一到過年,就收到啲朋友、親友所送嘅賀年糕點,年年如是,無一例外,故先多謝朋友及親友嘅厚愛。今年所收到嘅糕點,可歸納為嚟自4家餐廳或餅點,分4篇嚟評論吓,依一篇分享嘅喺東海堂嘅兩款糕點:北海道元貝蘿蔔糕及紫薯黑糖年糕,先講講前者。北海道元貝蘿蔔糕,我估底糕嘅賣點都喺話用咗北海道元貝,用日本食材一向喺東海堂嘅作風。其實無論糕面,定糕身,瑤柱都喺多,大多數都喺臘腸同蝦米,糕身亦比較削,煎起嚟都易爛,同埋加咗唔少添加劑,食完有少少口渴感。至於紫薯黑糖年糕,紫薯配黑糖,喺比較期待,外觀有啲似紅豆糕,簡單嚟講,只喺一般嘅年糕加入啲紫薯粒。煎好嘅年糕頗軟、頗黏,加入糖嘅成份應該幾多,中火煎無耐就好易變焦黑,而且,紫薯加得唔多,食味真喺無乜。東海堂出品嘅甜點一向都頗有水準,而其出品嘅賀年糕點,以前亦曾品嚐過,不過,今次所試嘅兩款糕都喺一般般。

至於紫薯黑糖年糕,紫薯配黑糖,喺比較期待,外觀有啲似紅豆糕,簡單嚟講,只喺一般嘅年糕加入啲紫薯粒。煎好嘅年糕頗軟、頗黏,加入糖嘅成份應該幾多,中火煎無耐就好易變焦黑
