I wanted to share my recent experience at Aqua, which left me quite disappointed.
I have been a loyal customer, having dined at Aqua on numerous occasions before. On January 29, 2024, I made a reservation for a party of seven. To my surprise, upon arrival, I was provided with a table suitable for only four people. My request for a larger table was unfortunately rejected.
In addition, I tried to place an order for four sets of the testing menu and one set of 14PCS sushi with wine, but it was also declined by the manager. This came as a surprise, as I had dined at Aqua on January 26, 2024, with a party of five and ordered the same without any issues. It was not communicated to me that this was an exceptional case.
I also noticed that the front desk staff seemed unfriendly when I arrived, which set a negative tone for the evening. All these incidents made me feel that my requests were not being taken seriously, and as a paying customer, it left me disappointed.
I would like to kindly suggest that Aqua considers improving its service manners and handling such situations more effectively. I believe that better service can make a significant difference.
