記得半個月前在Appendix Coffee & Bar買了一杯Espresso Tonic，飲品的冰涼感和酸度至今難以忘懷。今日再次到訪，咖啡店的名字已經轉成Apostrophe Coffee，不過位置和佈局沒有改變，依舊環境舒適、人流稀少。這是一個陽光普照的下午，我點了一件英式鬆餅和一杯凍齋啡(Long Black)。有提子粒的鬆餅剛剛焗好，香氣撲鼻。另一樣香氣撲鼻的東西是我的凍齋啡，濃縮咖啡表面帶香氣的油脂仍在齋啡的表面。 嚴格來説，齋啡分兩類。一類是Americano，一類是Long Black。Americano的起源相傳是二戰時，美國軍人喝不慣意大利人的濃縮咖啡，將熱水倒進去稀釋，因此咖啡表層的油脂Crema會被冲散。Long Black則是將濃縮咖啡倒進熱水裏，因此Crema較少機會被冲淡，咖啡的香氣仍能保存。 Black Coffee $50 Homemade Scone $38
