We were asked to return the table abruptly without any warning or gentle reminder. We did not even order a second round of starter so you can understand we were not stalling but was just following their pace of service which was slow!! Anyway, we were asked to settle the bill immediately and was shown out to the waiting area for our dessert. I have not even ordered my coffee. This is not the kind of service one expects from restaurant with such a price tag. Prior notification and better mann

但唔知係咪520比較多人嘅緣故,上前菜果陣好快一次過上曬壽司麵豉湯同紅菜頭沙律天婦羅😵‍💫有種好似想趕客嘅感覺👎🏻 中途都係咁問我地食完未想收碟😅食義大利麵見我地停咗手冇問過就直接收走咗仲剩一半嘅義大利麵😡好愕然😵‍💫直接去到2030食緊main staff過黎同我地講有人book咗位想我地快啲食完😵‍💫但明明我地都book咗檯而用餐時間係2個鐘😅所以對於呢啲趕客嘅行為都幾唔滿意😡

其實今次係第二次黎aqua食嘢,比起第一次今次多咗客同埋有DJ係度✨食物方面唔知係咪轉咗menu唔太啱食就覺得冇第一次食咁驚艷😞所以之後都會考慮下會唔會再黎Aqua了

1️⃣Luke Lambert - Nebbiolo 2015
產地:Yarra Valley, Australia 🇦🇺

Our group’s preference covered the whole spectrum of red wine: some preferred sweet and fruity, while the others preferred dry with strong tannin.

This bottle was perfectly balanced for the two extremes:
🔹 the fragrance first off gives a heavy fruity flavour
🔹 however when you taste it, the flavour profile is completely different from its aroma - first it was dry, then it transforms to a fruity profile, with a tang of smokiness and hint of blackcurrant berries.

This bottle of red is quite special. The grape Nebbiolo originated from the Piedmont region or Italy. However, this grape has been brought over to Australia and grown there locally.
Quite an interesting red. However we think the flavour is not quite worth its price tag. Overall an above average red!

我哋叫咗一枝紅酒去配紅肉同芝士,但在座都有唔同嘅偏好,有人鍾意fruity啲,有人鍾意dry啲,侍酒師就介紹咗呢枝由Nebbiolo釀成嘅紅酒。Nebbiolo原產自意大利,但之後被拎去澳洲種植,呢枝酒就係用喺澳洲種植嘅Nebbiolo醲成。一開始飲落會覺得佢偏dry,但之後慢慢會感受到佢嘅果香果味,完全配合到當晚唔同人嘅口味。而因為佢味道係偏重,所以配紅肉同芝士係好適合,不過當晚餐廳提供嘅芝士老實講係幾普通,甚至唔係幾好食……有少少覺得浪費咗枝酒。

Right after the champagne is poured out, you can already smell the intense and fresh aroma. Perfect match with its beautiful golden colour ✨
As you taste it, an explosion of flavours: first notes of citrus, then followed by some core fruits. A mouthful of freshness, and a very long finish.
Every second of a sip gives you an amazing experience of its freshness all over again.
🍽️ We paired this bottle of champagne with caviar and seafood.

當日侍酒師介紹咗呢枝香檳,一開已經香得好緊要,飲落果味好香,雖然佢酸度比較高,但果味好香好清爽,好平衡,配合魚子醬同其他海鮮食唔單止令食物感覺更fresh,酒香亦更明顯。由開瓶到飲完個香味一直都好濃,每一啖飲落口個香味都留喺口好耐。

OpenRice訂座signature tasting menu就會送一人一隻,生蠔入口鮮甜,唔會腥,略嫌唔夠肥美,但係以免費嚟講質素已經好好。


▫️薄切紅菜頭沙律配芹菜頭羊奶芝士醬,香橙及黑醋珍珠 (2.5/5)
醃過嘅紅菜頭切成圓片,加上鹹鹹哋嘅羊奶芝士醬,再配上香橙同黑醋珍珠做點綴,應該要食到甜酸鹹三種層次。但係入口黑醋味獨佔味蕾,略嫌酸味太重,食唔到其他食材嘅味道,之後將黑醋珍珠分開先食到芝士醬嘅鹹香同香橙嘅甜味,食材口味配搭唔太平衡。


▫️九條蔥花蛤麵豉湯 (4/5)
麵豉湯加入花蛤同菌類整成,聽個配搭就知唔會唔好飲。湯底不會過鹹,花甲亦大隻有鮮味,唔錯!


▫️虎蝦天婦羅 (3.5/5)
每位有兩件,炸粉夠薄薄而且蝦肉厚實彈牙。唯獨是虎蝦唔大隻,大隻啲就更加滿足!啲肉好厚實,炸粉夠薄,唔錯。天婦羅仲配有一條秋葵,食落好苦,唔識欣賞🤣


▫️自製鴨肉意大利鳥巢麵配黑巧克力及意大利瑞可達芝士醬汁(3/5)
鴨肉切到好碎,冇咗鴨肉獨特的口感和味道。醬汁食到黑巧克力嘅微微苦味,又有小小滷水嘅藥材味,個人覺得唔太夾。麵條冇乜蛋香,但係煮嘅時間啱啱好,食落唔會過硬或過淋。


主食可以三選一,簡咗唔洗額外加錢嘅兩款
▫️銀鱈魚西京燒 (2.5/5)
肉質唔嫰滑,口感似食緊魚乾多過西京燒。調味亦都過重,食多幾啖有啲鹹。
▫️油封豬仔肉 (4.5/5)
肉煮得好淋,入口即溶,皮好薄好脆,加埋甜甜地嘅紅洋蔥醬同香醋梨一齊食唔會好膩,推薦!


▫️Tiramisu (4/5)
用朱古力整成半球體狀,內有手指餅同忌廉,創意同美感十足。咖啡醬喺另外上,可以自己按喜好控制分量。手指餅唔會浸得太淋,可以睇到咖啡只滲入手指餅嘅一半,保留口感。意大利軟芝士好順滑加上忌廉厚實,唔算太甜又有層次。成個tiramisu都冇咩酒味,大人小朋友都啱食。因為係慶祝生日,提前叫咗係甜品上面寫生日message,但係嚟到淨係得個預先印好咗happy birthday嘅朱古力牌,有少少失望😬


價錢貴就預咗,不過食物水準一般,呢個價錢好大部分都係用嚟買個景,所以一定要記得request window seat!服務態度唔錯,但係未做到高級餐廳嘅水平,唔會積極跟進客人需要,舉手叫侍應有時好耐都未有人應。而tasting menu上面嘅菜式都係可以散叫嘅,想到訪嘅朋友可以參考下再選擇散叫定係叫set。

This is my first visit after the move to the new location. This visit was for the celebration of my friends which I have informed them involved. I brought my own cake which charge me at $80 per head for cake, cutting fee which I’m fine with it.During the meal we considered to order the popular Signature dessert with cotton candy for my friends. I placed the order and the dessert was delivered to me in around 10 minutes, when I was enjoying the dessert, they delivered another scene desert to me with happy birthday badge. I was told that this was free of charge has prepared by the restaurants. We were very shocked because of the double order that we were never being informed. We cannot finish both of the dessert Ultimately. I did raise my cousin when I was checking my bill however, I didn’t find out a reasonable response politely which I was very unsatisfied in such a high class restaurants.

今次體驗非常之差,之前睇食評九百幾蚊已經有free flow ,今日已經要去到$11xx 先會有v c 香檳,我覺得加價沒有問題,但都要比番一D基本服務,佢小食係任叫,佢上左第一輪之後,你可以再order ,問題跟住就出現,我哋想塭人order嘅時候,總是沒有人,當塭到人的時候,佢都會叫你等等,跟住沒有回來,我哋要不停搵人落order,幾經辛苦先會可以落到一次order。如果係咁嘅價錢,我寧願選擇隔離半島酒店。

This is one of my worst dining experience ever. The food itself was good with nice quality and presentation which should be very aligned with the price. The dinner was for birthday celebration with my friend. We prepared and brought the cake with us which we were aware of the cake cutting fee at $75 each.( to be honest this is not worth for the price)However, we were never been informed of the free birthday dessert while we ordered exactly the same one before they delivered the free one to us.

However, we were never been informed of the free birthday dessert while we ordered exactly the same one before they delivered the free one to us. As mentioned, we were never been informed and warned on the duplication on the ordering.
We were only a group of 3 ladies and I don’t think this totally make sense for us to order normal dinner plus 2 dessert plus a cake.

Subsequently, I requested them for a waiver while the response were unsatisfied with no appropriate explanation. It is fine for me to pay for additional charge for the dessert while this is totally unacceptable with such a response in such class of restaurant.

The cost per head is 1500
