240蚊，價錢方面可以接受。味道亦大致令人滿意，Cream Cheese濃郁，帶有絲絲奶香，底層亦加了一層酸酸的藍梅醬，大大感低了cheese的膩滯。美中不足的是圍邊的撻底太厚，薄一點會更易入口。
