Avocado and Poached Egg Toast
A all-time favourite of mine. The sourdough toast was light with the perfect crunch and topped with bountiful of mashed avocado🥑 I love the egg for its super runny texture. It became the sauce for the amazing toast. The citrus kick was just right to give extra layer. The salad actually worth a mention since it has been a very long while that I actually eat the side salad in a cafe.
English Breakfast
All-day-breakfast☀️ used to be a draw to me before having too many bad ones. I learnt to avoid it now. But luckily, I tried it here to regain my interest to the signature. Their bacon and sausage were rare kinds that I love eating without too much salt and fat. The other ingredients were also quality that I very much enjoyed it.
Caramel Apple Toast
I was astonished when they brought us this dessert🤩Such a sumptuous toast. The toast had the crunchy and crispy exterior, while the core was ultra airy. Imagine eating a popcorn🍿 After the crunchiness, the core melted on your palate. And this was the exact same mouthfulness. I love the combination of yogurt cream, baked apple and vanilla ice cream. This is a guaranteed combo! But I would love the apple a bit softer for better texture.
Bailey Basque Cheesecake
This was the love-at-first-sight dessert combining my two favourites. The cake was smooth and soft with mild Bailey flavour (tho I prefer even stronger one). This was my Monday Blue saviour yesterday💖
