雖然依家熱潮係去銅鑼灣排隊買骰仔土司我沒有那種耐性為了麵包而排隊 或者等風潮過後才試。而這間位於天后比較吊鬼的地方Bakery chef(又係老細)自己營運店舖一段時間最受歡迎的產品是千層土司 也曾經出現過長長人龍 但那時我並沒有去趁熱鬧。最近因爲在日本食過好食shokupan - 乃が美, 就念念不忘😋嘗試在香港找代替品牌可惜還未找到,A1 生土司(半個$32)近似 可惜並不是我杯茶…近日此店又浮現腦海,原來老闆近日短期休業後再開番, 我就立即想去買, 在OpenRice 見過一些留言話佢好快賣晒啲麵包所以我text佢哋預訂兩個包包。不似之前那些comment, 我WhatsApp 店家他們很快便回覆我並幫忙留咗兩個生土司讓我第二天去拎。終於買到也試了 這家生土司($20/份)牛奶味重 都對板, 下次會再幫襯。再試其他包款😁可以的話我會幫襯這種小店 老闆(亦是麵包師👨🏻‍🍳)好有heart整包 事事親力親為 經營並不容易所以希望這些舖能生存下去💪🏻 continue reading

以手撕包打出名堂嘅麵包店🥐🥯🍞🥨🥖不過店方已經唔再出手撕包啦 🥹但我完全冇失望😮‍💨一入店內已經令我心心眼,再硏究下各式各樣包包,我覺得自己好似系日本㊙️店揀麵包,巧幸福啊😍🌭花椒脆腸有驚喜的咸包,一睇已經覺得好靚仔😍由上法包再包著脆卜卜香腸,花椒味啱啱好,飽肚又特別😋🥐開心果可分=Croffin 是由croissant+ muffin 🈴️體是一個變形金剛,外層是完全的牛角包口感,內面就係我最期待的流心開心果漿,開心果漿超多又流心,味道就淡少少,反而包面pat 漿味道濃郁啲,仲有小小開心果粒粒,口感和味道也不錯👍🏻========================​​📍Aozora Bakery 📍Tin Hau HK continue reading

📍「AOZORA Bakery」- 天后📷麵包店位於天后站附近,由店主一人主理,雖然只有佢一個,但依然有好多唔同款式嘅麵包、甜品、吐司等,一個人一雙手可以製作到咁多麵包真係唔簡單🥹🥹🥹🍴開心果cruffin 💰HK$26✨推薦指數:9/10呢款唔係新鮮出爐個陣買,買個陣係凍凍哋咁,第一次食cruffin唔知係咩口感,本身以為外層嘅酥皮係脆身,點知原來係淋身🤔食落有牛油香但唔算油膩,咬大啖啲個陣入面嘅開心果吉士醬已經湧出嚟🤩🤩🤩🤤呢個開心果醬嘅開心果味夠重,而且食落口感幼滑濃郁,甜而不膩,而且份量仲好多😋(之前食過嘉多拿嘅開心果泡芙,覺得入面嘅開心果吉士醬麻麻哋,呢個出色好多😆)面頭嘅開心果仁碎增添咗開中果香同口感,整體好夾好好食❤️❤️❤️開心果控表示食得好滿足🥰如果外層係酥脆就更正了🫢🍴酒漬果乾法包💰HK$24✨推薦指數:9/10呢款係👧🏻已經回購過嘅麵包,上次食過已經覺得好好食,今次見佢新鮮出爐就再買過😆新鮮出爐拎上手係熱熱哋,食落法包外皮軟熟,口感好煙韌具拉扯力,中間濕潤好軟熟,一改👧🏻對法包嘅認知,唔似普通法包又乾又硬咁😆呢款法包用咗酸種手法做,所以包身食落酸酸哋,但又唔會過酸,容易接受😙成條法包帶有好多唔同種類嘅水果乾,例如提子乾、莓乾、柚子皮、橙皮等,每一啖都食到果乾。味道酸酸甜甜咁好夾😋因為一條法包都幾長(性價比好高🤩🤩🤩),所以留返一半第二日食,微微用焗爐烘熱返都仲係好軟熟,中意日式麵包嘅朋友仔唔可以錯過呀🫶🤗 continue reading
