之前喺K11 Musea見過嘅Arte By Padaria 最近喺更就腳,同樣都係K11旗下嘅藝術館Art Mall登陸咗。呢間主打結合視覺、味覺同嗅覺黃金三重享受嘅藝術型甜品店,將藝術與甜品完美無瑕地嚟個天仙結合。我定咗格幾十秒先至決定好揀邊兩件蛋糕返屋企食。話說萬聖節月底就到,以南瓜味做主題嘅蛋糕自然成為入饌嘅焦點。色澤鮮明嘅小南瓜造型蛋糕,深深地令我注意着。呢件小南瓜芒果椰子奶凍配紫薯慕絲蛋糕,外層係南瓜造型既糖漿,入面頭果層係紫薯蓉,下面果層係椰子Panna Cotta。個芯係芒果。個甜度係易入口嘅。底層墊著嗰塊綠葉,諗都諗唔到原來係曲奇。個蛋糕嘅整體色調係好有萬聖節嘅神秘色彩。我再掃描望吓個櫥窗,第一時間就俾呢個色澤金黃嘅「唯一的愛」法式反烤蘋果杏仁撻吸引著眼球。反烤蘋果撻方間又會叫佢做翻轉蘋果塔,係一種用蘋果為派(pie)皮,小麥粉為內涵嘅特殊塔(Tart)類甜點。面層係晶瑩漿狀果凍包著香甜可口的蘋果,最下層是酥脆批底,滿滿的幸福感在味蕾間洋溢著。

靚靚嘅波波除咗外型靚之外,一食落去仲有3種口感!外面鬆脆croissant 口感,入面有海棉蛋糕,另一part 咸蛋黃泥,每啖都有驚喜!

這間法式外帶餅店,見到有賣球狀可頌甜品,立即被賣相吸引,要了一個熱情果慕斯撻和伯爵茶芒果可頌球。首先法式甜點的賣相是很重要的,不同口味的可頌由不同顏色設計來分辨,活像玩具彩球一般。聽聞球狀是全港首創,然後那個伯爵茶芒果可頌球則用充滿茶香的蛋糕做核心加上香甜芒果漿粒做配搭,完全不怕會跌出蛋糕碎或芒果漿,一個超方便食用的漂亮結實酥球,可以優雅地拿起來食,亦可以切開用刀叉慢慢細吃,少女感十足的小茶點之一。而熱情果慕斯撻則擁有了漂亮的花朵裝飾與顏色配搭的小甜撻。表層由煙韌的透明水晶皮覆蓋著熱情果蓉的夾心,並由朱古力做成的撻底及撻中以厚重的朱古力蛋糕加果仁碎,滿滿飽足。
