東海堂的麵包蛋糕買得多,但原來某些分店更會提供熟食! 因為在公司附近,所以已吃過不少次,但每次幾乎都會叫這個特選3.6牛乳炒蛋套餐。套餐有煎火腿,厚切方包,炒蛋和日本叉燒湯意粉,而且包有餐飲(檸檬/奶茶/咖啡)。如想轉其他特色飲品,也有優惠,頗抵食。東海堂的炒蛋質素非常高,加了3.6牛乳的炒蛋很嫩滑,而且分量很多,我最喜歡用麵包夾著一起吃。另外叉燒意粉亦不像茶餐廳般用港式叉燒,而是用日式叉燒,感覺較有誠意。

套餐有煎火腿,厚切方包,炒蛋和日本叉燒湯意粉,而且包有餐飲(檸檬/奶茶/咖啡)。如想轉其他特色飲品,也有優惠,頗抵食。



東海堂的炒蛋質素非常高,加了3.6牛乳的炒蛋很嫩滑,而且分量很多,我最喜歡用麵包夾著一起吃。


另外叉燒意粉亦不像茶餐廳般用港式叉燒,而是用日式叉燒,感覺較有誠意。

As for the flavours, there were Matcha and Milk Pudding.

第一次看到東海堂開餐廳,覺得有些奇怪,有一日唔知食咩嘢,見到呢間價錢ok,所以想試試。優惠價46,內容頗為豐富。- 值得表揚的係個方包,非常新鮮,剛剛烘烤出來,非常鬆軟,外皮微脆,香氣十足。- 牛油炒蛋,全熟,小朋友也可以吃,全熟但卻很鬆軟,比較厚,裡面還熱烘烘的。- 意麵,非常彈牙,加了海苔很香,叉燒都係全瘦。- 火腿,微微烤過- 飲品,可選咖啡、熱奶茶、熱檸茶- 速度,比美心大家樂肯定慢一些,但一般等5分鐘吧。

- 值得表揚的係個方包,非常新鮮,剛剛烘烤出來,非常鬆軟,外皮微脆,香氣十足。
- 牛油炒蛋,全熟,小朋友也可以吃,全熟但卻很鬆軟,比較厚,裡面還熱烘烘的。
- 意麵,非常彈牙,加了海苔很香,叉燒都係全瘦。
- 火腿,微微烤過
- 飲品,可選咖啡、熱奶茶、熱檸茶

再好的美食只要加上劣質的服務都等同垃圾。員工們毫無喜樂,不但對客人拉長着臉,員工與員工之間只有分工沒有合作。東海堂的食物質素一向不差,飲品和地方都好。但宇晴軒這店的服務就使到整個店舖成了負資產。若員工笑容多些,對客人親切些,服務體貼些,主動關注店舖之清潔及整体外觀多些就不會使人有不去也罷的感覺。食物本應使人愉快滿足,但店員的只知談家常而不知客人需要及拒人千里的態度都把客人趕走了。

星期日,度度都多人,連星巴克都坐滿曬人,想搵個地方坐下並唔容易。行過東海堂有位,於是就坐低,食物款式唔算多,本來只打算飲一杯抹茶紅豆,點知竟然咁岩做緊優惠,買一杯抹茶紅豆送一個蛋白撻,才$28有得坐有得飲有得食抹茶紅豆好飲,抹茶味濃,唔會太甜,蛋白撻則微暖,皮脆但蛋白味不足,不過不失。

打網球前在家附近的東海堂吃個快餐,這店只供三款菜色選擇,最適合時間有點趕而又想坐得舒服一點,又有選擇困難症的人 這次我目標明確,很快就選定了叉燒湯意粉配滑蛋火腿多士餐。雖然餐廳是快餐形式,但弄出來的餐點一點都不馬虎。炒滑蛋看起來已知很嫩滑,而多士厚厚的麵包本身已非常鬆軟,而且烘得恰到好處,外脆內軟,略帶甜味,如果能多配一小塊牛油相信會更好。叉燒湯意粉的湯底濃郁,配了很多爽甜粟米粒,意粉彈牙叉燒軟滑,整體來說很不錯。加$4轉配了凍檸茶,請服務員為我走冰,值得一讚是走冰後的凍檸茶仍是滿滿一杯的,實在是一大驚喜
