𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀+ Roast Yellow Chicken, seasonal mushrooms, Japanese Rice ($588 for 2-4pp)烤三黃雞飯 - 個人幾中意食佢個飯 係用左黑米同日本珍珠米混成 粒粒飯粒同埋雞油菌都吸收晒雞油精華 每啖都充滿住濃郁既雞油香但唔怕油膩 而當中重點既大大隻三黃雞都煮得好入味 而且皮脆肉嫩 絕對可以再encore!+ Beef Cheek Risotto ($268)牛頰肉義式燉飯 - 牛頰肉口感嫩滑口感 Risotto 既米粒雖然比起平時既偏硬身但反而更中意 除左夠晒入味之外 都好有嚼口 係食到外層少少軟腍 內裏煙韌調味方面係用左牛骨髓同番紅花煮成 所以食落既牛肉香味非常濃郁 亦係當晚最愛🥰+ Red Carabinero Prawn Paccheri Pasta ($318)

To all who wish to visit this restaurant, I sincerely advise you to stay away for your own sake. We had high expectations on this restaurant based on comments here and instagram reviews. To our disappointment, the dining experience was extremely lack luster and the service was awful. In all honesty, the small bites and the yellow chicken were not spectacular but fine. The pastas on the other hand, were a criminal disappointment. We ordered the chitarra pasta with seasonal truffle and mushrooms, and the red carabinero prawn paccheri pasta. Instead of serving chitarra and paccheri, we were given the typical dried linguine that you can buy from supermarkets at a discounted price. When enquired about the change, the staff just casually shrugged it off with a blunt attitude and said it happens since the chitarra and paccheri were sold out, not providing any sort of sincerity. It is the restaurant’s responsibility to inform their customers in case of any change in menu, and we were never informed of such changes until the plates were offered to us. Since they serve a very limited choice of carbs (only 2 pastas and 1 risotto on the entire menu), we kept the plate. The taste was quite bland with the steep price they asked for. Looking back at previous reviews, there has already been multiple comments stating that the restaurant owners’ poor attitude and disrespect to guests, as well as significant deterioration in their quality of food contradicted by increasingly staggering prices. For its price tag, there are much better restaurants which can offer both better quality of food and better services. Fellow diners, please beware and stay away from this restaurant if you do not wish for a disappointing night.

yellow chicken 個醬其實就好似kfc蘑菇醬撈咗啲牛油落去配埋啲蟲草菇都幾好食個雞就睇部位整體都係偏柴薄啲嘅 類似雞胸位 煎得比較香 好食啲兩個雞髀都比較厚 唔夠入味 亦都食得出雪藏味比較重個飯幾得意幾好食黑松露意粉正正常常普普通通唔係話特別好食亦都冇乜扣分位個醬算濃郁蝦意粉啲蝦係外熟內生粉粉糯糯不過有輕微腥兩個意粉嘅口感都唔太鍾意 好粉好彩可以轉室內位如果唔係喺室外真係吹到頭痛都幾full 大部分係香港人當大家都傾計嘅時候嘈到拆天

餐廳位於銅鑼灣利園三期 隱蔽又不易被發現的位置~Happy Friday ❤︎ 為了吃它的烤三黃雞而來🙂↕️小食「Baby Cuttlefish」跟 「Wagyu Toast」 有驚喜~!Cuttlefish 底下的醬汁混了香芹跟橄欖油,肉質很鮮甜味道很出色~!魷魚上還撒了點開心果碎增加了口感~ Wagyu Toast 加了wasabi 蛋黃醬很惹味~趁熱吃吐司很脆口!🙂↔️ Signature薯條同樣非常脆口!配上三款醬料好yum yum~!主角烤三黃雞 表面烤至金黃色很美!(´ސު`) 三黃雞下放滿黑米飯跟蟲草菇,米飯吸受了雞汁的精華很好吃!(雖然menu寫適合2-4人 但個人覺得3-4人share會比較好~)另外 大推這裡的巴斯克芝士蛋糕~真的超好吃!•͈౿•͈ 外層焦香配上內裡軟綿又輕盈的質感~還有每一口都充滿濃厚奶香!(*´˘`*) 酒方面,我們選了一支法國的白酒,香氣很清新又很易入口~所有食物配上白酒都很合時~(⁎˃ᴗ˂⁎) 整體上無論酒、還是食物都很出色!不過 相比起期待己久的烤三黃雞,我反而較愛它的小食和甜品呢~🥹𖤐˒˒ ˒˒ ˒˒ ˒˒ ˒˒ ˒˒ ˒˒ ˒˒ ˒˒ ˒˒ ˒˒ ˒˒ ˒˒ ˒˒ ˒˒ ˒˒ ˒˒ ˒˒ ˒˒ ˒˒ 𖡂 Baby Cuttlefish ($178/two)𖡂 Wagyu Toast ($158/two)𖡂 Signature French Fries ($78)𖡂 Roast Yellow Chicken ($588)𖡂 Basque Burnt Cheesecake ($78)𖡂 Albert Joly Bourgogne Cote d‘Or Chardonnay 2021 ($580)

餐廳位於Lee Garden3期2樓一間傢俬舖旁邊,入口隱蔽,進入後發現內有乾坤。餐廳雖然小小的但還是舒適。 午市套餐的價錢有驚喜,如只點午市套餐人均約二至三百元。當中最好吃的是生牛肉多士和煎封鴨腿。如果只是吃鴨腿和生牛肉,應該會喜歡這間餐廳(4.5分),因為性價比非常高!如果你點了其他的菜可能就會失望了(3分)。生牛肉雖然太冰,但是底部竟然是以炸薯仔做成多士,非常香口,也有創意!朋友吃了後決定再多點一份。煎鴨腿醃得非常不錯,外皮煎得非常香脆,以這個價錢吃得到這種質素的鴨腿絕對是超值! 餐廳的咖啡非常濃。味道偏苦但十分香,要多來兩份奶才可以中和那種苦味,但絕對是好咖啡。 另外我們也試了廚師推薦的牛麵面意大利飯,個人認為偏鹹,味道也比較flat。 我們還單點了一隻法國黄油雞,這隻黄油雞約5-600元。覺得性價比很差,原因是黃油雞肉非常柴而且皮不脆,沒有什麼rosemary香!感覺有點像吃100元燒春雞。 #香港中價西餐 #銅鑼灣西餐 #香港美食 #生牛肉 #鴨腿
