大家有冇經歷過，作為客人，為咗唔想同店員辯論，而💢反過來要向個店員道歉💢呢？今日有幸喺我身上發生。 同一杯咖啡，唔同店員有唔同做法⋯⋯作為客人，因為今次同以往不一樣而想了解多一點，竟然會被「建議」：下次講清楚！好的，明白了⋯⋯原來係我錯。致高瘦金短髮帶眼鏡只顧睇iPad 嘅少年（應該仲係少年掛🤔）：你好，我相信都唔可能有下一次，因為應該唔會有人想去感受你嘅自以為是、洋洋得意、廉價服務態度⋯⋯反正你哋%Arabia都應該不在乎吧⋯⋯否則，怎會有你這樣高質的員工呢？其實鰂魚涌仲有好多好選擇，今次真係唔該晒你呀，幫有選擇困難症嘅我哋，可以諗少一間。👍🏻

入咗呢間咖啡店，首先就俾個濃郁既咖啡香撲鼻而來，立刻精神一震🤩！望一望menu，心諗一定要試下佢哋既Cafe latte，一啖嘗，哇！那滋味，香滑得滯，恰到好處嘅綿厚奶泡搭配上微微地炒豆香👌🏼！嗌抹茶latte嘅時候，我一啲都唔失望，果抹茶味，濃到出奇，滿足晒我嘅味蕾，好似喺茶園裏面嘆一口氣咁茶香四溢。望望身邊，依間咖啡店裝潢得幾時尚，光線正正好，隨手拎部手機都拍得一張靚相📸。嘆完今次嘅咖啡後，我就知，下一次想要個悠閒下午茶時光，呢度絕對係我嘅首選！香港咖啡控們，你地有冇覺得俾呢度既咖啡俘虜咗？ 😌☕️✨

好少黎到鰂魚涌，而平時都係去中環分店飲多今日見無咩人就入去試下鰂魚涌分店！見Spanish latte 好似幾好評價，一入去就簡定飲品 Iced Spanish Latte $55一杯咖啡既價錢差唔多食到一餐飯，平心而論真係貴，所以對佢嘅期望會比較高飲落夠絲滑，唔會好難口但可惜太多奶蓋過左咖啡味，飲唔出咖啡豆既香而家我一路飲一路有攪杯嘢飲，飲到最後都係成啖糖(煉奶?!) 甜到要吐出黎🥺比得呢個價錢呢飲到冇咖啡味嘅咖啡，有啲名過於實及失望，鰂漁涌呢個地方真係隨手都可以買到咖啡飲，希望可以再做好啲拍得上小店。下次都只係繼續飲咩Americano / 佢地既精選豆咖啡😔

黃昏時分，準備到怪獸大廈打卡，日漸落但天未黑，想不到在益發大廈平台發現%Arabica店內樓底極高，整個空間由於雜物不多、進門只有左右兩邊吧檯與鏡子，盡頭是工作咖啡吧。天花板也是鋪鏡子，善用鏡子反射設計把整個空間感擴闊，感覺明亮舒適。由於下午在另一間分店喝過spanish latte, 這次就改試kyoto latte。與店員聊天的過程發現原來可以不加糖，就等於選用同款豆做普通latte。（兩者都是加煉奶的咖啡，spanish latte選用nutty感較種的咖啡豆；kyoto latte選用fruity感較重的咖啡豆）Kyoto latte(iced)原來加糖後味道也很好。有白兔糖的感覺。latte(hot)用同款豆沖調，順滑可口。可惜自己先喝甜的後喝無甜，使原本味道稍被蓋過。店員十分親切，即使一人看店、臨近關門時間都不會表現出忙於收搭，反而大方與客人聊天交流心得，感受到店員的友善與熱情。

I stopped by Arabica coffee shop on my way to work and decided to try their Spanish latte. Arabica is a specialty coffee chain known for their espresso-based coffee drinks made with quality beans and skilled barista techniques.The Spanish latte was beautifully presented with a rosetta latte art pattern. The espresso was rich and bold, with slight smoky notes, while the frothed milk had delectable velvety textures. Sprinkled with cinnamon powder, the drink lent a lovely warmth and spice that complemented the espresso beautifully.The ambiance of the coffee shop is modern and sleek, with ample seating space. The staff were friendly and efficient. While the Spanish latte is on the pricier end, the premium ingredients and careful preparation made it worth the splurge. Given the high quality of the coffee, cozy atmosphere, and beautiful latte art, Arabica is an ideal spot for coffee lovers or anyone looking for a relaxing break during a busy day exploring the city.
