This place is the worst! My friend and I were the first people to enter the shop, we ordered, sat for 45 mins to ZERO SERVICE. only to be told something was wrong with the computer and they completely missed our meal, only after i questioned them about waiting. worst place ever is an understatement. lack of competency and horrible attitude from staff.

我哋分別叫左「蜂蜜柚子梳打」、「蝶豆花白桃乳酸梳打」:


「蜂蜜柚子梳打」:既有蜂蜜滋潤次餘,帶帶少少柚子既柑味,味道清新解渴。


「蝶豆花白桃乳酸梳打」:蝶豆花顏色夢幻,加上白桃配合而成既梳打很帶乳酸忌廉既童年回憶呢。


我和朋友總括整體都很滿意今晚既美食,加上店員們都很熱情款待,細心照著顧客們既須要,我哋決定下次再黎食下黎緊未推出既美食及茶類,十分期待呢。

意大利飯比意大利粉難煮得多,是價高的佳餚。少有在午市套餐供應,份量一定不會多。
青花瓷碗盛了兩碗意大利飯,令我再次聯想到絲綢之路,意大利根本便多中國菜影子,如肉丸、燒餅、雲吞。
香蒜、忌廉汁和菇菌拼湊美味,在味蕾爆發,如青花瓷墜地,每粒米都滲入濃湯。


紅粉說隱約有芝士香味,美不可言。飯粒融合湯羹,既仍呈粒狀,卻已深陷在內。


「香蒜忌廉雜菌意大利飯」令紅顏嫣然一笑!


下次定來試嚐煎帶子蜜糖芥末菇菌意大利飯。

除了意大利菜,飲品才是重點。套餐加8元可享受拉花茶。
女文青飲鮮奶朱古力,質素不俗。
我則認為鮮奶抹茶徒具其形,入口多粉末。

有青花為伴,有煙燻薔薇花食物點題,有拉花飲品,今餐是滿意的。不竟未嚐晚餐主食,連真正點題的「鮮果乳酪沙灘」,營造一片藍海,都無「腹」消受。


我愛藍海,藍海象徵夢想、和平。此店定位清雅脫俗,相機先生一定笑顏,文青女士如我的食伴,心思极细腻犹如聽到绣花针落地,會覺得青花點題食品不足,食品性價比未高。

素胚勾勒出青花, 笔锋浓转淡,如我教徒兒,教少於導,怕弄污一張宣纸。
青花隱喻「青出於藍而勝於藍」,走上仕途後「青雲直上」,並做一個人民愛戴的「青天」,甚至在卸甲歸田之後,還希望能夠「名垂青史」和「留取丹心照汗青」。
願我的徒弟成為「青花」、傑出的女文青,青出於藍。更願多些文青化、中國化的意大利餐廳,供文人雅敍。

個海灘乳酪好酸,個賣相係幾好幾靚。不過淨係食一隻色的食物色素要68就唔係幾抵,建議可以番屋企自己整。其他食物質素都ok的,環境舒服,同朋友打卡傾八婆 野唔錯。。。
